Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)I had an accident on I-85 I was rear ended after traffic slammed on breaks and the car behind had been riding my bumper for miles. He went through my trunk and almost came into my backseat. I was also pushed into the car infront of me which his directly on the drivers side of my car. My front end is completely pushed on the drivers side into to where you can see the metal frame. On the rear, the bumper and metal frame completely came off. I was hit directly on impact sensors on both ends and none of my airbags went off. And my seatbelt did not lock up. We were still going about 60-70mph when he hit me. The car is a total loss.
Driver's seat and seatbelt hurt my right hip, and strike the hip socket, because of the unusual position of the bucket seat. It's so bad, I want to get rid of this car! It's hard to walk after driving. It's extremely fatiguing.
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
