It soon was evident that the water inside my driver's side headlamp had frozen and was creating a prismatic effect and reflecting light all over the road. This created significant safety risks to my family and other motorist. Honda investigated and acknowledged a TSB for water in the headlights due to a manufacturing defect. However the cost of replacement and the availability of a replacement lamp are prohibitive.
