CONSUMER STATES DURING A ROUTINE CLEANING, THE LIFT UP GLASS HATCH DETACHED FROM THE GAS-PRESSURIZED STRUTS, SWINGING IN A CLOCK WISE MOTION ULTIMATELY HITTING THE REAR BUMPER, FALLING TO THE GARAGE FLOOR AND BREAKING *TGW THE INTERNAL HATCH CASTING, EXTERIOR HATCH AND BUMPER WERE ALSO DAMAGED. THE CONSUMER SUSTAINED SEVERAL BRUISES AND CUTS DURING THE EVENT WITH SOME SCARING REMAINING ON HIS ARM. *JB UPDATED 03/14/12. *JB
