THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED HIM TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER TO BE REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,000.
I OWN A 2008 HYUNDAI ACCENT, AND IT HAS ABOUT 30,000 MILES ON IT. I'VE HAD IT IN THE SHOP TWICE THIS MONTH THE FIRST TIME FOR THE COILS AND THE SECOND FOR A MISS FIRE. THIS IS GETTING TO BE RIDICULOUS, I JUST GOT IT OUT THE SHOP 2 DAYS AGO AND NOW THE STEERING IS OFF, REALLY BAD. IT WAS SO BAD I COULD BARELY KEEP IT ON THE ROAD. NOW I'LL BE TAKING THIS CAR BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME IN ONE MONTH. *TR
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
