THIS IS A SUBOPTIMAL CONDITION THAT IS NOT TYPICAL FOR A FUNCTIONAL VEHICLE, AND IS UNRELATED TO WHEEL QUALITY, ROTATION OR BALANCE. IT IS A TEMBLOR-LIKE SHUDDER WHICH CLEARLY WILL INTERFERE WITH SAFETY IF IT CONTINUES OR PROGRESSES. PERHAPS THIS IS RELATED TO NHTSA ID NUMBER: 10110926, BUT THIS VEHICLE IS NOW AT 108K MILES, SO THAT DOESN'T COVER IT, DOES IT. FURTHER, I HAVE NO RECORD OF NOTIFICATION OF RECEIVING MANUFACTURER COMMUNICATION NUMBER: 5NP-F8M5G-03. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE DEALERSHIP CONTENDING INADEQUATE NOTICE, AND NEEDING THIS TO BE REPAIRED TO ASSURE SAFETY.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000. *TT *TR

MY CODE CHECK AT A GOODYEAR DEALER SHOWED CODE P0087, A PROBLEM ASSOCIATED WITH THE FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM IN MY SONATA. THE CAR LOSES POWER WHEN DRIVING BY NOT ACCEPTING GAS TO INCREASE THE SPEED. THE GOODYEAR DEALER TOLD ME HE HAS SEEN THIS PROBLEM ON NUMEROUS HYUNDAIS.
NOTICED KNOCKING SOUND COMING FROM BEHIND THE STEERING WHEEL WHEN TURNING THE WHEEL LEFT/RIGHT FROM CENTER POSITION. THE POWER STEERING SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE AND ABLE TO TURN THE VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING. SEVERAL FORUMS AND ONLINE POSTED VIDEOS DESCRIBE THE FLEXIBLE RUBBER COUPLING IN THE MDPS (MOTOR DRIVEN POWER STEERING) ASSEMBLY GETTING WORN OUT WHICH CAUSES THE GEAR TOOTH TO HAVE A METAL-ON-METAL CONTACT. I AM HAVING A CLUNKING NOISE COMING FROM THE STEERING COUPLER WHEN TURNING RIGHT OR LEFT, PRIMARILY AT A STOP OR LOW SPEEDS. I HAVE READ NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS FROM EARLIER YEARS, BUT THE OWNERS WERE TOLD THAT NO RECALL HAS BEEN REQUIRED BY THE NHTSA. I AM EXPERIENCING A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS SITUATION ON A 2012 VEHICLE WITH LESS THAN 2500 MILES ON IT. A RECALL SHOULD BE ACTIVATED BY THE NHTSA.
TAKATA RECALL I RECEIVED A NOTICE IN THE MAIL FOR THE RECALL. I CONTACTED MY DEALER AND THEY SAID THERE IS NO ACTIVE RECALL ON THE INFLATORS. IS MY VEHICLE UNDER RECALL OR NOT? THANKS!
I'VE HAD THIS SMALL PROBLEM WITH IT WHERE THE STEERING WHEEL WHEN YOU'RE DRIVING HAS IT CLICKING SOUND LIKE SOMETHING IS LOOSE INSIDE THE STEERING WHEEL I DRIVE MY CAR OCCASIONALLY AT SOMETIMES I FEAR THAT SOMETHING MIGHT HAPPEN WITH IT I MIGHT LOSE CONTROL OR SOMETHING MY BREAK INSIDE THE STEERING WHEEL SO I AM AFRAID TO DRIVE IT SO I DIDN'T NOTICE THERE WAS A COUPLE RECALLS ON THAT MY PHONE NUMBER IS [XXX] OR [XXX] YOU CAN ASK TO SPEAK FOR [XXX] OR [XXX]. MY LEFT HEADLIGHT AND LEFT BRAKE LIGHT BULBS AND TAG LIGHT KEEP BURNING OUT FOR NO REASON EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS AND HAVING TO BE REPLACED.

AIRBAG LIGHT IS ON
MY VEHICLE EXPERIENCE ENGINE FAILURE WHILE I WAS DRIVING I WAS STUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET IN UNSAFE CONDITIONS. THE ENGINE IN THE VEHICLE WAS STUTTERING WHILE DRIVING. MY VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A REPAIR SHOP WHERE I WAS MADE AWARE THAT MY VEHICLE'S ENGINE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
WHILE DRIVING AND I PRESS THE GAS PEDDLE TO PASS ANOTHER VEHICLE, THE ENGINE WILL NOT ACCELERATE, BUT THE ENGINE RPM GOES UP.
BOTH HEADLIGHTS ON MY HYUNDAI WENT OUT AT THE SAME TIME. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST $1200 TO REPLACE BOTH.IT COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH WORSE IF I WAS ON THE ROAD AND THEY WENT OUT. THIS IS QUITE EXPENSIVE. IT SEEMS TO ME THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE. WAS THERE A RECALL ON THIS PROBLEM? I NOTICED IT AS MY WIFE WAS PULLING OUT OF THE GARAGE.I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THEY WERE NOT WORKING.
I HAVE HAD 4 POTENTIAL ACCIDENTS DUE TO THE BRAKE LIGHTS WHICH ILLUMINATES WHILE DRIVING. SPECIFICALLY, WHILE DRIVING WITH MY TODDLER ON THE EXPRESSWAY, PRESSING THE GAS PEDAL THE BRAKE LIGHT ILLUMINATES OUT OF NO WHERE CAUSING THE CAR TO SLOW ALL DOWN AND HAS EVEN STOPPED WHILE MY FOOT WAS STILL ON THE GAS PEDAL. OR ORDER TO GET SPEED I HAVE HAD TO RELEASE MY FOOT OFF THE GAS PEDAL, PLACE MY FOOT BEHIND THE BRAKE PEDAL AND THEN PRESS THE GAS AGAIN. WHEN PLACING THE CAR IN PARK THE BRAKE LIGHT WOULD STAY ON. I HAVE HAD TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY IN AN EFFORT TO PRESERVE MY BATTERY. I CALLED INTO MY LOCAL HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP AND WAS ADVISED THERE WAS NO RECALLS HOWEVER, THIS SAFETY ISSUE RESEMBLES THAT OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V759000 (SERVICE BRAKES) (BRAKE PEDAL STOPPER) RECALL #136, 132.
THE AXLE BROKE AND THE CAR FLIPPED 3 TIMES WHILE DRIVING STRAIGHT ON THE HIGHWAY
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA. WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL WAS TURNED TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT, THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET INSPECTED AND DIAGNOSED BY A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 16V190000 (STEERING), 10V457000 (STEERING), AND 10V426000 (STEERING) FOR THE 2011 MODELS. IN ADDITION, THE MANUFACTURER ISSUED THREE TSBS ON THE STEERING FOR THE 2012 MODELS, BUT THERE WAS NO MANUFACTURER RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 58,000.
ITS A KEY-LESS, PUSH BUTTON IGNITION. WHEN TRY TO START AS I NORMALLY DO, LIGHTS IN DASHBOARD GO ON BUT CAR WONT START. I`VE TRIED EVERYTHING, I`VE HAD THE CAR TOWED FOR 50 MILES TO MY HOUSE, TRY AGAIN FOR THE NEXT 2 DAYS AND STILL DONT WORK. I RESEARCH ON INTERNET TO FIND OUT LOTS OF DRIVERS HAVE HAD THE EXACT SAME ISSUE . I`M TAKING IT TO THE DEALERSHIP TOMORROW.
I HAVE REPLACED MY TAIL LIGHTS ON MY CAR NO LESS THAN 8 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 YEARS. I JUST HAD MY CAR TAIL LIGHTS REPAIRED ON 09/30/17 AND THE TAIL LIGHT IS OUT AGAIN. EVERY SINGLE TIME I TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY. ADDITIONALLY, I HAVE REPLACED MY HEADLIGHTS AS WELL SEVERAL TIMES.
STEERING COLUMN MAKES VERY LOUD CLUNKING SOUND WHEN DRIVING OVER UNEVEN ROADS OR WHEN TRAVELING IN EXCESS OF 20 MPH. IT LITERALLY FEELS LIKE THE STEERING WHEEL IS ABOUT TO COME OFF IN THE DRIVER'S HANDS AND THE SOUND IS UNBEARABLE. THERE IS ALSO A FAIR AMOUNT OF "PLAY" IN THE STEERING, WITH A LOUD "CLUNK!" SOUND AT EITHER END OF THE "PLAY" ZONE. CLUNKING SOUND WHILE DRIVING IN EXCESS OF 20 MPH LESSENS WHEN WHEEL IS ENGAGED IN A TURN.
THE ENGINE SEIZED WITH NO WARNING WHILE DRIVING. THERE WAS NO INDICATOR ILLUMINATED PRIOR TO THE ENGINE COMPLETELY STOPPING. APPARENTLY THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE OIL AND THE ENGINE MUST BE REPLACED. I WAS DRIVING AT ABOUT 35 MILES/HOUR WHEN THE ENGINE FAILED. ALL OF THE DASH LIGHTS CAME ON AND THE ENGINE SHUT OFF. I WAS DRIVING UP A HILL AS I ENTERED A 4 LANE COUNTY ROAD GOING UP HILL.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST POWER, THE POWER STEERING SEIZED, AND THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FULLY ILLUMINATED. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT OBSERVED SMOKE COMING FROM THE ENGINE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED AND ASSISTED WITH PUSHING THE VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT USED A HEAT GUN TO CONFIRM THAT THERE WAS NO COMBUSTION OR FIRE WITHIN THE ENGINE; HOWEVER, THE SMOKE AND ODOR ORIGINATED FROM THE ENGINE. THE FIRE REPORT STATUS WAS UNKNOWN. THERE WAS NO FIRE TO EXTINGUISH. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE LOCAL DEALER (FAIRFAX HYUNDAI, 10925 FAIRFAX BLVD, FAIRFAX, VA, 22030) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE ENGINE WILL BE REPAIRED UNDER THE WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURER CONFIRMED THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO A BROCHURE THAT WAS RECEIVED IN THE MAIL THE DAY AFTER THE FAILURE, BUT IT WAS NOT A RECALL. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 61,000.
THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE STEERING WHICH IS LOOSE AND GETTING WORSE. AT FIRST IT WAS JUST A BIT LOOSE BUT NOW IT CONSTANTLY RATTLES OVER BUMPS AND THE WHOLE STEERING WHEEL IS LOOSE.
SRS LIGHT COMES ON AND STAYS ON ODMMETER GAUGES SLOW RESPOND

THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC OR DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. BRAKE LIGHTS REMAIN CONSTANTLY ILLUMINATED, DESPITE CAR BEING OFF. REQUIRED TO DISCONNECT BATTERY TERMINAL TO PRESERVE BATTERY. TRACTION CONTROL WARNING LAMP ALSO REMAINS ON/ILLUMINATED AS WELL. CAR CAN SHIFT BETWEEN ALL (PARK, NEUTRAL, REVERSE, DRIVE) WITHOUT DEPRESSING THE BREAK PEDAL. THIS IS SIMILAR IF NOT IDENTICAL TO RECALL 136 FOR HYUNDAI, HOWEVER, MY VIN IS NOT SHOWING THE RECALL DESPITE EXACT PROBLEM AS DESCRIBED. THIS PROBLEM DOES NOT MATTER IF CAR IS IN MOTION OR STATIONARY.. IT IS CONSTANT. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ADVANCE AUTO PARTS IN VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA WHERE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 75,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP ON TOP OF ENGINE LEAKED FUEL AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. COULD HAVE CAUSED FIRE. CAR HAS 48,000 MILES. ENGINE LIGHT ON DASH CAME UP AND DID NOT GO OFF. CAR IN DRIVEWAY WHEN DISCOVERED CAR LACKED POWER AND FELT LIKE ENGINE WAS STUTTERING. GAVE A CODE OF PO008 ON DIAGNOSTIC TOOL.

THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT NOT TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WITHOUT HAVING IT INSPECTED. A FIRE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ROUND ROCK HYUNDAI (2405 N INTERSTATE HWY, 35 ROUND ROCK, TX 78665, 512-904-6400) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HIGH FUEL PUMP AND FUEL LINE WERE FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD BE REPAIRED WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE PAINT IS CHIPPING AWAY IN THE EXTERIOR BY THE DOOR HANDLES AND THE STEERING WHEEL. ALSO THE DRIVER SEAT MATERIAL IS STARTING TO FALL APART AS WELL AS THE DOOR TRIM ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE.
WHILE DRIVING WITH HIGH BEAMS ON WHEN I SIGNAL A TURN THE HEADLIGHTS GO OUT FOR A FEW SECONDS BEFORE TURNING BACK ON. VERY DANGEROUS WHEN INITIATING A TURN ON COUNTRY ROADS WITH NO STREET LIGHTS AND DEEP DITCHES ON ALL FOUR CORNERS. THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM AND NOT A ONE TIME INCIDENT.
THE TRANSMISSION HAS ALREADY BEEN REPLACED ONCE AND NOW IT'S STARTING TO DO THE SAME THINGS IT DID BEFORE IT WAS REPLACED... JERKING TRANSMISSION SHIFTS. TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY TOLD ME THE TRANSMISSION WAS ACTING UP BECAUSE THE GAS ENGINE'S BATTERY (NOT THE HYBRID BATTERY) WAS BAD AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE SERVICE GUY SAID THE BATTERY ONLY SHOWED 10.8 VOLTS WHICH MEANS IT'S DEAD. HE SAID A NEW BATTERY WILL LIKELY FIX THE TRANSMISSION PROBLEM BECAUSE IT'S AN "ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION". I SAID, "IF THE BATTERY IS BAD/DEAD, WHY DOES IT START THE GAS ENGINE WITH NO PROBLEM??" SO I RELUCTANTLY SAID TO REPLACE THE BATTERY. THEN HE TELLS ME THE BATTERY IS $400... I TOLD HIM THAT WAS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND I CAN BUY ONE MYSELF FOR LESS THAN 1/2 THEIR COST. SO I TOOK IT FIRST TO AN ADVANCED AUTO WHERE I ASKED THEM TO LOAD TEST THE BATTERY BEFORE I BOUGHT A NEW ONE. THEIR LOAD TESTER SHOWED THE BATTERY AS GOOD @ 12.8 VOLTS (NOT 10.8). BEFORE I LEFT, I HAD THEM TEST IT A 2ND TIME AND THAT TEST SHOWED 12.57 VOLTS... STILL GOOD. 2 DAYS LATER WHEN MY WIFE LEAVES WORK, THE TRANSMISSION STARTS JERKING AGAIN AND A YELLOW "WRENCH" ICON POPS UP ON THE DASH. SHE CALLED ME AND I HAD HER STOP BY A DIFFERENT PARTS STORE TO HAVE ANOTHER TEST ON THE CAR BATTERY. SHE STOPPED AT AN O'REILLY'S THIS TIME AND THEIR TESTER ALSO SHOWED THE BATTERY TO BE GOOD. SO THE QUESTION IS, IS THE JIM HUDSON HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP GIVING US THE RUNAROUND BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO FIX/REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION AGAIN? NOW WE'RE TRYING TO GET THE OTHER HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP IN TOWN TO CHECK THE CAR OUT. GONNA BE THE LAST HYUNDAI WE OWN...
OUR CAR ACCELERATED WITH OUT CONTACT OF THE GASPEDAL CAUSING COLLISION WITH 3 PARKED VEHICLES. EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO OUR SONATA.
DRIVING AND VEHICLE LOST POWER. COULD PUSH ACCELERATOR TO THE FLOOR AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING STRAIGHT AT HIGHWAY SPEED AND THE CAR REMAINED RUNNING BUT NO ACCELERATOR RESPONSE. PULLED TO THE SHOULDER AND THE CAR SPUTTERED AND ACCELERATION CONTROL RETURNED BUT CAR WAS RUNNING VERY POORLY AND ACCELERATION CONTROL CAME AND WENT. OBD2 CODE P0087 WAS READ WHEN CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THE NEXT DAY WHEN TRYING TO START THE VEHICLE. ALL STARTS SINCE THE INCIDENT HAVE BEEN HARD STARTS. THE WASTEGATE ACTUATOR SENSOR ROD RETAINER CLIP WAS FOUND TO BE MISSING, IT WAS REPLACED AND THE SENSOR WAS TESTED TO ENSURE CORRECT VOLTAGE (BETWEEN 3.9 AND 4.1). OBD2 CODE WAS CLEARED AND CAR RAN OK FOR A TEST DRIVE BUT THE FOLLOWING DAY, ALL SYMPTOMS HAD RETURNED AND WE AGAIN EXPERIENCED NO ACCELERATOR RESPONSE. I WAS DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY WHEN MY 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA BEGAN MAKING A RATTLING SOUND AND LOSE POWER AND THE ENGINE DIED. THERE WERE NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS, OIL LIGHTS OR OVERHEATING GAUGE INDICATIONS PRIOR TO THIS. AS I WAS PULLING TO THE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY SMOKE BEGAN COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. WHEN I STOPPED ON THE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY AND OPENED THE HOOD, THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THE ENGINE WAS ON FIRE AND I COULD SEE THE FLAMES COMING OUT FROM UNDERNEATH.
WE OWN A 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA AND THE BRAKE-TAIL LIGHTS KEEP GOING OUT. ONE TAIL LIGHT WE HAD TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY BECAUSE THE HOLE THAT THE BULB GOES IN MELTED. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT YOU DO THEY ALWAYS BURN OUT. WHEN I'M ON THE HIGHWAY AND I'M BEHIND A HYUNDAI SONATA OR ELANTRA AROUND THE 2012 MODEL THEY ALWAYS HAVE A TAIL LIGHT THAT DOES NOT WORK. I KNOW A FEW OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE. I EMAILED HYUNDAI ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID THEIR BASICALLY NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT CAN CAUSE SOMEONE TO RUN INTO THE BACK OF YOU.

I HAVE THE HYUNDIA 2012 2.0T. ON 2 DESPERATE OCCASIONS THE CAR HAS FILLED UP WITH GAS FUMES. I FILLED UP THE GAS TANK AND STARTED DRIVING FROM LAS VEGAS TO LAUGHLIN. STATING "DURING ENGINE REPLACEMENTS UNDER RECALL CAMPAIGN 132 AND 162, THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL P IPE MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED, MISALIGNED, OR IMPROPERLY TORQUED DURING THE ENGINE REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE, ALLOWING FUEL TO LEAK. A FUEL LEAK IN THE PRESSENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE CAN INCREASE THE RISK OF FIRE. WE BELIEVE WE CANNOT SAFELY DRIVE OUR VEHICLE.
AFTER APPX 65K MILES, THE STEERING WHEEL STARTED CLICKING WHILE STATIONARY OR MOVING. AFTER RESEARCHING THIS PROBLEM, I FOUND SEVERAL PEOPLE DESCRIBED THE ISSUE AS THE STEERING KNUCKLE. I TOOK MY CAR TO THE REPAIR SHOP TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. MY ISSUE WAS NOT ONLY THE KNUCKLE, BUT THE STEERING GEARBOX. THERE WERE TEETH BROKEN ON THE GEARS. THIS IS A VERY COSTLY REPAIR. $2000-$4000. THESE ISSUES SHOULD NOT HAPPEN UNLESS THERE WERE WEAK OR DEFECTIVE PARTS INSTALLED DURING THE BUILD PROCESS. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS ISSUE.

HIGH BEAM SWITCH WORKS INTERMITTENTLY, MUST WIGGLE SWITCH TO ENGAGE HIGH BEAM FUNCTION. THE FAILURES WERE EXPERIENCED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER, BUT IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE NOISE WAS NORMAL. I HAD MY ENGINE REPLACED IN 3/17. A COUPLE MONTHS AFTER THAT, IT STARTED HESITATING WHEN I PUT IT IN REVERSE. A COUPLE MONTHS LATER, I HAD NO REVERSE. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP IN BECKLEY, WV. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY RAN A SCOPE IN IT AND THERE IS NO REVERSE GEAR THERE. I WAS TOLD OF A RECALL ON THE POWER TRAIN SO I CALLED HYUNDAI. THEY SENT ME TO THE SAME DEALERSHIP AND I WAS TOLD THE SAME THING, I HAD NO REVERSE. I WAS ALSO TOLD THERE WAS NOT A RECALL ON MY VEHICLE FOR THIS ISSUE. I'VE BEEN DRIVING FOR ALMOST 4 YEARS WITH NO REVERSE. I DON'T LIKE TO COMPLAIN BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT STEPS TO TAKE.
