Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)While driving, the vehicle will sometimes think there’s an object (vehicle or something) close in front of me so the brakes will automatically engage, which slows down the vehicle. This is quite alarming as this has happened on several occasions, causing me to almost get hit from the rear. I previously took the vehicle in to report this problem but they couldn’t duplicate it so I was informed that there is no problem. HOWEVER, just because they don’t know how to duplicate it, that doesn’t mean the problem doesn’t exist. I am concerned about my safety so this needs to be addressed ASAP. Also, for the date of incident, I will use the most recent date.
