THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO. *MR CONSUMER FEELS THIS IS UNNECESSARY SINCE A CHILD SEAT SHOULDN'T GO IN THE FRONT SEAT. THE PASSENGER HAS TO CONSTANTLY UNLATCH THE SEAT BELT TO KEEP FROM BEING CHOKED WHICH POSSES A SAFETY HAZARD. *PH
