The contact stated that during the initial failure, the same message was displayed, and the vehicle was taken to the dealer where a software update was performed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer a second time to be diagnosed; however, the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 22,365.
