CAR LUNGED FORWARD WHILE DRIVING LESS THAN 5 MPH IN PARKING LOT. ENGINE RACED AT FULL SPEED WITH NO FOOT ON THE ACCELERATION PEDAL. BOTH FEET ON THE BRAKE COULD NOT STOP CAR. PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN NEUTRAL AND TURNED IGNITION OFF TO STOP CAR.*AK
MY 2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE HAS WARPED BRAKE ROTORS AT 27,000 MILES, AND FROM EVERY THING I HAVE READ ON THIS CAR I SUSPECT IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR AT 16,000 MILES. THESE BRAKE ROTORS ARE DEFECTIVE, AND VERY DANGEROUS IN MY OPINION. WHAT DO YOU THINK? *JB
WHILE BACKING OUT FRONT END COLLAPSED WITHOUT WARNING. *AK *NM
I HAD TO HAVE THE FRONT BRAKES REPLACED AND ROTORS TURNED AT 33,000 MILES. THEN AGAIN, 4,000 MILES LATER THE ROTORS WARPED AND I HAD TO GO THRU THE EXPENSE TO REPLACE THEM. I'VE DRIVEN CARS OVER 70,000 MILES BEFORE I'VE HAD TO HAVE THIS TYPE OF WORK PERFORMED.
AT APPROXIMATELY 14,000 MILES, MY 2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE BEGAN TO PULSE WHEN I HIT THE BRAKES. THIS CAUSED THE WHOLE CAR TO SHAKE AND SCARED MY WIFE, AND MY TWO YOUNG DAUGHTERS. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE JEEP CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP. THEY SAID THE ROTORS HAD TO BE RESURFACED. FOR A BRAND NEW CAR, I FEEL THE ROTORS ARE DEFECTIVE. THEY SHOULD NOT NEED RESURFACING SO SOON. THEY ALSO CLAIMED THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE BRAKE PADS. THIS IMPLIED THAT I WAS HARD ON MY BRAKES. I HAVE DRIVEN A FORD, A TOYOTA, A SAAB, MERCURY, BMW AND OTHER MODELS. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. I ALSO FOUND IN MY RESEARCH THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH THE JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE AS I HAVE-LOW MILEAGE THE ROTORS HAD TO BE RESURFACED. I CONTACTED THE JEEP CHRYSLER COMPANY. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO ADMIT WRONG DOING. I FEEL THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD DUE TO A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I WOULD APPRECIATE IF NTSB WOULD LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. *AK
SIMILAR TO THE SUMMARY IN ODI ID #10026122, 2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE HESITATES ON ACCELERATION, MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT FLASHES, AND VEHICLE RUNS VERY ROUGH. FORTUNATELY STILL UNDER WARRANTY, BUT THIS IS THE THIRD FUEL INJECTOR THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WITHIN THE PAST THREE MONTHS. DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ADMITS HAVING SIMILAR PROBLEMS WITH OTHER NEW GRAND CHEROKEES, BUT BLAMES IT ON "BAD GAS." VEHICLE HAS 15,000 MILES ON ODOMETER.
WHEN BRAKING VEHICLE AND THE STEERING WHEEL PULSATED. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHERE THE MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE FRONT ROTORS WERE WARPED. THE MECHANIC SHAVED THE ROTORS TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM. *AK *MR
I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME, MY SISTER AND I PURCHASED 2, 2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE'S, WE BOTH HAVE AROUND 18,000 MILES AND EACH TIME WE BRING OUR VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR AN OIL CHANGE THE ROTORS EITHER NEED TO BE REFACED OR REPLACED. THIS IS CRAZY AND DRIVES US UP A WALL. IT IS TERRIBLE TO DRIVE WHEN THE VEHICLE PULSATES AND SHAKES. JUST LAST WEEK THE DEALERSHIP REPLACED ALL THE ROTORS BECAUSE THEY WERE SO WARPED. THIS WAS THE THIRD COMPLAINT IN A YEAR AND THEY SAID THAT THE ROTORS WERE NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY AND THAT MY DRIVING IS DAMAGING THEM. SO I SAID COULD IT BE A PROBLEM THAT JEEP IS HAVING AND THEY SAID NO, I THEN SAID WELL THAN WHY DOES MY SISTER HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH HER VEHICLE AND THEY SAID WELL SHE NEEDS TO SLOW DOWN TOO! THIS IS CRAZY THERE IS A HISTORY OF THIS PROBLEM AND IT SHOULD BE RESOLVED I KNOW IN THE PAST JEEP'S HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH ROTORS, DOES THE 2003 HAVE A HISTORY OF THIS? *AK
SEAT BELT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WILL NOT UNLATCH. SEAT BELT TIGHTENS AND DECREASES IN SIZE WHEN IT IS MOVED. PASSENGER HAD TO WIGGLE OUT OF SEAT IN ORDER TO BE RELEASED. WILL BE TAKING VEHICLE TO DEALER FOR REPAIR OF SEAT BELT THE FOURTH TIME. *AK
BRAKES SHIMMY, LESS THAN 24K MILES AND ON 3 SETS OF FRONT ROTORS, THEY WARPED. *AK
MAIN PROBLEM IS THE STEERING. EVER SINCE I'VE HAD THE VEHICLE THERE HAVE BEEN FOUR ALIGNMENTS CONDUCTED AND EACH TIME THE TOE WAS OUT OF SPECS. THE FIRST ALIGNMENT WAS DONE AT 1200 MILES AND RECENTLY JUST HAD ANOTHER AT 26000. VEHICLE CONTINUES TO PULL RIGHT EVEN THOUGH THERE HAVE BEEN FOUR ALIGNMENTS. IT IS NOT A 4X4 AND I DO NOT DRIVE OFF ROAD WITH IT. DEALERSHIP SAID THEY TOOK APART ALL COMPONENTS OF THE STEERING AND FOUND NO PROBLEMS. NO PARTS WERE REPLACED, ONLY CONTINUOUS ALIGNMENTS HAVE BEEN DONE. THE BATTERY ALL OF A SUDDEN WENT BAD AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. HAVE HAD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE STEREO. PROBLEMS WITH RPMS ALMOST GOING DOWN TO ZERO AFTER FILLING THE FUEL TANK, AND PROBLEMS WITH A DELAY OF ACCELERATING. RECENTLY WENT TO START VEHICLE AND HEARD A POP AND SMELLED SMOKE, I THINK IT WAS THE STARTER AND I'M GOING TO HAVE THAT CHECKED SOON AT THE DEALERSHIP. *NM
2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE PROBLEMS WITH FRONT BRAKE DISC PULSATING.*MR THE DEALER RESURFACED THE FRONT ROTORS UNDER WARRANTY, HOWEVER THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE AWARE THERE IS A PROBLEM. *JB
TRANSMISSION HAS TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF A POPPING AND GRINDING NOISE WHEN THE VEHICLE IS PLACED IN REVERSE FROM PARK OR NEUTRAL. TRANSMISSION WAS REBUILT AFTER ONLY 2019 MILES AND HAS BEEN WORKED ON TWO TIMES SINCE. ONCE FOR A FACTORY RECALL AND THE OTHER TIME FOR A TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAK. *AK
FAN MOTOR QUIT WORKING DISABLING ALL HVAC INCLUDING DEFROSTER. DEALER REPLACED RESISTOR BUT SAID WIRING HARNESS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED TO COMPLETE REPAIRS AND PART ON BACK ORDER. RESISTOR AGAIN FAILED ON 12/3/03 AND PART STILL NOT AVAILABLE PER WHITTEN BROTHERS JEEP DEALERSHIP, RICHMOND, VIRGINIA. VEHICLE UNALBE TO CLEAR ICE/FROST FROM WINDSHIELD (EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR OF WINDSHIELD). AS OF 12/9/03 DEALER SAYS PART STILL NOT AVAILABLE FROM CHRYSLER/JEEP.*AK
WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A HEAD ON COLLISION. UPON IMPACT, NEITHER AIR BAG DEPLOYED. AS A RESULT, DRIVER SUSTAINED SEVERE INJURIES TO THE UPPER BODY. *AK
WHEN PUT INTO DRIVE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED AND CRASHED INTO A WALL 20-25 FEET AWAY. BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND ACCELERATOR WAS NEVER TOUCHED DURING INCIDENT.
THE JACK WAS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH DRIVER'S NEEDS. THE JACK WOULD NOT LIFT THE TIRE OFF THE GROUND WHEN THE JACK WAS AT IT'S FULLY EXTENDED HEIGHT. THE CONSUMER HAD TO PUT A PIECE OF WOOD UNDER THE JACK TO LIFT THE TIRE OFF THE GROUND. WHILE PUTTING THE JACK DOWN IT FELL APART, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO FALL DOWN TO THE GROUND. THERE WERE NO INJURIES OR FATALITIES TO REPORT.*AK *NLM
2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE I PURCHASED FROM NEUWIRTH CAR DEALERSHIP, IN WILMINGTON, NC. THE REASON I NOW OWN THIS VEHICLE IS BECAUSE THE FIRST JEEP THEY SOLD ME FEEL UNDER THE NC LEMON LAW AND THE INFORMATION WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME BEFORE I PURCHASED THE FIRST JEEP AND I RETURNED IT 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM THE DRIVESHAFT. THE PROBLEM WITH THIS ONE IS YOU CAN NOT PUT IT IN 4 WHEEL DRIVE UNLESS YOU USE BOTH HANDS AND PUSH HARD ON THE FLOOR TO SHIFT THE GEAR, THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE THE TRANSFER CASE, BUT WHEN THEY CALLED ANOTHER DEALER THEY HAD REPLACED THE CASE IN 2 OTHERS AND SAID THE NOISE WAS STILL THERE, THAT IT WOULD NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IF THEY REPLACED IT. SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT REPLACED IT. IT MAKES A HUMMING NOISE WHILE SITTING IDLE AT A STOP LIGHT, AND MADE A LOUD CLINGING SOUND WHEN I PUT IT IN REVERSE, (TOOK IT BACK TWICE BEFORE THEY FIXED IT) THEY SAID IT WAS NORMAL FOR THE CLINGING SOUND THE SECOND TIME I TOOK IT IN IT COST THEM 1300 TO FIX "NOTHING". I STILL HAVE THE HUMMING IT'S WORSE NOW, AND THE CLINGING NOISE COMES AND GOES. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHY. WHEN I CALLED MR. GILLILAN AT THE DEALERSHIP, HE SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT" HE SAID THE ONLY CHOICES I HAD WAS TO TRADE AGAIN BUT IT WOULD COST ME MONEY, OR LET THEM KEEP TRYING UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS FIXED, HOW CAN THEY FIX THE PROBLEM IF THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE. I HAVE MISSED WORK HOURS AND DAYS DEALING WITH THESE CHRYSLER VEHICLES. I WOULD TELL YOU WHAT THE PROBLEM IS BUT THEY DON'T KNOW TO TELL ME. I CAN'T HAVE IT LOOKED AT BY ANY ONE ELSE BECAUSE IT WOULD VOID MY WARRANTY. IT'S NOT THAT I DON'T LIKE THE CAR BUT I THINK IF I'M PAYING ALL OF THIS MONEY FOR THIS VEHICLE I SHOULD BE HAPPY, BY AT THIS TIME I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE PERFORMANCE AND THE ANSWERS I'M RECEIVING FROM THIS DEALER. HEATER DEFECT ON 2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. *TR
ACCELERATOR STUCK AS I ENTERED MY LONG DRIVEWAY. CAR CRASHED INTO RETAINING WALL AT END OF DRIVEWAY. MY FACE HIT STEERING WHEEL AND AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. THIS OCCURRED ON 9-5-03 AND I DO NOT YET KNOW REPAIR COSTS.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. TWO YEARS AGO, THE CONTACT RECEIVED A SAFETY RECALL NOTICE REGARDING THE HEATED SEATS IN HIS VEHICLE. FOR TWO YEARS, THE CONTACT HAS BEEN ATTEMPTING TO HAVE THE SEATS REPAIRED, BUT THE MANUFACTURER CONTINUES TO CLAIM THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ELEMENTS TO REPAIR THE HEATED SEATS. THE CONTACT HAS NOT USED THE HEATED SEATS SINCE THREE MONTHS AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED. THE ENGINE SIZE WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 42,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000.

WHEN THE CONSUMER APPLIED THE BRAKES, THE VEHICLE STOPPED SLOWLY WITH PULSATION. THE SURGING HAS OCCURRED MANY TIMES SINCE OWNING THE VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER FOUND THAT THE ROTORS WERE OUT OF ROUND. *JB THE FRONT ROTORS WARPED IN THE FIRST 10K MILES. THE DEALER SUGGESTED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS FORM THE HEAT FROM NON-ASBESTOS PADS. *SC *JB
I HAVE HAD TO HAVE THE TRANSMISSISION TAKEN OUT AND SEALS AND O-RINGS REPLACED 2 TIMES FOR LEAKING FLUID. THE THIRD TIME IT LEAKED THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE TRANSMISSION.
2003 JEEP CHEROKEE WITH 14,000 MILES ON IT AND SEVERELY WARPED FRONT ROTORS. JEEP WANTS ME TO PAY FOR REPAIRS.*AK
WHEN BRAKING, THE PEDAL FELT SOFT AND INTERMITTENTLY THE DRIVER WOULD SIMULTANEOUSLY APPLY THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO LURCH FORWARD. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED THE CONSUMER THAT THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS A NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE. NOTHING WAS SAID CONCERNING THE BRAKE AND THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL BEING TOO CLOSE. *PH THE DEALER VERIFIED THAT THE 2003 MODELS HAD SOFTER BRAKE PEDAL THAN THE PREVIOUS YEAR MODELS. THE PEDAL WAS SO LOW THAT IT WAS EASY TO HIT THE GAS PEDAL. *SCC *JB
THERE IS EITHER A DESIGN OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE BRAKE ROTORS/CALIPERS OF THE RECENT JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE BRAKE ROTORS HAVE BEEN REPLACED ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS IN THE FIRST 18 MONTHS (JULY 2003, DEC. 2003, JUNE 2004), AND I HAVE JUST BEEN INFORMED BY THE DEALER, ON FEBRUARY 10, 2005, THAT THE BRAKE PADS ARE THIN AND THE FRONT ROTORS ARE RUSTED AND WARPED AND NEED REPLACEMENT AGAIN. THIS WILL BE THE FOURTH TIME, AND MY CAR PRESENTLY HAS 28,000 MILES ON IT. IT IS A 2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE THAT I PURCHASED IN OCTOBER 2002 FROM CENTRAL AUTO GROUP IN NORWOOD, MASSACHUSETTS. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER FUTURE REPAIRS, AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THE MANUFACTURER, DAIMLER CHRYSLER THAT THERE IS NOTHING IT CAN DO BUT THAT I WILL NEED TO HAVE THE ROTORS REPLACED AT MY OWN COST. THE CENTRAL AUTO GROUP SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THE CALIPERS AND BRAKES HAD BEEN RE-DESIGNED A FEW YEARS AGO. I ALSO UNDERSTAND MANY OTHER DRIVERS HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES AND THAT CHRYSLER ISSUED A TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN ON JUNE 10, 2002 REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN PARK ,WITH THE MOTOR RUNNING, THE DRIVER EXITED AND THE TRANSMISSION CHANGED FROM PARK TO REVERSE STRIKING THE DRIVER AND THEN A GASOLINE PUMP BARRIER. *LA
2003 JEEP GRAND CHEEOKEE LARADO - I WAS REAR ENDED (STOPPED AND HIT BY ANOTHER CAR AT ABOUT 20-25 MPH) THE DRIVERS SEAT COLAPSED INTO THE BACK SEAT. NONE WAS IN THE BACK SEAT BUT IF THERE WAS THEY SURELY WOULD HAVE BEEN INJURED.... I SUSTAINED NO INJURIES IN THE CRASH.*AK

I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN FOR THE ROUTINE OIL CHANGE AT THE DEALERSHIP I PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. AFTER THAT DAY, THE VEHICLE VIBRATES TO THE POINT YOU CANNOT PLAY A CD. THEY ARE TELLING ME THIS IS HOW THE VEHICLE PERFORMS. I HAVE BEEN TO THE DEALERSHIP MANY TIMES WITH THE SAME RESPONSE. I ALSO HAVE TAKEN IT TO OTHER CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP WITH THE SAME ANSWER, IT SEEMS THAT THE ANSWER IS THE SAME AFTER THEY LOOK AT THE REPAIR HISTORY. I ALSO HAVE MET WITH THE CHRYSLER MARKETING REP TWICE, AND THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME THAT THE CHRYSLER TECHNICAL REP DROVE THE VEHICLE. YET WHEN I REQUESTED A ENCOUNTER WITH HIM THEY DECLAIM AND SAID THERE IS NO TECHNICAL REP. I ALSO MET WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER FROM THE DEALERSHIP TWICE, SALES MANAGER MANY TIMES, I NEED THIS TO BE LOOK INTO BECAUSE I THINK MY VEHICLE WAS TAMPERED WITH, BECAUSE IF IT WAS RUNNING LIKE THIS WHEN I BOUGHT IT I WOULD HAVE NOT BOUGHT IT. THE VIBRATION IS GETTING WORST. I DO HAVE A EXTENDED WARRANTY, THAT I CANNOT USE BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO EVEN LOOK AT THE VEHICLE. THEIR SOLUTION WAS TO SELL ME ANOTHER VEHICLE, WHICH I DECLINED BECAUSE THEY WANTED MORE MONEY DOWN. WHY SHOULD I BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE WHEN I HAVE A NEW ONE THAT THEY DESTROYED.

THE HEATED SEAT BURNED THE CONSUMER. *JB
CAR SHIFTS OUT OF PARK TO ANY GEAR WHILE IGNITION IS TURNED OFF. ONCE IGNITION IS ON, IT WILL NOT SHIFT UNLESS FOOT IS ON THE BRAKE PEDAL. *JB
FRONT LEFT SEAT RAIL RETAINING BOLT TORE LOOSE FROM THE SEAT BOTTOM FRAME RAIL AND IS RESULTING IN A FRONT LEFT TO RIGHT REAR ROCKING MOTION. THIS MAKES THE VEHICLE UNSAFE TO OPERATE BECAUSE OF DRIVERS SEAT INSTABILITY, AND UNCOMFORTABLE WHILE DRIVING DUE TO ABNORMAL SEAT POSITION. IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO ABUSIVE OPERATION OR ABNORMALLY HIGH OR HARD USAGE OF THIS VEHICLE. *NLM
OVER A ONE (1) MONTH PERIOD, MY CAR HAS BEEN SERVICED BY THE DEALER FOUR (4) TIMES DUE TO A HESITATION WHEN ACCELERATING ESPECIALLY AT SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE THE CAR BEGINS TO STUTTER AND THE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT APPEARS AND CONTINUALLY FLASHES. THIS PROBLEM HAS NEARLY CAUSED ME TO BE IN TWO ACCIDENTS! WHEN THIS FIRST BEGAN, THE PROBLEM OCCURRED ONLY AT HIGHER SPEEDS. HOWEVER, BY THE THIRD AND FOURTH OCCURRENCE IT WAS HAPPENING AT ONLY 20 MPH AND WHEN AT A STOP LIGHT THE CAR WOULD SHAKE AND BEGIN TO DIE. THERE ARE ONLY 12,000 MILES ON THE VEHICLE AND IT IS LESS THAN ONE (1) YEAR OLD. *JB
I HAVE HAD MY JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE FOR LEASE THAN A YEAR, MY 4TH SET OF FRONT ROTORS ARE WARPED. FIRST SET REPLACED AT 11K MI, 2ND AT 23K AND NOW AT 31K THE DEALER SAYS THEY ARE OUT OF WARRANTY. I ASKED HOW COME I CAN'T EVEN GET 12K ON ROTORS AND THEY SAY MY DRIVING IS BAD, I'M GOING TO COMPLAIN TO JEEP, I'M ALMOST READY TO DUMP THIS CAR AND NEVER BUY A DAIMLER CHRYSLER AGAIN. *JB
THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING, AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS NOT APPLIED, WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN, THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARDS AND HIT A TREE. NO INJURIES.*JB

2003 MODEL JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE OVERLAND SHAKES AT HIGH SPEEDS WHEN BRAKING APPROXIMATELY EVERY 9,000 MILES. DEALER REPLACED FRONT BRAKE ROTORS AND PADS AT 9300 AND 18,000 MILES. NOW VEHICLE HAS 24,000 MILES, IT SHAKES WHEN BRAKING AGAIN AT HIGH SPEEDS AND DEALER STATES IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. THEY MAY OR MAY NOT REPAIR THE BRAKES THIS TIME. BRAKE ROTORS SHOULD NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED EVERY 9,000 MILES. THE EXCESSIVE SHAKING CAUSED BY THE DEFECTIVE BRAKE SYSTEM COULD CAUSE SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY TO OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE OR OTHERS WHO ARE ON THE ROAD.
THE REAR AXLE DIFFERENTIAL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED IN MY NEW JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED
THE PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT LOCKED UP AND FAILED TO RETRACT UNLESS THE BUCKLE WAS UNHOOKED. THE SEAT BELT LOCKING UP HAPPENED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS SINCE OWNING THE VEHICLE. *AK WHEN A PASSENGER REACHED FOR SOMETHING THE SEAT BELT LOCKED IN THE FULLY EXTENDED POSITION. *JB
