I TOOK MY 2007 JEEP LIBERTY IN FOR SAFTY LIGHTS THAT CAME ON ESP BAS AND ANTI SKID. SWANTYS OF BULLHEAD CITY TOLED ME I NEEDED A NEW CLOCKSPRING THAT CONTROLES THE AIRBAGE AND ANTI SCID BREAKING THIS WAS ON DECEMBER 2013.IWENT BACK AND COMPLAINED OF BRAKES GRABING THEN RELICING BRAKING NOT NORMAL. AGINE THAY SAID I NEEDED A NEW CLOCKSPRING.AND THAT IT WAS ON BACK ORDER THAT IT WOULD BE AVALABLE JUNE 14,2014 THAT WERE RETOLING THE PLANT. THIS WAS BEBRUARY,27,2014. I KEPT CHECING BACK AFTER JUNE 14 I WAS INFORMED THAT TH THER WAS 500 ON BACK ORDER AND NO PROMIS DATE WAS AVALABLE I STARTED CHECING OTHER SOURCES AND RECIVED THE SAME INFORMATION. I JUST CHECED BACK AGINE AND WAS TOLED THAT THAY ARE STIL ON BACK ORDER WITH NO PROMIS DATE. THE DATE TODAY IS JULY 27,2015. EVERY TIME I FILL UP MY 2007 JEEP LIBERTY WITH GAS THE GAS GUSHES OUT AND ALL OVER THE CAR AND ME EVEN BEFORE THE TANK IS FULL. I NEVER TOP OFF SO IT IS NOT THE ISSUE OF OVER FILLING THE TANK. I ALSO ALWAYS FILL MANUALLY MY HUSBAND LOCKS THE GAS PUMP, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHICH WAY WE FILL UP IT ALWAYS SPILLS OUT BEFORE THE AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF...SOMETIMES ALSO WHEN THE TANK IS EMPTY IT STILL SPILLS EVERY WHERE TOO. THIS TO ME SUGGESTS THAT THERE IS A DESIGN FLAW IN THE GAS TANK, I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS ISSUE WITH THIS SPECIFIC CAR. *TR

I WAS DRIVING BACK TO SALISBURY, MD FROM WASHINGTON DC WHEN I HEARD WIND COMING INTO MY JEEP. I CHECKED ALL MY WINDOWS IN BE SURE THEY WERE UP BUT THE NOISE CONTINUED. WHEN I VISUALLY CHECKED THE WINDOWS I FOUND THE DRIVER SIDE REAR WINDOW ALL THE WAY DOWN. I PULLED OVER TO CHECK IT AND FOUND THAT THE WINDOW WOULD NOT ROLL BACK UP ELECTRICALLY. I HAD TO DRIVE 3 HOURS WITH THE BACK DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW DOWN. I HAD THIS WINDOW REPAIRED FOR THE SAME THING 2 YEARS AGO AND NOW AGAIN. JUST THIS YEAR IN APRIL I HAD TO SPEND MONEY TO FIX THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW DUE TO THE SAME PROBLEMS. AND EACH TIME IT WAS THE REGULATOR AND ONLY ONCE DID JEEP REFUND ME MY MONEY. THE OTHER PROBLEMS IS THE GAS. WHEN THE JEEP IS FULL IT DOESN'T CUT OFF, THE GAS SPILLS ALL DOWN THE SIDE OF THE CAR REGARDLESS. *TR

I HAD THE 2012 LOWER CONTROL ARM RECALL REPAIR DONE, NOW I HAD CORRODED UPPER ARM REPAIR NEEDED BUT CHRYSLER WILL NOT ASSIST WITH THE COST OF REPAIR EVEN THOUGH ITS THE SAME TYPE OF PROBLEM IN THE SAME AREA AS THE RECALL. ALSO, I NOW HAVE TO GET THE ENTIRE REAR END SUSPENSION REPLACED. WE ADDED A RUBBER MAT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE FLOOR TO KEEP THE JEEP MAT CLEANER. WHEN THE GAS PEDAL WAS PUSHED DOWN TO GO UP A HILL, IT STUCK DOWN. THIS CAUSE THE JEEP TO GAIN SPEED WHEN BACK ON THE LEVEL. BRAKE PRESSURE WAS APPLIED KEEPING THE JEEP UNDER CONTROL. A WARNING NEEDS TO GO OUT THAT THE ADDITION OF A MAT OR CARPET ABOVE THE CURRENT JEEP MAT WILL CAUSE THE GAS PEDAL TO STICK IN THE DOWN POSITION WHICH COULD CAUSE A CRASH OR DEATH. *TR

THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO AWAIT A RECALL FOR A PROBLEM THAT COULD RESULT IN EXPLOSION OF THE FUEL TANK UPON IMPACT, AND FEEL CHRYSLER JEEP SHOULD BE HELD TO A HIGHER ACCOUNTABILITY AND MORE TIMELY RESOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM.
