MY BODY WENT FORWARD AND BACKWARD VIOLENTLY. FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS I HAD EXPERIENCED MUSCLE PAIN, STIFFNESS AND POOR NIGHT SLEEP. THE ACCIDENT WAS REPORTED TO THE POLICE. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS 2004 LEXUS ES330. WHEN THE CONTACT WAS INSPECTING THE VEHICLE UNDER THE HOOD, HE NOTICED THE DASHBOARD WAS CRACKED ON PASSENGER SIDE WHICH DISPLAYED THE AIR BAG FOAM. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE GARAGE FOR YEARS AND HE ALSO HAD A SHADE IN THE WINDSHIELD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE DEALER ALSO STATED THERE WAS NOTHING COULD BE DONE REGARDING THE DASHBOARD. THE MANAGER AT THE LEXUS DEALERSHIP STATED THAT THEY WOULD PROVIDE REIMBURSEMENT FOR HALF OF THE REPAIR COST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 75,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100,095.
