A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE INSURANCE COMPANY TOWED THE VEHICLE TO A BODY SHOP; HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED AND A REPORT WAS FILED.
