Every time I apply the brakes, I hear the motor actuating, and I'm so anxious and worried that the brakes might not work. The brake is a life-threatening device, so I'm very anxious. Currently, Lexus says that it is normal to make sounds and there is nothing wrong with safety, but this is not normal. And it is a brake, so it cannot be normal for safety. When I first bought the car, I didn't hear anything at all. They keep saying there's no safety issue, but I don't know when it's going to happen and I'm so nervous I remember a few years ago, a Toyota Lexus part failure to activate its brakes, killing a whole family. I hope you investigate thoroughly so that it doesn't happen again. Thank you for your hard work
