Brake over heats because of rust caused by rain which builds up causing brakes to freeze up. Explanation from dealer. In fact told us we need to dry brakes off if we drive in rain and park in garage for more than 2 days or we will have it happen again. Brakes freeze and car locked up and can’t move it. We bought the car used had it inspected by a MBD in Atlanta G. Bulkhead , told breaks were like new. Mileage 23,666 miles. Put on about 4000 miles now brakes gone froze up from rain. Garage kept. While driving car we were noticing almost like the breakers were on but not stepping on break. A pulling like action. Seemed like emergency brake was on.
