THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE DRIVER SIDE SUN VISOR MIRROR WAS REPAIRED. THE PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR DETACHED FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE SUN VISOR SIX WEEKS AFTER THE REPAIRS TO THE PASSENGER SIDE SUN VISOR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55000.
