TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 NISSAN ALTIMA. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO SHIFT THE VEHICLE FROM PARK INTO DRIVE, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED; HOWEVER, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS STIFF. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN PURCHASED AND DELIVERED TO HER RESIDENCE BY AN UNKNOWN DEALER. THE DEALER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE AND THE MECHANIC WAS ABLE TO REPLACE THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE CALIPER AT THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. ADDITIONALLY, WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, SMOKE EMITTED FROM THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE WHEEL. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE BRAKE ROTOR AND CALIPER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. NEITHER A DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE RECENT FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 154,000. *TT CONSUMER STATED POLICE INFORMED THE CONSUMER THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED. *JB
UNDERNEATH THE FLOOR BOARDS ON BOTH SIDES ARE RUSTING OUT. THE DRIVERS SIDE IS ESPECIALLY BAD. I HAVE OWNED THE CAR SINCE IT WAS NEW BUT JUST RECENTLY NOTICED THIS PROBLEM. ALSO THE PAINT ONT THE HOOD, TOP AND EXTERIOR REVIEW MIRRORS HAS FADED. OTHERWISE THE CAR SEEMS TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE. IT HAS 119,560 MILES ON IT AND I PLANNED ON USING IT FOR A WHILE LONGER. WE HAVE OWNED A TOTAL OF 5 NISSANS BEGINNING IN IN 1989 AND ALL HAVE BEEN GOOD VEHICLES. WE ARE CURRENTLY LEASING A ROGUE. I AM HOPING THAT NISSAN WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL NISSAN OWNER FOR MANY YEARS I'M NOT PAST CHANGING BRANDS, AND WILL WHEN THIS LEASE IS UP IF THEY CAN'T DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE FLOOR BOARDS AT THE VERY LEAST. I FEEL THAT THIS COULD CAUSE ISSUES IN A NUMBER OF WAYS. ONE IS EXHAUST FUMES ENTERING THE CAR, ANOTHER WOULD BE OBJECTS FROM THE ROAD FLYING UP THROUGH THE FLOOR AND INJURING THE DRIVER OR PASSENGER.
I'VE CALLED TO SEE IF THERE'S A RECALL ON THE CAR FUEL SYSTEM TO BE EXACT FUEL GAUGE IS READING FULL IS BROKEN.READS FULL WHEN THERE'S ONLY 5 TO 6 GALLONS OF GAS.THEY WON'T EVEN LOOK AT IT FREE OF CHARGE TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE IS.THIS HAPPENS WHEN I'M DRIVING OR SITTING.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 NISSAN ALTIMA. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CAMSHAFT POSITIONING SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 NISSAN ALTIMA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND ALL THE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT COASTED THE VEHICLE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD TO A COMPLETE STOP, WAITED APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES, AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE. ONCE RESTARTED, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DETERMINED THAT THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR FAILED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 32409124. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 07V527000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.
'TAKATA RECALL' DASHBOARD INTSTRUMENT LIGHT NOW REMAINS ON FOR THE PASSENGER AIRBAG. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS SAFE TO HAVE A PASSENGER IN THAT SEAT WHEN DRIVING.
NISSAN HAS RECALLED MY CAR UNDER RECALL CAMPAIGN # 3213-3192, FOR ROTTED REAR SUBFRAME DUE TO NORTH EASTERN NORTH AMERICAN WINTER CLIMATE AND USE OF SALT. NISSAN REPLACED THE SUBFRAME . THE RECALL SHOULD AND MUST INCLUDE THE FRONT SUBFRAME ALSO. THE EXACT PROBLEM WITH ROTTED SUBFRAME OCCURRED WITH THE FRONT SUBFRAME THAT SUPPORTS THE FRONT WHEELS, STEERING & BRAKING. PLEASE INVESTIGATE INTO NISSAN REASON FOR NOT EXTENDING THE RECALL CAMPAIGN FOR THE BOTH SUBFRAMES NOT ONE FOR IDENTICAL CONDITIONS. AT THE MINIMUM , NISSAN SHOULD HAVE PROVIDED UNDERCOATING TO PROTECT THE REST OF THE FRAME & SUBMEMBERS TO THIS VEHICLE. I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE PASSENGER SIDE FLOOR REPLACEMENT & UNDERCOATING. IT IS OBVIOUS THE CAR WAS NOT PREPARED FOR USE IN NEW ENGLAND STATES AT TIME OF PURCHASE. *DSY
FRONT PASSENGER SUB FRAME ROTTED FROM SALT USED IN NEW ENGLAND WINTERS. CAR IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE BECAUSE POSSIBLITY OF SEPARATION OF LOWER CONTROL ARM TO SUB FRAME MOUNTS. CAR FRAME WAS NOT PROPERLY COATED FOR NEW ENGLAND REGION.
TAKATA RECALL MY CAR KEEPS DYING OUT OF NO WHERE. THE BATTERY LIGHT IS ON, THE OIL LIGHT IS ON, THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. I WENT TO OREILLYS AND SAID IT WAS THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR:
TRANSMISSION SLAMS FROM DRIVE MODE AND THEN TO REVERSE WHEN HOT IN DRIVE IT SLIPS TRANS MISSION SLAMS WHEN SHIFTING AT A STATIONARY POSITION ,SLIPS WHEN CAR IS WARMED UP AND DRIVING ON HIGHWAY,SLIPS MORE ON INCLIDINGROADS. *TR
THE OTHER DAY I GOT PULLED OVER FOR HAVING NO LIGHTS ON IN THERE REAR BUT MY LIGHTS WERE ON IN THE FRONT I REPLACED THE BULB. THE LICENSE PLATE LIGHTS ALSO MY PARKING LIGHTS ARE STILL NOT WORKING.
I OWN A 2005 NISSAN. I RELY ON MY CAR DAILY TO GET TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS. THE CAR STALLS IN PARK ALL LIGHTS START BLINKING THEN DIES. HAS HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING AS WELL THE CAR WILL MOVE BUT YOU CANT ACCELERATE ON THE PEDAL THIS HAPPENED IN A TRAFFIC CIRCLE MY FIANCE AND TWO FRIENDS WERE WITH ME AT THE TIME. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS I COULD GET INTO A BAD ACCIDENT AND DIE OR EVEN KILL MY PASSENGERS. I HAVE HAD A MECHANIC RESET MY ECM BUT THIS KEEPS HAPPENING I HAVE TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEM ON MY OWN AND HAVE HAD NO LUCK. I OWN A 2005 NISSAN ALTIMA 3.5SE V6 FOUR DOOR SEDAN AND I FEEL UNSAFE DRIVING. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE I WAS HOPING MY EXPERIENCE WOULD BE AWESOME IVE ALWAYS LIKED THE CARS NOW HONESTLY IM SCARED TO DRIVE IN IT AND WONT RECCOMEND ANYONE GETTING ONE. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT SUSTAINED SHOULDER, NECK, AND EAR INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO TONY NISSAN (94-1299 KA UKA BLVD, WAIPAHU, HI 96797, (808) 680-7150), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. *TT *TR
BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH TIMING CHAIN. RECENTLY REPLACED IT 2/6/2013 AND I WAS JUST TOLD THAT IT WENT OUT AGAIN. VERY FRUSTRATING CAUSE IT'S NOT CHEAP TO FIX
HELLO BACK DOOR NOT OPENING AND IT IS NOT UNDER JUN TAMONTE IT IS CARLOS .
ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS WHILE DRIVING DOWN A HIGHWAY MY VEHICLE SHUTS DOWN AND WILL NOT RESTART WITH THE FUEL GAGE SHOWING 1/4 TANK. IT WAS DETERMINED THE VEHICLE RAN OUT OF FUEL WHICH RESULTED IN FUEL LINE REQUIRING CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT OF FUEL PUMP. MULTISERVICE EAGLE TIRE REPLACED MULTIPLE FUEL PUMPS WITH NO SUCCESS. THE LOCAL NISSAN DEALERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE SHOP EXPRESSED NO RESOLUTION REGARDING THIS PROBLEM. MULTI SERVICE EAGLE TIRE REMOVED PUMP TO CHECK FOR BENT FLOAT ARM AND EVERYTHING LOOKED OKAY. WHEN TESTING RESISTANCE OF FUEL LEVEL SENSOR WEIRD READING AT BOTTOM END OF SPECTRUM AND IN THE MIDDLE SAW A HIGH RESISTANCE READING. POSSIBLE SENDING UNIT AND/OR GAUGE CLUSTER CONCERN. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN FILLING TANK THE FUEL GAGE REFLECTS 440 MILES AVAILABLE; THIS READING IS USUALLY 330. AFTER USING ALL AVAILABLE RESOURCES, REPAIR SHOP RETURNED VEHICLE TO CUSTOMER WITHOUT REPAIR. I AM CONCERNED FOR THE SAFETY OF DRIVER AND OTHER VEHICLES IF THIS EVENT HAPPENS AGAIN. CURRENTLY, THE VEHICLE IS SHARED BY THREE TEENAGERS AND TWO ADULTS. I'M CONCERNED AN ACCIDENT IS INEVITABLE DURING HEAVY TRAFFIC PERIODS.
OVER TWO MONTHS AGO MY GRANDSON OPENED THE OUTSIDE DRIVER SIDE DOOR OF MY NISSAN ALTIMA AND THE HANDLE CAME OFF IN HIS HAND. THE CAR WAS PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY. MY SON CHECKED FOR RECALLS AND SAID THERE WHERE NO RECALLS, EVEN THOUGH HE FOUND THAT THIS HAD HAPPENED TO OTHER OWNERS. HE ALSO FOUND THE PRICES FOR FIXING WITH A DEALER OR OTHER MECHANIC. AFTER A FEW DAYS OF DRIVING THE VEHICLE WITHOUT THE HANDLE BEING FIXED, IT OCCURRED TO ME THAT THIS COULD BE A SAFETY HAZARD. IF I WERE IN AN ACCIDENT AND PASSED OUT NO ONE COULD OPEN THE DOOR IN A TIMELY MANNER TO REMOVE ME OR OTHERS (IF IT WAS A PASSENGER DOOR) FROM THE VEHICLE. I CALLED NISSAN HEADQUARTERS AND FILED A CASE A DAY OR SO LATER. I RECEIVED A CALL WITHIN A DAY OR TWO AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND MY CONCERNS BUT I WAS TOLD THE VEHICLE IS TOO MANY MONTHS OUT OF WARRANTY AND TOO MANY MILES OUT OF WARRANTY. I EXPLAINED PROBLEM AND THE SAFETY CONCERNS BUT NOTHING MADE A DIFFERENCE. I TOLD THE FIRST AGENT WHO INITIALLY TOOK MY CASE, WHEN ASKED WHAT NISSAN COULD DO FOR ME, I SAID GIVE ME A DISCOUNT ON THE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OUTSIDE DRIVER SIDE DOOR HANDLE. A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SURVEY FROM NISSAN HEADQUARTERS AND AGAIN EXPRESSED MY CONCERN REGARDING SAFETY AND ALSO THE CONCERNS I RECENTLY HAD REGARDING THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP I HAD BEEN DEALING WITH SINCE I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THE CAR BRAND NEW FROM THIS PARTICULAR DEALER. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANY MORE FROM NISSAN HEADQUARTERS IN MORE THAN A MONTH. MY SON DID GLUE THE HANDLE BACK FOR ME, BUT JUST RECENTLY IT CAME OFF AGAIN. I MAY NEED TO HAVE IT PROFESSIONALLY REPAIRED. IN ORDER TO GET INTO THE VEHICLE, I MUST UNLOCK IT WITH THE REMOTE (I THINK THAT IS WHAT IT IS CALLED) AND LET THE WINDOW DOWN AND REACH IN TO OPEN THE DOOR. AFTER HOLDING THE DOOR HANDLE IN MY HAND, I BELIEVE IT IS JUST MADE OF PLASTIC.

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 180,000.
THE FLOOR PANEL ON THE FRONT, DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE GOT RUST AND GROWING A HOLE.
THERE IS A HOLE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE FLOOR PAN FROM THE RUST. THIS WAS NOT KNOW UNTIL MECHANIC SHOWED ME.
UPON INSPECTION PRIOR TO TRYING TO PRIVATELY SELL MY CAR, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE FLOORBOARDS WERE RUSTING OUT AND THERE ARE ACTUAL HOLE ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CAR. APPARENTLY, UPON ME GOOGLING, THIS IS A KNOWN DESIGN ISSUE (RATHER THAN NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR) FOR NISSANS BETWEEN 2002-2006. TO FIX THE CAR WILL COST ME MORE THAN IT IS WORTH. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT HOLES IN THE FLOORBOARDS ARE ALSO A HUGE SAFETY CONCERN.
CAR SHUTS DOWN NO POWER WILL NOT START. BACK UP ON THE FREEWAY IT JUST SHUTS OFF WITH NO WARNING THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS PROBLEM WILL KILL ME OR PPL AROUND ME ON THE ROAD. IT WILL STOP AND YOU CAN'T PUT ON YOUR BRAKES NOR STEER TO MOVE TO A SAVE PLACE

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 NISSAN ALTIMA. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED WITHOUT WARNING. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE STALLED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE CRANK SENSOR SHAFT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CRANK SENSOR WAS REPLACED ON THE VEHICLE TWICE MORE, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. BURDICK NISSAN IN CICERO, NEW YORK WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REPLACED THE CRANK SENSOR WITH AN OEM CRANK SENSOR, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 147,000.
I HAD A BIG HOLE ON MY PASSENGER SIDE AS WELL AS DRIVER SIDE ON FLOOR. MY PASSENGER AIRBAG LIGHTS ON. IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME OUT THAT WILL BE SO USEFUL FOR ME. PLEASE TAKE AN ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANKS.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR SUSPENSION (CROSSMEMBER) WAS FILLED WITH HOLES AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO PASS STATE INSPECTION. FREEDOM NISSAN OF SOUTH BURLINGTON (1095 SHELBURNE ROAD, SOUTH BURLINGTON, VERMONT 05403) WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED THE CONTACT WITH CASE NUMBERS: 28264107 AND 3338700. THE CONTACT REFERENCED THE MANUFACTURER'S SERVICE BULLETIN NUMBER: P5216 (REFERENCE NUMBER: NTB05-114C (SUBFRAME)) WARRANTY REPLACEMENT, BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 145,000.
THE CAR STALLED WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEED. CALLED AAA AND THE CAR WAS TOWED TO VILLAGE AUTO IN CHESTER NY .THERE THEY REPLACED THE CAMSHAFT AND CRANKSHAFT SENSORS.I SEARCHED THE INTERNET AND FOUND MANY PEOPLE REPORTING THE SAME PROBLEMS.SOME OF THE CARS WERE VOLUNTARY RECALLED. I CALLED NISSAN TO REPORT THE PROBLEM AND THEY TOLD ME THE RECALL GOES BY VIN NUMBER NOT BY THE MAKE AND MODEL. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM OF THE RECALLED CARS YET MY CAR ISN'T BEING RECALLED. IT'S LUCKY THAT THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN AT NIGHT AND MY DAUGHTER WAS ABLE TO PULL INTO A POLICE TURNAROUND AND FIND A LITTLE SAFETY.
MY CAR IS BEING ILLEGALLY REMOTELY HACKED BY AN I.T. TECHNICIAN BY THE NAME OF [XXX] WHO IS ILLEGALLY HACKING MY VEHICLE WITH BLUETOOTH. HIS BLUETOOTH DEVICE NUMBER THAT COMES UP IS [XXX] (WY STANDS FOR THE FIRST 2 LETTERS OF HIS LAST NAME, 23 IS PART OF HIS DATE OF BIRTH WHICH IS [XXX].) HIS # [XXX]. HIS ADDRESS: [XXX]. HIS EMAIL: [XXX]. [XXX] IS DANGEROUSLY HACKING MY VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. [XXX]IS VERY DANGEROUS HE IS HACKING MY CAR ALMOST DAILY, SEVERAL TIMES DAILY. ***HE DOES EVERYTHING LISTED IN THE FBI IC3 ARTICLED CALLED "MOTOR VEHICLES INCREASINGLY VULNERABLE TO REMOTE EXPLOITS." *** HE HAS DISABLED MY ENGINE EVEN CAUSING 2 CAR ACCIDENTS RECENTLY IN JUNE & JULY 2017 (WHEN I WAS DRIVING UNDER 10 MILES PER HOUR), HE HAS DISABLED MY BRAKES, HE HAS HACKED MY TRACTION AT LEAST 100 TIMES AND THE LIGHT COMES ON STATING TCS OFF/SLIP INDICATING THAT THE TRACTION IS DISABLED-THE POLICE TOLD ME TO PRESS THE BUTTON ON THE DASHBOARD THAT SAYS TCS OFF WHEN THIS HAPPENS AND IT WILL RESET ITSELF-BUT IT DOESN'T BECAUSE [XXX] IS REMOTELY HACKING MY CAR. THIS HAPPENS WHEN I AM DRIVING AT A SLOW PACE USUALLY UNDER 10 MILES AN HOUR IS WHEN HE DISABLES MY ENGINE COMPLETELY REMOTELY AND HE CAUSED 2 CAR ACCIDENTS BY DOING THIS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 112,000.

NISSAN USED PARTS IN THE TIMING CHAIN SYSTEM WHICH PREMATURELY FAIL AND WILL NOT COVER THE REPAIR AFTER WARRANTY. THE ISSUE WAS NOT ABLE TO BE DISCOVERED UNTIL IT HAD ALREADY FAILED AND IN THIS CASE, IS NOT A REPAIR THE OWNER CAN PERFORM ON THEIR OWN. CERTAIN MECHANICS HAVE EVEN CHOSE NOT TO PERFORM THIS REPAIR AND THE ONES WHICH ARE ABLE TO, CHARGE IN THE $2000+ RANGE. WHEN CONTACTING NISSAN ABOUT THIS ISSUE, THEY WERE AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM BUT HAD SAID IT WOULD HAVE TO HAVE BEEN REPAIRED WHILE UNDER WARRANTY. ONCE THE TIMING IS EFFECTED, THE ENGINE AND DRIVE TRAIN SEEM TO HAVE DROPPED IN PERFORMANCE IN WHICH I HAVE VERY SLUGGISH ACCELERATION AND CANNOT READY SPEEDS OVER 30 MPH. THERE IS NO WAY I WAS ABLE TO EVEN CHECK IF THE TIMING CHAIN SYSTEM HAD SIGNS OF GOING BAD, AND IF THERE WAS A RECALL, THIS ISSUE COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS. THIS FAULTY SYSTEM CREATES AN UNSAFE, UNRELIABLE MACHINE WHICH NISSAN SHOULD TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY.

I FORWARDED AN E-MAIL TO NISSAN ASKING WHAT WAS THE PARAMETERS OF THE RECALL AS THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME MY CAR HAD THIS PROBLEM. THEY RESPONDED THAT MY CAR IS NOT PART OF THE RECALL AND TO SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM MY LOCAL DEALER. I HAVE DEALT WITH THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP IN THE PAST AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
