The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, she and her passengers experienced nausea and dizziness symptoms. The car-sick symptoms went away after turning off the vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 179,780.
FUELING THE VEHICLE HAS HAD INTERMITTENT ISSUES. SOMETIMES THE PUMP WOULD SHUT OFF PRIOR TO BEING FULL AND I WOULD HAVE TO MANUALLY HOLD IT TO GET TANK FULL. TODAY I ATTEMPTED TO FILL THE TANK AND IT WOULD ONLY STAY ON FOR A FEW SECOND AND THEN THE NOZZLE WOULD COME OUT IF THE TANK AND SPRAY GAS ALL OVER. ATTEMPTED TO FILL SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE SAME OUTCOME. I HAD THE GAS STATION MANAGER COME OUT BECAUSE I ASSUMED IT WAS THEIR PUMP THAT WAS THE ISSUE. I NOW ONLY HAVE ENOUGH GAS TO GO 57 MILES.
VEHICLE WILL NOT ACCELERATE, APPEARS TO SLOW DOWN, CAUSING ISSUES ON HIGHWAY. PRESSING THE FUEL PEDAL DOES NOT APPEAR TO WORK; FUEL PEDAL TOUCHING FLOORBOARD AND VEHICLE STILL WILL NOT ACCELERATE.
