Recall for issue with braking system where vehicle can roll when in park. Nissan has not provided a remedy in a timely manner.

The contact stated that the brakes failed to operate as needed. The contact pumped the brake pedal and the vehicle stopped. The contact stated that there no warning light illuminated. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that there was no failure found. The vehicle had not been repaired. The contact stated that the failure had become a recurring failure and he was afraid to drive the vehicle. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle had begun to show electrical failure with the power door locks. The contact stated that the door locks would not lock properly or the locks would open independently. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 13,400.
On 2 recent occasions the truck's warning lights flashed on the dash and the vehicle applied the brakes for no apparent reason. The first occurance the dealer in Fairfield, Ohio, guessed there may have been debris blocking the camera eye. On the second occurance the dealer in Springdale, Ohio, could find no recalls or reason for the malfunction. Our concern is this malfunction will happen when the vehicle is going 70 MPH on an interstate.
