THIS OF COURSE IS VERY UNSAFE. THIS HAS HAPPENED 4 TIMES OVER THE PAST MONTH. THE DEALER HAS HAD THE CAR A COUPLE WEEKS AT A TIME AND CAN'T RECREATE THE PROBLEM SO THEY WON'T REPLACE ANY PARTS. THE DEALER CLAIMS THIS IS A DECISION MADE BY NISSAN AND IF THE DEALER REPLACES THE PARTS THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM. WE EVEN PROVIDED THEM VIDEO TAPE FROM A PHONE OF THIS OCCURRING. THE SERVICE MANAGER TELLS US NISSAN HAS NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WHICH IS HARD TO BELIEVE WHEN THERE ARE MANY WEB-SITE POSTS OF THE SAME PROBLEM IN MANY NISSAN VEHICLES.
