THE SENTRA HAS A LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD THAT ALERTS THE DRIVER IF THE PASSENGER AIRBAG IS DISABLED. THIS LIGHT ON MY SENTRA WILL SOMETIMES COME ON EVEN THOUGH A 150 POUND PERSON IS SITTING IN THE PASSENGER SEAT. INITIALLY I WAS ABLE TO GET THE LIGHT TO TURN OFF BY BRAKING FAST. A FEW NIGHTS AGO, I COULD NOT GET THE LIGHT TO TURN OFF FOR A 20 MINUTE DRIVE EVEN THOUGH A 150 POUND PERSON IS SITTING IN THE SEAT. PER NISSAN, THE AIR BAG IS PROVIDING NO CODES FOR THIS ISSUE AND UNLESS I CAN RECREATE IT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I HAVE CONTACTED NISSAN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD TO VIDEO TAPE THE LIGHT, GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER WHO CAN THEN READ THE CODES OF WHICH THERE ARE NOT ANY OR TO TRADE IN THE VEHICLE. I AM CONCERNED THAT THE AIR BAG WILL NOT PROPERLY DEPLOY IN A FRONT END COLLISION. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN SENTRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN AN ADULT OCCUPANT THAT WEIGHED LESS THAN 100 LBS WAS SEATED IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT, THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS A LOOSE HARNESS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,150.
A COUPLE OF WEEKS AFTER I PURCHASE THE CAR, I NOTICE THAT THE LIGHT KEPT COMING ON WEATHER SOMEONE WAS SEATING THERE OR NOT. I GOT A RECALL NOTICE IN THE MAIL AND I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR INSPECTION TO THE DEALER. AFTER THAT THEY LIGHT STILL KEPT COMING ON. I TOOK IT BACK AGAIN ONE MORE TIME AND THEY GENTLEMEN SAID THAT EVERYTHING LOOK GOOD. WELL UP TO THIS DATE, THE LIGHT IS STILL COMING ON WEATHER SOMEONE IS SEATING IN THE PASSENGER SEAT OR NOT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, BECAUSE I'VE ALREADY TAKEN IT BACK TWICE AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT EVERYTHING IS OKAY. I FEAR FOR MY PASSENGER WHEN I HAVE THEM IN MY CAR. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. *TR
ENGINE STALLED ON THE INTERSTATE WHILE TRAVELING AT 70 MPH. STALLED AGAIN ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AT 30 MPH. WENT TO DEALERSHIP, THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE. OTHERS HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES, BUT NISSAN WILL NOT RECOGNIZE ENGINE STALLS AS A CURRENT ISSUE WITH 2013 NISSAN SENTRAS. HOWEVER NISSAN DID SEND ME ONE MONTHS CAR NOTE FOR THE VEHICLE BEING IN THE SHOP SEVERAL TIMES FOR THIS PROBLEM. ACCORDING TO NISSAN THERE IS A SUGGESTED REPAIR INVOLVING THE ACCELERATOR ON THESE VEHICLES, BUT THE COMPANY WILL NOT AUTHORIZE THE REPAIR UNLESS THEIR TECHNICIANS CAN REPRODUCE THE ISSUE. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO NISSAN THEY SIMPLY SAY THAT THEY UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING BUT THE COMPANY WILL NOT AUTHORIZE THE REPAIR AT THIS TIME. THEY MORE OR LESS LEFT IT TO ME TO CONTINUE WITH MY OWN RESEARCH ABOUT A POTENTIAL RECALL INVOLVING ENGINE STALLS. *TR
I AM HAVING TWO PROBLEMS WITH THE ABS SYSTEM ON MY 2013 NISSAN SENTRA SV. ON THREE OCCASIONS THE ABS SYSTEM SHUT OFF THE BRAKES COMPLETELY AT LOW SPEED ON SLIPPERY ROADS. WHILE TESTING THE CAR TO REPRODUCED THE ABOVE CONDITION I NOTICED THAT AT LOW SPEED ON SLIPPERY ROADS THE CAR STOPPED ABOUT 1/3 SHORTER WITHOUT THE ABS SYSTEM. I AM A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER AND WAS A PROJECT MANAGER FOR ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEMS AND AM FAMILIAR WITH ABS OPERATION.
I HAVE DROPPED MY FRIEND AND EVEN AFTER THAT PASSENGER AIRBAG WAS ON. THERE IS NO AIRBAG WARNING IF THE PASSENGER DOES NOT WEAR SEAT BELT. NOT SURE IF THAT IS THE MISSING FEATURE IN THE CAR. NISSAN DEALER SAYS THAT CAR DOES NOT HAVE A FEATURE TO WARN IF PASSENGER DOES NOT WEAR SEAT BELT.
THIS VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED ON 12/31/2013, WITH 22 MILES SHOWING ON THE ODOMETER. APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS LATER, WHILE AT A STOP LIGHT, THE CAR ENGINE CUTS OFF, I WAS ABLE TO PUT THE CAR INTO PARK AND RESTART WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEM. THE ENGINE HAS STOPPED THREE OTHER TIMES SINCE THEN, THE OTHERS WERE WHILE IDLING AND DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 25-30MPH.I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN IT BACK TO THE DEALER AFTER THE FIRST INCIDENT, BUT THOUGHT IT WAS A FLUKE, BUT AFTER THE FOURTH TIME, I'M A BIT AFRAID THAT THIS WILL CONTINUE TO HAPPEN AND PROBABLY CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.HOW DO I BEGIN TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITH NISSAN? *TR
I WAS TRAVELING ON VENTURA BLVD. AT A NORMAL SPEED OF TRAFFIC WHEN SOMEONE ABRUPTLY STOPPED IN FRONT OF ME. THIS HAPPENED IN ENCINO, CA. ON JANUARY 8, 2014. THE CAR LITERALLY AFTER APPLYING THE BRAKES, KEPT GOING AND THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ME APPLYING THE BRAKES OR NOT. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! IT TOTALED MY CAR, AND THE PERSON WHOM I HIT HAVE HAD NECK/BACK INJURIES! I AM LUCKY TO BE ALIVE SINCE THE WEAKEST CRASH TEST WAS THE FRONT END, DRIVER SIDE!! I WAS INJURED TOO MY KNEE SWELLED AND MY HAND WAS SWOLLEN. WHEN I ADDRESSED THIS TO NISSAN, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN SENTRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TPMS WARNING LIGHT KEPT ILLUMINATING INTERMITTENTLY. THE CONTACT CONSTANTLY HAD TO CHECK THE TIRE PRESSURE. ALTHOUGH THE DEALER RESET THE CODE, THE FAILURE RECURRED FOR LONGER THAN SIX WEEKS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AT LEAST THREE OR MORE TIMES, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO COAST THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD THE SECOND TIME THE FAILURE RECURRED, BUT THERE WAS A STRONG HESITATION AS IF THE VEHICLE MAY STALL AGAIN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED SEVERAL TIMES. THE DEALER REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION THREE TIMES AND INDICATED THAT IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED A FOURTH TIME. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT THE FAILURE MAY RECURR INTERMITTENTLY EVEN IF THE TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED AGAIN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000.
I ONLY HAD MY CAR FOR ABOUT 10 MONTHS. I KEEP MY CAR UPDATED WITH THE MAINTENANCE. I DROVE TO LAS VEGAS, NEVADA FRIDAY AFTERNOON. MY CAR WAS RUNNING GREAT I GET TO LAS VEGAS NEVADA I HERE THIS LOUD GRINDING CRINKLY NOISE COMING FROM MY ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION. I TAKE IT TO PLANET NISSAN IN LAS VEGAS NEVADA. THEY TOOK FOREVER TO EVEN TAKE ME AS A CUSTOMER. THEN THEY COME OUT AND SAY YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RENTAL AND YOUR TRANSMISSION WENT OUT. THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CAR AS FAR AS PICKING IT UP WHEN ITS FIXED. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH CARS. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS TO THIS CAR AND ITS SUPPOSED TO BE BRAND NEW. I BOUGHT IT WITH 32 MILES ON IT. MIND YOU ALL THIS WAS ON A TRIP I TOOK TO VEGAS WITH MY FAMILY. MY TWO YEAR OLD SON WAS DRAINED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE HAVING TO SPEND 6 HOURS AT PLANET NISSAN. THEY EVEN TRY SELLING ME A ANOTHER NEW SENTRA. *TR
WHILE RIDING IN THE PASSENGER SEAT, THE AIRBAG DISABLED LIGHT IS STILL ILLUMINATED, LEADING ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE AIRBAG IS DISABLED EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A FULL GROWN ADULT IN THE SEAT. IT SHUTS OFF INTERMITTENTLY, BUT ON TODAY'S 6 HOUR DRIVE IT DID NOT TURN OFF ONCE EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS SOMEONE OCCUPYING THE SEAT. *TR
MY 2013 NISSAN HAS 75,000 HIGHWAY MILES. I'VE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE CAR UNTIL CHRISTMAS EVE. DRIVING HOME FROM WORK WHEN MY CAR STARTED RUNNING ROUGH, IT DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY PICK UP. I PULLED INTO THE CLOSEST NISSAN DEALERSHIP TO FIND OUT I HAD TRANSMISSION FAILURE AND THAT MY WARRANTY HAD JUST RAN OUT..I AM LOOKING INTO THIS A BIT MORE BECAUSE THIS TRANSMISSION IS NOT USED IN THE 2014 OR 15 MODEL. *TR
TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 5 . A TRUCK VEERED INTO THE LANE AND HIT THE CAR HEAD ON. SEVERE DAMAGE YET THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THANKFULLY MY DAUGHTER HAD ON HER SEAT BEAT. I JUST BROUGHT THIS CAR ON NOV 23, 2013. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN SENTRA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND THERE WAS A LOUD GRINDING NOISE COMING FROM ALL OF THE WHEELS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE DIAGNOSIS WAS UNKNOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 126.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN SENTRA. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH AND CRASHED INTO A DEER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED BUT DID NOT RESPOND. THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED BODY DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF THE CRASH. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN FOR INSPECTION OF THE BRAKING FAILURE OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,000.
AROUND 8K MY CAR STARTED WITH A GRINDING NOISE WHEN I WOULD STEP ON THE BRAKES TOOK IT FOR SERVICE SAID THE CAR NEEDED BRAKE FLUID, NOW NOT EVEN 3MONTHS LATER MY CAR HAS THE SIMILAR GRINDING NOISE ON & OFF AT TIMES NOT WHEN I STEP ON THE BRAKE BUT WHEN CAR IS RUNNING WILL BE TAKING IT TO SERVICE TOMORROW. *TR
THE WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID DOES NOT GET SPRAYED ONTO THE WINDSHIELD. RATHER, THE FLUID SPRAYS THE BASE OF WINDSHIELD WIPER AND TRAPS THE LIQUID BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE BLADE AND INTO THE WIPER WELL. PINHEAD SIZED DOTS OF FLUID MAKE IT HALFWAY UP THE WINDSHIELD OFFERING NO FLUID FOR THE WIPERS TO USE TO CLEAN THE WINDOW. AFTER 4 GOOD PULLS, EXCESS WASHER FLUID DRAINED FROM THE WIPER WELL AND RAN DOWN THE SIDE OF THE CAR EXITING FROM THE DRIVER WHEEL WELL. THE WIPERS DO NOT "GRAB" AND CARRY UP ONTO THE WINDSHIELD THE EXCESS FLUID AS IT DRAINS BACK INTO THE WIPER WELL AS THE FLUID IS SPRAYED AT THE BASE OF THE WIPERS OUT OF REACH OF THE BLADE. I HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM TAKING MY CAR TO SID DILLON NISSAN IN LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, AND WAS TOLD IF THEY ADJUSTED THE SPRAYER IT WOULD SPRAY THE INSIDE OF THE HOOD AND THEY MUST LEAVE THE NOZZLES WHERE THEY ARE. I SHOULD NOTE THE NOZZLES ARE ANCHORED TO THE HOOD AND RAISE UP AND AWAY FROM THE ENGINE (NO FLUID LINES ATTACHED WHEN HOOD IS OPEN) WHEN THE HOOD IS RAISED THIS IS DANGEROUS...I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLEAN MY WINDSHIELD (WHICH IS THE PURPOSE OF THE FLUID SPRAYER) WHEN ENCOUNTERING POST-STORM HIGHWAY SLUDGE, MELTING AND DIRTY SNOW ARE THROWN ONTO THE WINDSHIELD OF MY CAR BY OTHER VEHICLES. I DO NOT KNOW IF THE NOZZLES ARE DEFECTIVE AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS RELUCTANT TO REPLACE THEM OR IF THIS IS A DESIGN FLAW. EITHER WAY, IF THE WINDSHIELD GETS DIRTY WHILE I AM DRIVING, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE. THIS IS TERRIFYING. *TR

THE CONTACT PULLED OVER TO CHECK UNDER THE HOOD AND DISCOVERED THAT THE ENGINE WAS ON FIRE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHAT CAUSED THE FIRE. NO ONE WAS INJURED. THE CONTACT FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MANUFACTURER REGARDING THE FIRE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,110.

THE WINDSHIELD SPRAY DOES NOT SPRAY CLEANING FLUID ON THE WINDSHIELD. IT HITS THE BOTTOM OF THE WIPER. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE SELLING DEALER, NISSAN OF CHESAPEAKE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT IT ALL OF THE TIME AND THAT IT WAS THE NUMBER ONE COMPLAINT ON THIS MODEL AND IT CANNOT BE ADJUSTED. VERY DANGEROUS IF TRYING TO CLEAN SALT/ROAD GRIME FROM THE WINDSHIELD. *TR
PASSENGER AIR BAG LIGHTS UP STATING AIR BAGS ARE OFF EVEN THOUGH THERE IS AN ADULT SITTING IN PASSENGER SEAT. TOOK IN TODAY TO NISSAN DEALER THEY SAID IT WAS SOMETHING NORMAL. I INSISTED FOR THEM TO NOTE IT IN THEIR SYSTEM THAT I TOOK IT IN FOR THAT REASON. THEY DECIDED TO KEEP MY CAR TO RUN TESTS. *TR
NOTICES A CREAKING NOISE FROM PASSENGER SIDE REAR BRAKE AT SLOW SPEED APPROX 3 WEEKS AGO, INTERMITTENT. WAS DRIVING ON FRIDAY 11/22 AND HEARD A LOUD THUMP, CHECKED CAR AND DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING. DRIVING ABOUT 1/2 HOUR LATER, HEAD A LOUD THUMP AND FELT THE CAR JERK. STOPPED, VISUAL CHECK OF CAR TUNED UP NOTHING. CONTINUED TO DRIVE AND THEN RIGHT REAR BRAKE STARTED TO SQUEAK, WHICH TURNED INTO A LOUD GRINDING NOISE. GOT THE CAR TO LOCAL NISSAN DEALERSHIP, AND UPON INSPECTION SAID THAT THE REAR BRAKES HAD FAILED AND NEEDED NEW DRUMS AND PADS! 11K MILES ON DRUM REAR BRAKES SHOULD NOT RESULT IN FAILURE. COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, BUT NERVOUS TO DRIVE THR CAR NOW. *TR
I BOUGHT MY NISSAN SENTRA SV ON NOVEMBER 18, 2013 AND THE NEXT DAY I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE DEALER TO CHECK THE LIGHT INDICATING LOW PRESSURE IN TIRE(S). THE SECOND TIME I TOOK THE CAR INTO NISSAN DEALERSHIP WAS ON DECEMBER 18, 2014 WHEN MY VEHICLE AIR BAG LIGHT KEPT DISENGAGING WHEN MY HUSBAND WAS SEATED ON THE PASSENGER SEAT. [XXX], WHO I TOLD WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH THE AIR BAG LIGHT TURNING OFF, HAD THE AUTO TECH LOOK AT AND AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS DONE BEING CHECKED I WAS TOLD THAT EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. [XXX] SHOWED ME THAT IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY, BUT WHEN HE SAT IN THE PASSENGER SEAT AND THE LIGHT WENT OFF AND HE TRIED SEVERAL TIME TO ENGAGE IT DIDN'T WORK, SO HE WENT BACK TO TALK TO THE TECH AND CAME BACK AND TOLD ME THAT IT'S OKAY AND TO MONITOR IT. NOW, I RECEIVE A RECALL NOTICE LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM THAT I TOOK MY CAR IN SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AND TOLD NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT. SERIOUSLY, WHAT HAPPENED IF I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND THE AIRBAG DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY AND SOME ONE GOT HURT OR WORST KILLED. A LIFE CAN'T BE REPLACED, BUT A CAR CAN. I HOPE THAT WHEN I TAKE THE CAR INTO THE DEALERSHIP I DON'T GET THE RUN AROUND AND BEING TOLD NOTHING IS WRONG. *TR
I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR THE THIRD TIME ABOUT THE REAR BRAKES. AT FIRST THERE WAS A GRINDING NOISE. I WAS TOLD SOMETHING HAD GOTTEN LOOSE AND THAT IT WAS FIXED. IT WASN'T, I TOOK BACK A SECOND TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD TO PUT SOME MORE LUBE ON IT. WELL THAT WORKED FOR A LITTLE BIT. NOW I CAN'T BACK UP WITHOUT THE BRAKES SQUEAKING LIKE CRAZY, THE GRINDING IS BACK AND NOW WHEN I TURN THE WHEEL YOU HEAR A CLUNKING NOISE. ALSO THE BRAKE PADS ARE ALREADY WORN.... ON AN 8 MONTH OLD CAR! I HAVE EMAILED NISSAN ABOUT THIS AND WAITING FOR A REPLY. I AM FILING A REPORT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND NISSAN. IF THIS IS NOT FIXED I PLAN TO USE THIS LEMON LAW. I HAVE ALL THE NOISE RECORDED ON VIDEO AND KEPT ALL THE RECORDS OF WHEN THE CAR WENT IN. THE BRAKES WEARING OUT THIS FAST IS RIDICULOUS ON A NEW CAR! IF THE BRAKES FAIL, I COULD GET INTO AN ACCIDENT AND THEN IT'S MY FAULT. OH AND AS FOR THE SQUEAKING OF THE BRAKES, "IT'S A CASE BY CASE ISSUE." WHICH MEAN IT COULD TAKE AT LEAST A MONTH BEFORE IT IS REPAIRED. BUT THE DEALERSHIP ASSURED ME THAT NO OTHER DAMAGE WILL BE DONE.... THEN WHY ARE THINGS GETTING WORSE! *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN SENTRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A COMPLETE STOP, THERE WAS A SIGNIFICANT DELAY IN ACCELERATION RESPONSE. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED WITHOUT WARNING WHEN DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. NO ONE RIDING IN MY BLIND SPOT CAN SEE MY BLINKING SIGNAL LIGHT. OVERALL THIS CAR IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. GETTING HIT ONCE AND ALMOST A SECOND TIME WAS SCARY. EVER SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED I HAVE EXPERIENCED ISSUES WITH THE BRAKES, EVERY TIME I COME TO A STOP AND PRESS THE BRAKE AFTER A FEW SECONDS THE CAR STARTS MOVING AND THE BRAKE PEDAL LOOSES PRESSURE AND I HAVE TO PUSH MY FOOT FURTHER THAN NORMAL, EVENTUALLY MY FOOT TOUCHES THE FLOOR OF THE VEHICLE AND I CAN'T PUSH THE BRAKE ANY FURTHER, SO I HAVE TO TAP THE GAS AND THEN RE-ENGAGE THE BRAKE AGAIN. TWO DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT THIS 2013 NISSAN SENTRA. WHEN SISTER (120 BL) SIT IN THE PASSENGER SEAT AND THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG LIGHT WAS ON, AFTER COUPLE MINUTES THE LIGHT WENT OFF. LATER ON, THE LIGHT ON AGAIN. I CHECK THE USER'S MANU, IT SAID IF THE AIRBAG LIGHT ON WHICH MEANS THE AIRBAG IS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION, IF I HAVE A CRASH, THE PASSENGER WILL NOT GOT ANY AIRBAG PROTECTION. I WENT BACK TO THE DEALER'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THE MECHANIC SAID IT WAS COMMON, JUST BECAUSE THE AIRBAG SENSOR UNDER THE "NEW DESIGNED" SEAT WAS NOT SO SENSITIVE,AND HE SAID MY SISTER IS NOT HEAVY ENOUGH(120 BL) TO MAKE THE AIRBAG WORK.
