TL* - THE CONTACT PURCHASED A NEW 2007 NISSAN VERSA. WHILR DRIVING OFF THE LOT THE ENGINE STALLED 6 MILES AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP, WHO HAD VEHICLE TOWED BACK TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE STALLED 3 MORE TIMES. THE DEALERSHIP REPLACED THE THROTTLE, BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY THE DEALERSHIP THAT IT WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. *AK
