VEHICLE STALLS FOR NO REASON. THIS HAS HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AND DURING ROUTINE TRIPS THROUGH STREETS WITH STOP LIGHTS AND STOP SIGNS. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON INTERMITTENTLY. HAS BEEN INSPECTED MY NUMEROUS MECHANICS AND CANNOT FIND A PROBLEM.
FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM - MY FUEL SENSOR GRADUALLY STOPPED WORKING AND NOW MY FUEL GAUGE IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. RECENTLY MY CAR IS HESITATING WHEN I ACCELERATE IN ALL 5 GEARS AND I WAS TOLD IT MAY BE THE FUEL PUMP OR FUEL LINE. LAST WEEK I TOOK IT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND WAS GIVEN A NOTIFICATION OF A RECALL FOR THE FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM. WHEN RESEARCHING THE RECALL BY THE VIN# IT IS NOT LISTED BUT IF I SEARCH BY MAKE AND MODEL IT IS LISTED. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT.

ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER, I WAS DRIVING AND IT CUT OFF, WAITED ABOUT 10 MIN. AGAIN. IT STARTED. THIS TIME I TOOK IT TO THE SHOP AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. THE TESTED IT AND NOTHING CAME UP. ALTERNATOR WAS GOOD, BATTERY WAS GOOD. THIS HAS HAPPENED ABOUT 6 MORE TIMES. TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP, THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT. NOT SURE WHAT IT COULD BE NOW. WHEN GETTING GAS, FILL THE TANK . FUEL LEVEL GOES TO EMPTY. THE FUEL LEVEL WILL REMAIN ON EMPTY UNTIL GAS IS AT HALF, SHOWS CURRENT GAS LEVEL FOR 5-7 MILES THEN RETURNS TO DISPLAYING EMPTY. *TR
