TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT SHIFTED THE VEHICLE INTO PARK AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE. ON ANOTHER OCCASION WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN A PARKING LOT, THE VEHICLE SHUTOFF AND WAS TOWED TO DELUCA TOYOTA (1719 SW COLLEGE RD, OCALA, FL 34471) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,000.
CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. THROWS 5 CODES ALL EMISSIONS AND FUEL ERRORS. TOYOTA DEALERSHIP HAD IT FOR A FULL DAY AND CAN NOT FIGURE OUT WHY/CAUSE. NEEDS FOR LONGER. 8000 MILES ON CAR.
