PASSENGER SIDE FRONT WHEEL WELL FLAP WAS MISSING A BOLT THAT SHOULD HAVE ATTACHED TO THE BODY CAUSING FLAP TO BE LOOSE AND RUB ON THE TIRE WHICH WORE A HOLE THROUGH THE FLAP.
