Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)SUNROOF EXPLODED WHILE DRIVING ON FREEWAY. I WAS DOING 65 MPH IN THE CARPOOL LANE. NO APPARENT DEBRIS FROM SURROUNDING VEHICLES. FRONT CAR WAS FAR AWAY, SIDE VEHICLES DRIVING SLOWER AND NO TRUCKS. ALL THE EDGES OF THE REMAINING GLASS ARE FACING OUTWARD AS IF THERE WAS TOO MUCH PRESSURE INSIDE THE VEHICLE. I HAD COMPLAINED EARLIER TO THE DEALER ABOUT A WIND WHISTLING NOISE WHICH THEY WERE UNABLE TO CONFIRM. 10:15 AM, 58 DEGREES, SPOTTED RAIN, 5-16-2019
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
