THE DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE CHEST, RIGHT KNEE, LEFT THIGH, STOMACH AND SEVERE BLOOD LOSS. THE FRONT PASSENGER SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE BACK, NECK, AND BOTH KNEES. TWO OF THE REAR PASSENGERS SUSTAINED A BROKEN COLLAR BONE, BACK, RIGHT LEG AND NECK INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS LATER TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND WAS DEEMED DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE TO THE CONTACT. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 40,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. *TR
