THE SAFELITE EXPERT LOOKED AT THE ORIGINAL FACTORY WINDOW AND DECLARED IT DEFECTIVE AS A PIECE OF IT WAS MISSING FROM ONE CORNER WHEN THE VOLVO FACTORY INSTALLED IT IN MY 2002 S60 T5 VEHICLE. *JB
