Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)Water in leaking from both sides of the windshield causing me to be distracted as I am trying to wipe water off my seat and avoid getting my legs/pants wet. Also the water running down the inside of the windshield in addition to the water on the outside causes visibility issues. Volvo needs to fix this problem.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 VOLVO S60. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS CONSUMING AN ABNORMAL AMOUNT OF ENGINE OIL PER WEEK. ADDITIONALLY, THE HEATER AND DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER FAILED TO OPERATE AS DESIGNED. THERE WAS NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. AN UNKNOWN DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,000.
