BRAKE GRINDING CHANGED BRAKES AND ROTORS AND ALSO CONTROL ARM HUB BEARING AND STRUT
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE INTERMITTENTLY ROCKED BACK AND FORTH. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. ALSO, WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE AIR BAG INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND REMAINED LIT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND PERFORMED A TIRE ROTATION AND BALANCING. ADDITIONALLY, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SUN ROOF LEAKED WATER WHEN IT RAINED. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED (SELLERS BUICK GMC, FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, 248-579-4892) AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR A LATER DATE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES AND STATED THAT THE WARRANTY EXPIRED AND THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 75,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHILE MAKING A RIGHT TURN, THERE WAS A CRACKING NOISE UNDERNEATH THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STOPPED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE FRONT STABILIZER BAR DETACHED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 31,000.
PURCHASED VEHICLE END OF FEB 2014. PROBLEMS STARTED RIGHT AWAY. 3-13-14 REPLACED FRONT STRUTS, COMPLAINED ABOUT TRANS SHIFTS AND HEATER MOTOR WORKING PART TIME. DEALER SAID THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE. 4-8-14 REPLACED BLOWER MOTOR AND PIGTAIL. 6-5-14 REPLACED AC EVAPORATOR OLD ONE WAS SHOT. 7-5-14 REPLACED TRANSMISSION,& WATER PUMP, & STEERING GEAR PINION SHAFT SEAL. NOW WE CURRENTLY HAVE CLEAR COAT PEALING AND WATER COMING IN ON THE DRIVERS SIDE FLOOR. *TR

THE CONTACT STATE THAT THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED SEVERAL FAILURES THE TRANSMISSION GEAR COULD NOT BE SHIFTED OUT OF FIRST GEAR, THE ENGINE COMPRESSION FAILED , THE SUSPENSION SWAY BAR FAILED, THE TRACTION CONTROL FAILED, AND THE REAR LIFT GATE OPENED ON ITS OWN. THE DEALER REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION AND ALL OTHER PARTS THAT FAILED HOWEVER THE FAILURES WERE NOT CORRECTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 117,000. LI *TR
