Blind spot is extremely large between the front windshield and side windows, because of the enlarged side view mirror housing. Entire vehicles and people can dissappear into these spots rendering them invisible to proceeding motorist.
THE DRIVER'S DOOR BRUSHED OVER MY LOWER LEG AND CUT IT DUE TO A VERY SHARP EDGE ON THE BOTTOM CORNER OF THE DOOR. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES. BOTH THE DRIVER'S DOOR AND THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR COME TO AN EXTREMELY SHARP POINT AT THE BOTTOM LOWER EDGE. I HAVE CUT MY LEG THREE TIMES TOTAL AND BOTH DOORS HAVE DONE IT. I HAVE NOT HIT MY LEG VERY HARD WITH THE DOOR BUT THE DOORS ARE SO SHARP THAT THEY JUST SLICED MY SKIN. I DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION BUT THIS IS STILL A PROBLEM. I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIR AND THEY STATED THAT IT WAS A DESIGN PROBLEM AND DID NOT REALLY KNOW HOW TO CORRECT IT. I HAVE A PICTURE FROM THE FIRST INCIDENT IF YOU REQUIRE IT. *TR
2014 BUICK ENCLAVE CHROMED HOOD LOUVER HORIZONTAL POSITION REFLECTS SUNLIGHT INTO THE DRIVER'S EYES AT CERTAIN POSITIONS OF THE SUN AND DRIVER DIRECTION, BLINDING THE DRIVER FROM BELOW THE LINE OF SIGHT. COMPLAINTS TO THE DEALER DEFERRED TO GM. GM'S RESPONSE WAS THAT THIS IS A NORMAL FUNCTION OF THE VEHICLE. DEALER HAS SUBSEQUENTLY CONTACTED ME TO RESOLVE ISSUE. *TR
