The airbag lights on and there is an electrical issue also that causes the car to smoke and nearly catch fire, as soon as the battery is reconnected. Therefore rendering it non drivable. It's the same problems that are associated with the 2006 Lucern,s. When i look up the year make and model it says there should be a recall but once you put in the vin it nothing comes up.The vehicle is readily available upon request but has not been inspected by anyone else.
My power steering went out so my mechanic checked it out and said my pump went out so I bought a new power steering pump and pulley had it put on and that didn't fix the problem. The next day I went out of town to visit family and my car caught on fire due to the power steering fluid leaked all out on the motor and got hot enough to catch on fire. then my ignition stoped going all the way in park so I would have to disconect my battery cables so that it wouldn't run my battery down. The car wouldn't go all the way up in park making the ignition key wouldn't turn back far enough to shut my car off and lights

The car cuts off whwn you're driving it without warning. I have had the crankshaft position sensor replaced two times and it continues to fail. There are even reports in the internet that list this as a problem with this vehicle. I am afraid that someone will hit me from the rear and cause me injury or death. I am about to have this sensor replaced for a third time. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to keep spending money out of my pocket for the same thing over and over again. This incident is a continual problem. It doesn't matter if you're stopped or driving it just happens out of the blue with no warning.
I have a 2006 buick lucerne that loses power randomly as I'm driving whether its pulling outbjnto traffic, which could cause injuries possibly even death, or maintain a certain speed for any amount of time , it just randomly loses power and wont go for however long until it starts to accelerate again . Also if I'm at a red light or stopped waiting to pull out somewhere , although I have my foot on the break, my car begins to accelerate and almost pulling me out into traffic. I have a service engine light and the code reads h02s heating control circuit sensor but I've yet to have it inspected because there isn't a recall for my car on that problem even though I've heard and read many complaints with the same or similar issues
passenger air bags are not working
I have 2006 buick lucerne.i paid over 800 dollars get brakes fixed.now they saying messed up again power steering messed up.the front passenger side where tire hits bump makes nise like strut.power steering fluid leaking brake fliud leaking.air bags.
FRONT PASSENGER DOOR LATCH HAS COME LOOSE MULTIPLE TIMES WHILE IN THE VEHICLE. IT TEMPORARILY FIXES ITSELF, THEN RANDOMLY OCCURS AGAIN. DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. THIS IS DEFINITELY A HAZARD IN AN ACCIDENT. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST LUCERNE THAT I'VE DRIVEN WITH THIS PROBLEM AND IT'S QUITE COMMON. THERE IS NO SAFETY LOCK ON THE DOOR FOR THIS TO KEEP HAPPENING.
WHILE BACKING THE VEHICLE OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY, IT LOST ALL POWER STEERING AND THE FLUID GUSHED FROM UNDER THE CAR. NOW THE THERE IS NO POWER STEERING.
INTERMITTENT FAILURE OF WINDSCREEN WIPERS ON A RANDOM BASIS
CAR DRAINS MY BATTERY AND IT MESSED UP MY ALTERNATOR. I REPLACED BOTH AND ONCE AGAIN MY BATTERY KEEPS BEING DRAINED. I TOOK IT TO THE SHOP AND THE MECHANIC RAN A DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND ABOUT 10 CODES POPPED UP SAYING ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. OTHER MODELS OF THIS BUICK HAS BEEN RECALLED FOR THE SAME ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. IL DRIVE MY CAR AND IT WILL COMPLETELY CUT OFF ON ME AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. IL FIND MY PAPER WORK FROM THE MECHANIC IF NEEDED. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR MONTHS NOW. IT DIDNT HAPPEN JUST ONCE. SO I CANT DRIVE THE CAR UNTIL ITS FIXED.
THE DOORS, SPECIFICALLY REAR DOORS, IN THIS VEHICLE GET STUCK IN AN OPEN OR CLOSED POSITION. IT APPEARS TO BE A DEFECT THAT CAUSES THE DOOR LATCH TO STAY IN THE CLOSED POSITION, TRAPPING CHILDREN OR OTHER PASSENGERS IN THE BACK SEAT, OR PREVENTING THE DOOR FROM CLOSING. FROM INTERNET RESEARCH, THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE WITH THE LUCERNE (NOT JUST 2006) AND THE LACROSSE. FIRST WE HAD THE PASSENGER REAR DOOR GET STUCK CLOSED. AFTER A MONTH OR SO OF UNLOCKING AND LOCKING THE DOORS, IT STARTED WORKING AGAIN RANDOMLY, BUT A FEW MONTHS LATER, BECAME STUCK CLOSED AGAIN WITH NO TRIGGER. WE CONTINUED TO USE THE DRIVER'S SIDE REAR DOOR, BUT ABOUT A YEAR LATER, IT GOT STUCK OPEN. AT FIRST THE DOOR WOULDN'T OPEN FOR MY SON, BUT I PULLED ON THE HANDLE FROM THE OUTSIDE WHILE HE PUSHED FROM THE INSIDE, AND WE GOT IT OPEN. WHEN I TRIED TO CLOSE THE DOOR, IT BOUNCED BACK. THE LATCH IS STUCK IN THE CLOSED POSITION. THE CHILD SAFETY LOCK IS NOT ENGAGED. THE DOORS WILL NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE LOCKS FUNCTION NORMALLY MANUALLY, WITH THE KEY FOB, AND BY PRESSING THE DRIVER'S BUTTON. THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND OFF DURING ALL INCIDENCES.
PERIODICALLY AT CRUISING SPEED OF 50 TO 60 MILES AN HOUR, SPEEDOMETER WILL FLUCTUATE WILDLY BETWEEN 25 AND 40 MPH. WHEN IT DOES THIS TRANSMISSION DOES NOT KNOW WHAT GEAR TO BE IN, AND IN THE EVENT THAT THE SPEEDOMETER NEEDLE GOES ALL THE WAY TO ZERO, IT WILL NOT ENGAGE WHEN YOU PRESS THE GAS PEDAL EVEN IF YOU'RE IN GEAR, ONLY THING YOU CAN DO IS PULL OFF AND SHUT IT DOWN AND WAIT SEVERAL SECONDS TO A FEW MINUTES FOR IT TO ENGAGE ONCE AGAIN WHEN YOU START IT BACK UP. THIS IS AN 06 BUICK LUCERNE WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION AND 3.8 V6
THE DOOR LOCKS DON'T OPERATE AS IT WAS DESIGNED DUE TO A BINDING LOCK ROD GROMMET PREVENTING THE LOCK ROD FROM ACTUATING THE LOCK. THIS WAS NOT DUE TO ANY ACCIDENT NOR WAS THE CAR TRAVELING TO INITIATE THIS PROBLEM.
EVERY BUICK I HAVE EVERY HAD, HAD POWER STEERING ISSUES, INCLUDING MY NEWEST ONE. I JUST GOT A OIL CHANGE AND THEY TOPPED OFF EVERYTHING, YET MY POWER STEERING SOUNDS HORRIBLE WHEN TURNING.
STEERING WHEEL IS TURNT TO RIGHT AND THE ONLY THE FRONT LIGHT COME ON NOT THE BACK AND MY ALARM IS MESSING WITH WITH THE COMPUTER AND THE GAS

THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO SUBURBAN BUICK GMC OF FERNDALE (21800 WOODWARD AVE, FERNDALE, MI 48220, (248) 547-6100) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE REAR BRAKE LINE HAD BEEN REPLACED AND TIED TO THE SWAY BAR. THE BRAKE LINE WAS NOT COMPLETELY INSTALLED FROM THE ENGINE TO THE BRAKES, WHICH COULD CAUSE BRAKE FLUID TO LEAK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,620.
WHILE PASSING A VEHICLE, ACCELERATOR IMMEDIATELY ACCELERATED THE VEHICLE TO OVER 115 MPH QUICKLY, AND THE SPEED CONTINUED TO CLIMB. COULD NOT DEACCELERATE. BOTH FEET ON THE BRAKE, NO LUCK, SHIFTED TO 1ST GEAR, NO LUCK, PUSHED MANY BUTTONS ON STEERING WHEEL, NO LUCK, ACCEPTED THE FACT THAT THIS WAS GOING TO BE A HIGH SPEED DELIBERATE ROLLOVER. FINALLY AT THE LAST POSSIBLE MOMENT, THROTTLE DISENGAGED.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. DOOR DOES NOT OPEN USING EITHER INNER OR OUTER DOOR HANDLE. I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS ISSUE ON LINE. BUICK HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM ON MULTIPLE CARS FOR MULTIPLE YEARS. SAFETY ISSUE BIG TIME WHEN ONE CANNOT GET OUT OF THE CAR QUICKLY BECAUSE DOOR WON'T OPEN. THERE ARE ONLY 2 PEOPLE IN MY FAMILY AND THUS THE REAR DOORS ARE VERY SELDOM USED. DID NOT BREAK FROM OVERUSE, DESIGN PROBLEM.
REAR DOOR(S) WILL NOT OPEN FROM EITHER THE OUTSIDE HANDLE OR THE INSIDE. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT RELATED TO THE POSITION OF THE CHILD LOCK PROTECTION ON THE DOORS. IT APPEARS SPORADICALLY AT FIRST UNTIL, FINALLY, NOTHING CAN BE DONE TO OPEN THE DOOR(S). THIS IS A EXTREME SAFETY HAZARD IF SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET OUT OF THE CAR IN A HURRY (I.E. FIRE, ACCIDENT, ETC.) ONE WOULD HAVE TO CRAWL OVER THE FRONT SEATS TO GET OUT IN THIS SITUATION. THIS APPEARS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM/COMPLAINT AMONG BUICK LUCERNE OWNERS (VIA THE INTERNET) AND WITH VARIOUS MODEL YEARS.
TAKATA RECALL I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT WERE I READ ENDED A CAR BECAUSE I WAS GOING AROUND A CORNER AND MY BREAKS FAILED AND MY AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. I WAS GOING 25 IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA AND TOOK A CORNER TO FAST BECAUSE MY BREAKS FAILED. I HIT A CURB BUSTED MY PASSENGER TIRE OFF AND THEN HIT A STATIONARY CAR. THE PASSENGER SIDE OF MY CAR WAS DESTROYED AND THE AIRBAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. I HAD ZERO AIRBAG REPLACEMENT LIGHTS ON EVERYTHING WITH THE CAR WAS FINE AND NORMAL.
WHILE I WAS DRIVING MY STEERING LOCKED UP AND I WAS UNDER ABLE TO CONTROL MY VEHICLE. AND VEERED OFF THE ROAD. I DID RESEARCH ONLINE AND NOTICED THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS MODEL. HAS THERE EVER BEEN A RECALL TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE? THIS IS DANGEROUS.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.
BACK DOORS ARE STUCK LOCKED. NEITHER DOOR WILL OPEN. HAVE TWO KIDS THAT HAVE TO RIDE BACK THERE AND IF WE GET IN AN ACCIDENT IT COULD BE FATAL IF THEY ARE BACK THERE AND CAN'T GET OUT!!
DEFECTIVES AIRBAGS. THE SIDE AIRBAGS DIDN'T GO OFF WHEN I WAS HIT ON MY DRIVER SIDE DOOR. I DONT FEEL SAFE IN THAT VEHICLE. I WAS MAKING A LEFT TURN AND A TRUCK WAS. STOPPED AT A YIELD SIGN WHERE THE ROAD CAME TO A T. I HAD THE RIGHT OF WAY TO MAKE MY TURN. AS SOON AS I WAS MAKING THE TURN THE OTHER DRIVER DROVE FOWARD HITTING THE DRIVER SIDE OF MY CAR TOTALED MY DRIVER DOOR. THE AIRBAGS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CAR NEVER WENT OFF.

FLOW GM AUTO CENTER OF WINSTON-SALEM (1400 S STRATFORD RD, WINSTON-SALEM, NC 27103, (336) 937-9049) INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY MANUFACTURER RECALLS FOR THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. THE CONTACT FELT THAT IF THE OEM SWITCH AND KEY WERE REPLACED WITH THE SAME PART, THE FAILURE MAY CONTINUE WITHOUT A NEWLY DESIGNED OEM IGNITION SWITCH AND KEY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND EXPECTED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
I AM WRITING A COMPLAINT TO INFORM YOU ABOUT MY 2006 BUICK LUCERNE, VIN NUMBER [XXX]. IT HAS A DEFECT. THE CAR HAS BEEN ACCELERATING AT VARIOUS TIMES. ALSO, THE CAR HAS TURNED OFF TWICE WHILE I WAS DRIVING. THE FIRST TIME WAS WHILE I WAS DRIVING IN THE PARKING LOT AT MY JOB AND THE SECOND TIME WAS ON MAY 24, 2017 AS I WAS JUST STARTING TO PASS THE BLINKING LIGHTS. I REALLY FEEL THAT THE CAR IS NO LONGER SAFE TO BE DRIVEN AFTER THE RECALL IN 2015. I HONESTLY WOULD LIKE THE PROBLEM FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR MY SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS. THIS CAR IS UNSAFE AND I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE THE VALUE OF THE CAR INSTEAD OF THE CAR BEING REPAIRED. THE CAR WAS SUPPOSEDLY FIXED AFTER THE RECALL AND THE SAME PROBLEM IS STILL HAPPENING. MY ALTENATOR STOPPED WORKING AND AFTER IT WAS REPLACED MY FUSE BOX WOULD NOT READ NOR WOULD MY CAR CRANK. SO I HAD IT TOWED TO A BUICK DEALERSHIP WHERE I THOUGHT ALL OF MY PROBLEMS WOULD BE SOLVED. THEY REPLACE MY FUSE BOX WITH A USED ONE BECAUSE THE BOX HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED THIS WAS IN APRIL 2017 IT IS NOW MAY 2017 AND I'VE HAD A DIAGNOSTIC TES RAN ON IT BECAUSE MY FANS STOPPED WORKING CAUSING MY NOTHSTAR MOTOR TO OVERHEAT. THE DIAGNOSTIC DETERMINED THAT FUSE BOX IS WHAT'S CAUSING ALL OF MY PROBLEMS. EVERY CODE LED STRAIGHT TO THAT SAME FUSE BOX. MY VEHICHEL WAS ON AND STATIONARY WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN MY POWER STEERING CONNECTOR CRACKED AND ALL OF MY FLUIDS STARTED TO LEAK OUT FROM A RESULT OF OVERHEATING AND THE CONNECTORS BEING MADE OF PLASTIC AND BASICALLY WEARING FROM THE HEAT.
THIS 2006 LUCERNE ENGINE SHUTS OFF WHILE IN MOTION WITHOUT WARNING. IT HAS SHUT OFF FOUR TIMES THIS YEAR AND TWO TIMES LAST YEAR. THE LAST TIME IT SHUT OFF, WAS APRIL 11, 2017 5:00 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME ON A BUSY CITY STREET. MY WIFE IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO STEER THIS CAR WHEN THE ENGINE SHUTS DOWN. WHEN SHE HAD RESTARTED THE ENGINE SHE WAS SO NERVOUS UNTIL SHE ACCIDENTALLY TURNED THE WRONG WAY ONTO A BUSY BY-PASS.

I BEEN PAYING ALOT TO FIX THIS VEHICLE EVERY THING KEEPS GOING WRONG WITH IT AND I DON'T FEEL SAFE
4.6L NORTHSTAR ENGINE LEAKS OIL, AND WHEN DRIVING YOU CAN SMELL HOT/BURNING OIL, EVEN FROM INSIDE THE CAR. REALLY WORRIED THAT IT WILL CAUSE AN ENGINE FIRE.
I REPLACED MY SENSOR AND MY THERMOSTAT BECAUSE THE DASHBOARD SAID THE CAR WAS OVERHEATING AFTER REPLACING IT THE DASHBOARD CONTINUES TO SAY THE CAR IS OVERHEATING. IT'S DOING IT WHILE DRIVING ON PUBLIC STREET AND HIGHWAYS

WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED, THE POWER STEERING MALFUNCTIONED AND THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
TAKATA RECALL AN AIRBAG SERVICE IN THE DASHBOARD ALL THE TIME THE VEHICLE IS TURN ON AND START.
MY TIRES KEEP LEAKING AIR. I WAS INFORMED IT WAS MY RIMS ARE FLAKING CAUSING RAZOR CUTS IN MY TIRES. ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE STARTED LEAKING, THEN A WEEK AGO THE LEFT ONE STARTED LEAKING AND A DAY OR TWO AFTER THAT THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE IS NOW LEAKING ALSO.
HEATED/COOLED SEATS STOPPED WORKING. BUTTON ON DOOR LIGHTS UP LIKE THEY ARE ON, BUT THE HEAT/COOL DOES NOT ACTUALLY TURN ON. TURNS OUT PROBLEM IS WITH CONNECTOR AT CONTROL MODULE UNDER PASSENGER SEAT. CONNECTOR IS PARTIALLY MELTED WITH BLACK BURN MARKS. THIS ISSUE APPEARS TO BE COMMON ON NUMEROUS GM VEHICLES (BUICK LUCERNE, CADILLAC DTS, ETC...) FUSE DOES NOT BLOW, POSSIBLE FIRE ISSUE?
WE DROVE 40 MILES ROUND TRIP TO HAVE THE RECALL #14299 SAFETY RECALL PERFORMED ON THE KEYS TO OUR CAR AND THEY REFUSED TO PREFORM THIS SAFETY RECALL BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE THE CAR WITH US. WE HAD THE RECALL NOTICE AND OWNERS CARD. THE SERVICE BULLETIN SAYS NOTHING ABOUT VERIFYING THAT THE VIN NUMBER MATCHES OUR OWNER'S CARD AND THE RECALL NOTICE.

2006 BUICK LUCERNE CHROME WHEELS FAILURE. I STARTED TO EXPERIENCE FLAT TIRES CONSTANTLY. TOOK THE CAR IN TO A TIRE SHOP, I WAS TOLD THAT THE CHROME WHEELS ARE CORRODED TO THE POINT THAT THEY WILL NOT SEAL PROBABLY. I INFORMED GM ABOUT THE ISSUE. I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY AND GM WOULD NOT REPLACE THE WHEELS. THE LAST TIME I DROVE THE CAR THE FRONT PASSENGER TIRE DEFLATED CAUSING ME TO LOOSE CONTROL WHICH RESULTED WITH ME GOING IN THE MEDIUM. THE CAR HAS NOT BEEN DRIVEN SINCE. THE MILEAGE IS 80,000. THERE NEEDS TO BE A SAFETY RECALL DONE ON THE CHROME RIMS. GM KNOWS THAT THIS A PROBLEM AND WILL NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE.
VEHICLE HAS NUMEROUS ISSUES OVER THE YEARS. 80K MILES CURRENTLY, TIRES LEAK AIR BECAUSE OF CORROSION ON THE RIMS, THIS IS MY 2ND SET OF TIRES NOT COUNTING THE SET THE VEHICLE CAME WITH, BREAKS HAVE BEEN DONE TWICE, ROTORS HAVE BEEN REPLACED, BOTH FRONT DOOR HANDLES HAVE COME OFF, PROBLEMS WITH THE LEVELER, NOW DOOR LOCKS LOCK/UNLOCK WHILE DRIVING BUT NOT JUST ONCE (MIGHT HAPPEN 6-8 TIMES). LOCAL DEALER & SERVICE STATION HAVE PERFORMED REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS. ALREADY BEEN UNDER 2 RECALLS.

THE CONTACT OBSERVED POWER STEERING FLUID LEAKING ONTO THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER STEERING PRESSURE HOSE FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 99,998. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
I OWN A 2006 BUICK LUCERNE. I TOOK ON 6-11-16 TO DEALER HAD MY TIRES REPLACED. EVER SINCE, ALL FOUR NEW TIRES ARE LOSING AIR. TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT COMES ON ALL THE TIME. THE CHROME PLATING IS FLAKING OFF THE RIMS, LOSING THE SEAL. DEALER HAS RE-SEALED THE FOUR TWICE SINCE 6-11-16 ONLY 51,000 MILES ON THIS CAR. 2016 IS THE FIRST THE TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT HAS EVER COME ON. CORROSION IS A PROBLEM. ON MAY 13, 2016 I WENT TO OPEN THE DRIVER'S SIDE FRONT DOOR. THE CAR WAS STATIONARY. TO MY UTTER SURPRISE, THE HANDLE CAME COMPLETELY OFF! ON MAY 25, I TOOK IT TO REICHARD, DEALERSHIP. SINCE THE CAR HAS ONLY 54, 589 MILES ON IT I ASKED THE DEALER FOR ASSISTANCE IN PAYING TO FIX IT. HE REFUSED, SAYING "WE GET A LOT OF THESE. THE MANUFACTURER USED PLASTIC INSTEAD OF METAL AND THE PLASTIC BREAKS." I ASKED THE ADVISOR TO CALL GENERAL MOTORS. SHE DID AND REPORTED BACK TO ME THAT GM WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING. ONE OF THE ADVISORS TOLD ME THAT I CAN EXPECT THE OTHER THREE DOOR HANDLES TO BREAK AS WELL. SINCE THE CAR ONLY HAS 54K MILES, HOW COULD THAT HAPPEN? I HAVE THREE OTHER CARS AND ONLY DRIVE THE LUCERNE A FEW TIMES A YEAR, MAINLY ON OUT-OF-TOWN TRIPS. THEREFORE, I HAVE DRIVEN THE CAR ONLY ABOUT 5,500 MILES PER YEAR. I CONSIDER THIS A DEFECT IN THE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING OF THIS VEHICLE. THIS DEFECT WILL COST ME ABOUT $1,000. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT COULD BE A SAFETY HAZARD IF/WHEN A I NEED TO TO ENTER THE CAR AND WHEN SOMEONE HAS TO BE QUICKLY EXTRACTED FROM THE CAR! ALSO, A FEW FRIENDS AND COMPLETE STRANGERS WHO OWN BUICK LUCERNES HAVE TOLD ME THAT I CAN EXPECT TO HAVE TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR. HAVE YOU HAD COMPLAINTS WITH THE TRANSMISSIONS?
