TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF AND THE AIR BAG WARNING, AIR BAG SERVICE, AND POWER STEERING SERVICE INDICATORS FLASHED. THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND DETERMINED THAT THE LOWER PASSENGER SIDE CONNECTION TO THE BODY CONTROL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED DUE TO THE MANUFACTURER PARTS, DORMAN AND DELPHI, BEING FAULTY. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14E021000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER AND THE DEALER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. WHEN I START MY CAR MY POWER STEERING LIGHT COME ON AND I CAN'T TURN MY STEERING WHEEL, I CAN TURN MY CAR OFF AND RESTART AND IT WORKS,IT HAPPENED ONCE WHILE I WAS BACKING MY CAR UP AND I COULD NOT TURN MY WHEELS, IM SCARED TO DRIVE MY CAR
I ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THE AIRBAG AND IGNITION RECALLS BUT, NOW, I HAVE A FUEL LEAK WITH FUEL DRIPPING DOWN THE LINES FROM THE TANK ON TO THE GROUND AT A POSITION ON THE DRIVERS SIDE UNDER THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR AND SEAT.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE ODOR OF FUEL WAS PRESENT INSIDE THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE. UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM UNDER THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR AREA. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ALAMO CITY CHEVROLET IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FUEL TANK, FUEL PUMP, AND FUEL HOSES WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 99,000.
THERE IS A HAZARDOUS GAS LEAK COMING FROM MYFUEL PUMP SYSTEM, YET I HAVE NEVER RAN OVER ANYTHING THAT COULD CAUSE THIS. I HAVE SMELLED GAS EVERY DAY IN THE CAR SINCE I PURCHASED IT. I KNOW THAT MY VIN NUMBER IS ONLY A FEW PAGES OFF OF THE FUEL PUMP RECALL FOR 2007 CHEVY COBALT. I KNOW THAT MY VIN NUMBER IS ONLY A FEW DIGITS OFF OF THE FUEL PUMP RECALL FOR 2007 CHEVY COBALT. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND FAULTY.
In mid 2017 I went for a drive in my 2007 Chevy Cobalt. (just over 100,000 miles). When I was approximately 4 blocks from my home the engine began sputtering and died. I was able to pull in a parking lot, put it in park and jumped out of my car. An overwhelming smell of gas was immediately noticed, as well as a huge puddle of fuel on the ground. I began to walk the 4 blocks home and saw a huge continuous trail of gasoline upon the road leading from my car ALL the way to my home! In this 4 block distance my Cobalt leaked out over 3/8ths of a tank of fuel- nearly 5-6 gallons. The fuel vapor in the air was most assuredly at a very dangerous explosive level this entire distance home. I am a self taught mechanic with many engine re-builds and repairs under my belt. Upon inspection I found that the steel fuel line had a major rupture above the driver rear wheel within the foil wrapped "joke" of a heat shield- (just above the exhaust pipe). Upon further inspection this steel fuel line was badly rusted & corroded all the way to under the driver seat. Overall the Cobalt fuel line system is a very poor design, poor quality materials, with bad design & placement. I ordered a complete new fuel & return line set and replaced all the rusty junk fuel lines. My experience with the instantaneous fuel line failure could have had a very bad ending. No warning lights or previous leaks were detected. Then there is the front suspension and front wheel bearing issues. I have installed 2 complete front suspension kits, ball joints, struts, as well as 2 wheel bearing failures- all these replaced with less than 80,000 miles on the odometer. Then there is the bad window switches, bad moon roof seal, bad wiper arm assemblies, front stereo speaker failure at 39,000 miles, on & on. A very poor quality vehicle After purchasing this Cobalt I would be very hesitant to purchase another GM product.
I NOTICED A STRONG ODOR OF EXHAUST INSIDE AND OUTSIDE MY CAR WHEN CITY AND HIGHWAY DRIVING AS WELL AS AFTER TURNING CAR OFF AND PARKING. I ALSO EXPERIENCED SLUGGISH STARTS. UPON TAKING MY CAR IN FOR REPAIR IT WAS FOUND TO BE LEAKING FUEL AND THE FUEL LINE WAS REPLACED.. ..UPDATED 05/23/17 *BF UPDATED 09/15/2017 *JS

THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD AND CALLED AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE CONTACT WAS INSTRUCTED TO THE VEHICLE OFF AND ON, WHICH CORRECTED THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,500.
GO TO SHUT THE IGNITION OFF IN THE VEHICLE STAYS RUNNING FOR 30 TO 60 SECONDS CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON EVEN WITH THE KEY OFF THIS IS AFTER THE IGNITION SWITCH HAS BEEN REPLACED AT THE DEALERSHIP
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE AT A RED LIGHT, THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS REAR ENDED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A CONCUSSION, WHIPLASH, AND BACK INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. AFTER THE CRASH, THE CONTACT SMELLED FUEL FUMES. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, BUT IT WAS NOT RELATED TO THE PREVIOUS CRASH. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
IM DRIVING AND ALL THE GAUGES GO WACKO SWINGING BACK AND FORTH, ANTI THEFT LIGHT COMES ON CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ABS LIGHT LOW FUEL LIGHT TRACTION LIGHT. IT READS SERVICE TRACTION POWER STEERING LOW FUEL EVERY LIGHT YOU CAN THINK OF COMES ON AND THE CAR EVEN JERKS WHEN CHANGING INTO GEAR. AT TIMES THE STEERING EVEN HAS LOCKED UP ON ME, THANK GOD AT THOSE TIMES I WAS ON A RESIDENTIAL STREET AND NOT FREEWAY. AT TIMES IT WONT EVEN START ALL THE LIGHTS ARE JUST GOING BASURK. THEN THERES DAYS WHERE ITS NORMAL LIKE IT NEVER EVEN HAPPENED. IM AFRAID ITS GOING TO LOCK UP ON ME ON THE FREEWAY AND IM GOING TO HAVE A SERIOUS ACCIDENT!! THE 2 RECALLS THAT MY VECHICLE HAD HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPLACED BUT THERE IS STILL ISSUES!! THIS CAR NEEDS TO BE COMPLETELY RECALLED, I RESEARCHED THE ISSUE IM HAVING AND FOUND OUT MANY MANY OTHER PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. SOME PEOPLE HAVE EVEN DIED!!! OTHERS MAJOR ACCIDENTS, WHAT MORE HAS TO HAPPEN FOR THIS VEHICLE TO BE RECALLED? HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE HAVE TO LOOSE THEIR LIVES?? THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF ASAP!!! AND WHEN THIS ISSUE OCCURS WITH THE LIGHTS AND GAUGES GOING CRAZY IT HAPPENS AS IM DRIVING. I PRAY NOTHING HAPPENS TO MY 3 YR OLD DAUGHTER AND I. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR ABOUT AN YEAR NOW OFF AND ON.
ELECTRIC POWER STEERING MY VEHICLE WAS FIRST AFFECTED BY LOSS OF POWER STEERING WHEN I WAS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A LEFT TURN FROM MY DRIVEWAY. I WASN'T EXPECTING I WOULD HAVE A HARD TIME AND TAKE TOO LONG TO TURN THE WHEEL AND I ALMOST GOT HIT BY ONCOMING TRAFFIC. IT WAS LIKE THAT FOR AWHILE AND THEN MY STEERING WENT BACK TO NORMAL. I TOOK MY CAR TO MY MECHANIC AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE POWER STEERING MODULE AND MOTOR WILL NEED REPLACED. THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO A CHEVROLET DEALER TO GET A POWER STEERING RECALL REPLACEMENT DONE. THE CHEVROLET DEALER INFORMED ME THAT THE RECALL REPLACEMENT HAD ALREADY BEEN DONE IN 2010. MY MECHANIC AND MY OWN RESEARCH HAS LED ME TO BELIEVE THAT THESE PARTS SHOULD BE GOOD FOR THE LIFE OF THE CAR OR AT LEAST NOT BE NEEDING REPLACED AGAIN SO SOON. THERE HAVE BEEN APPROXIMATELY 46,000 MILES PUT ON THIS CAR SINCE THE RECALL WAS DONE AND THIS JUST SEEMS RIDICULOUS TO ME THAT IT WOULD NEED REPLACED AGAIN. AND I HAVE HEARD FROM OTHER COBALT OWNERS THAT THEY HAVE HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM. THIS IS AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR AND POSES A RISK OF INJURY IF IT IS NOT FIXED. IF OTHER PEOPLE ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM I THINK IT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED.
MY SON BOUGHT A USED 2007 CHEVY COLBALT AND THE POWER STEERING GOES OUT SOME TIME WHILE HE IS DRIVING, MOSTLY IN REVERSE FOR EXAMPLE: REVERSING OUT OF THAT PARKING SPACE OR DRIVEWAY. THE WHEEL CAN BE VERY HARD TO TURN. I SAW THAT THERE WAS A RECALL ON IT MAYBE TWO YEARS AGO, BUT I DON'T SEE A CURRENT RECALL FOR THE STEERING. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING EVERY NOW AND THEN SINCE WE BOUGHT THE CAR TWO MONTHS AGO. IT JUST HAPPENED AGAIN 3-19-17. THIS CAR IS NOT DRIVEN OFTEN RIGHT NOW UNTIL HE GETS HIS PERMANENT LICENSE.
THE POWER STEERING LIGHT CAME ON WHEN I WAS DRIVING MY VEHICLE ON THE HIGHWAY. THE SPEEDOMETER STOPED WORKING, MY CAR WOULDN'T SHIFT PAST FIRST GEAR. MY DOOR LOCKS STARTED LOCKING AND UNLOCKING UNCONTROLLABLY BY THEMSELVES. MY STEERING WHEEL WAS HARDER TO TURN. I IMMEDIATELY GOT OFF THE HIGHWAY AND CHOSE A SAFER ROUTE TO RETURN HOME. I HAVE A 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHO IS ALWAYS WITH MY WHEREVER I GO. I'VE RESEARCHED AND FOUND THE SAME ISSUES WITH THE SAME MAKE YEAR AND MODEL CAR.

THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURIES TO BOTH KNEES AND LEGS. THE FRONT SEAT OCCUPANT SUSTAINED BRUISES TO THE RIBS AND STOMACH AREA. THE REAR DRIVER SIDE OCCUPANT SUSTAINED BRUISING TO THE NECK AND SHOULDERS. THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE OCCUPANT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE LEFT LEG, BACK, AND RIGHT SHOULDER. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED AND DEEMED A TOTAL LOSS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 139,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
TAKATA RECALL !!! I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY 2007 CHEVY COBALT. I CALLED GM THEY STATED THE POWER STEERING HAS BEEN REPLACE JUNE 26,2012. I HAVE NOT TAKEN THE CAR IN FOR THAT REASON SO HOW HAS IT BEEN REPLACE. AND IF SO WHY I AM I HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT AGAIN. THEN THEY TOLD ME THE POWER STEERING WAS REPLACE UNDER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY. WHICH MEANS THE DIDN'T PAY FOR IT MY EXTENDED WARRANTY DID. THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO HELP. THE JUST STATED. I WAS A RECALL AND IT HAS BEEN REPLACE. I ASKED FOR A SIGNED DOCUMENT TO SHOW ME PROOF THAT IT HAD BEEN REPLACE AND I NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING AS OF TODAY 3/8/2017. FROM THE LOOKS OF ALL THE ARTICLES ON LINE I WILL NOT BE GETTING ANY ASSISTANCE FROM GM. LIVES MATTER
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE DRIVING 75 MPH, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN. WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED, THE VEHICLE DID NO SLOW DOWN. THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE PLACED IN NEUTRAL TO SLOW THE VEHICLE TO A SAFE SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 145,000.

THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 112,000.
POWERSTEERING LOSS ALL WARNING LIGHTS COME ON. MANY MANY PEOPLE ARE EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM AND GM WONT HELP!!! THIS CAR IS A DEATH TRAP WISH SOMEONE WOULD HELP US ALL WHO ARE EXPERIENCING THIS!!!
IGNITION CONTROL MODULE OR CAM SHAFT SENSORS! CAR JUST STOPS WHILE DRIVING IN MOTION WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AND THEN HAVE PROBLEMS STARTING BACK UP.
POWER STEERING WILL GO OUT WITHOUT EXPECTING MAKING IT VERY DANGEROUS. I WAS DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY WHEN I HAD TO STEER TO AVOID AN ACCIDENT AND ALMOST CAUSE ONE BECAUSE STEERING WAS HARD IT WHENT IN AND OUT WORK THEN DONT WORK. VERY DANGEROUS. PLEASE DO SOMETHING

TAKATA RECALL: MY AIR BAG SIGN PROBABLY IN THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY HAD APPEARED, AND OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING. I HAD GOTTEN INTO AN ACCIDENT ON JANUARY 31ST AND THEY DID NOT DEPLOY. I AM NOT POSITIVE IF THIS IS A PART OF THE RECALL SITUATION, BUT IT HAPPENED OUT OF NO WHERE, I JUST TURNED MY CAR ON ONE DAY AND IT STOPPED WORKING. ALSO IN THE ACCIDENT MY CAR WAS SITTING AT A RED LIGHT AND HIT BETWEEN THE RANGE OF 35-40 MPH
WHILE DRIVING, MANY TIMES THE STEERING WHEEL OF THE CAR BECOMES STIFF AND HARD TO TURN. TO BRING THE STEERING WHEEL BACK TO ITS FREE-RANGE MOTION, THE IGNITION HAD TO BE SHUT OFF AND TURNED BACK ON THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. WHEN IT BECOMES STIFF, THERE IS A SHORT BELL AND THE LIGHT NEXT TO THE SPEEDOMETER READS "POWER STEERING". THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN OCCURRING ON AND OFF. THIS FIRST HAPPENED 1/15/17 AND IS STILL AFFECTING THE VEHICLE. DRIVING BECOMES VERY DANGEROUS IN SITUATIONS SUCH AS HIGHWAYS AND HEAVY- TRAFFIC AREAS. THIS PROBLEM OCCURS WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION AND WHILE TURNING IN BOTH CITY STREETS AND HIGHWAYS.
2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO DEFECTIVE AIRBAG. CONSUMER STATED THAT AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY DURING AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT. *LD *JS
FUEL GAUGES GO CRAZY, THE GAS ACCELERATION AND SPEED GAUGES SOMETIMES DO NOT WORK AND IF THE DO THEY GO UP AND DOWN. ALL THE LIGHTS I MY DASHBOARD LIGHT UP AS WELL. THIS USUALLY HAPPENS WHEN YOU TURN ON THE CAR BUT IT IS NOT CONSTANT. IT WILL SOMETIMES HAPPEN TWO WEEKS IN A ROW, BUT SOMETIMES AFTER TWO WEEKS. THE GAS TANK IS ALSO LEAKING AND THE LEFT SPEAKER GOES OUT SOMETIMES. ONCE IN A WHILE MY KEYS WILL GET STUCK IN THE IGNITION.
WHEN THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION ON A CITY STREET AND ON THE HIGHWAY, THE POWER STEERING LIGHT COMES ON, ALL INDICATORS (I.E. FUEL, COOLANT ETC.) GO DOWN TO ZERO (SAYS "LOW FUEL" WHEN TANK OF GAS IS FULL) AND THERE ARE TICKING SOUNDS FROM THE GEAR SHIFT AREA. THERE IS A LOSS OF POWER TO THE CAR AT THE SAME TIME. THERE IS A RECALL ON THE 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT, RECALL NUMBER 10V073000. THE POWER STEERING MODULE WAS REPLACED IN APPROX. 2009, AT OUR EXPENSE.

ANOTHER TIME THE POWER STEERING WOULDN'T ENGAGE AFTER THE CAR HAD SAT OVERNIGHT IN THE RAIN. ANOTHER TIME MY WIFE TRIED TO LEAVE WORK AND THE DASHBOARD LIT UP AND THE CAR HAD NO POWER STEERING. IT HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES. THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING ON THE CHEVY COBALT. GM CLAIMED THEY FIXED THE RECALL ON MY WIFE'S CAR HOWEVER THE SAME ISSUE IS CONTINUING TO OCCUR WITH THE SAME SYMPTOMS.
WHEN LEAVING MY ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE, I'VE HAD 3 DIFFERENT INCIDENTS OF THE "POWER STEERING" WARNING SIGNAL AND LOSS OF POWER TO STEER WITHOUT HAVING TO TURN THE WHEEL VERY HARD. I DO KNOW IF I TURN THE CAR OFF FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS, IT WILL RESUME NORMALLY. I HAVE NOT HAD IT HAPPEN DURING DRIVING AS OF YET. NOT SURE IF MY VIN NUMBER IS ON THE RECALL LIST SINCE THE CAR IS ALMOST 0 YEARS OLD.

TAKATA RECALL. MY CAR WAS TURNED ON FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND I WAS DRIVING TO MY INLAWS 2 MILES AWAY TO PICK MY CHILDREN UP WHEN I STARTED SMELLING SMOKE ABOUT 1/2 MILE INTO MY RIDE. MY CAR QUICKLY FILLED UP WITH SMOKE AND I PULLED INTO A RANDOM DRIVEWAY. FLAMES STARTED IN THE TRUNK. I HAD THE A/C ON AND USED MY TURN SIGNALS. PUT MY DRIVER SIDE WINDOW DOWN.
I HAVE 07 COBALT WITH 45000 MILES ON IT HAS A RATTLE IN STEERING COLUMN, ELECTRIC MOTOR WAS REPLACED BY RECALL, NOW PLASTIC GEAR IS WORN CAUSING NOISE. REQIRES COLUM BEING REPLACE AT A COST OG $800.00 FOR PART PLUS LABOR.
STRONG FUEL SMELL IN AND AROUND THE CAR FOR THE LAST MONTH WHILE PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY, TODAY I SEE PUDDLE OF FUEL IN FRONT OF LEFT REAR TIRE, I CRAWLED UNDER THE CAR AND SEE GAS RUNNING DOWN THE GAS LINE, REMOVED THE HEAT SHIELD AROUND THE GAS LINE TO SEE GAS LINES HAVE EXCESSIVE RUST BEHIND THE HEAT SHIELD AND GAS RUNNING OUT ALL OVER THE PLACE. IT'S NOT FROM THE GAS TANK LIKE THE RECALL, IT'S FROM THE GAS LINE ITSELF LEAKING AND IS A VERY DANGEROUS TO ANYONE WALKING BY SMOKING OR CHILDREN PLAYING THAT MAY CAUSE A SPARK YET I CAN'T FIND A RECALL BUT SEE LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS WHILE LOOKING FOR RECALLS. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS BEFORE SOMEONE IS KILLED BY THIS. I PUT A PAN UNDER THE LEAK BUT IT IS STILL OPEN GAS AND A LOT OF FUMES THAT COULD IGNITE. WHEN THE 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT IS BEING DRIVEN OR SITTING STILL, THERE IS A STRONG ODOR OF GASOLINE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE CAR. WE TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID IT IS A LEAK IN THE FUEL SYSTEM. THEY STATED THAT THIS ISSUE IS COVERED UNDER A SAFETY RECALL, BUT BECAUSE THE VEHICLE TITLE IS SHOWING SALVAGED, THEY CANNOT MAKE THE REPAIR WITHOUT A COPY OF A RECALL LETTER THAT WE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED. I CONTACTED GM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIND OUT IF I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER AND THEY SAID I WOULD NOT NEED A LETTER. THEY CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND WERE TOLD ABOUT THE TITLE. AFTER THAT, THEY STATED THEY WOULD NOT COVER THE REPAIRS. IF THIS IS A KNOW SAFETY ISSUE (NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 12V459000 & NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 09V419000 ), WHAT DOES THE TITLE HAVE TO DO WITH NEEDING TO REPAIR A KNOWN PROBLEM. WE HAVE RECEIVED OTHER SAFETY RECALLS (NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14E021000, NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V171000, NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V047000 & NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 10V07300) AND THEY HAVE MADE THESE REPAIRS. SINCE THIS IS THE VEHICLE MY DAUGHTER DRIVES TO COLLEGE, I AM CONCERNED FOR HER SAFETY. THE DEALERSHIP IS SAYING THAT SHE DOES NOT NEED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE BUT WE CANNOT AFFORD THE REPAIRS RIGHT NOW.
