The contact stated that the driver's left side of her chest hit the steering wheel, she hit her head hit the windshield, and when the seatbelt retracted, the driver was pulled back to the seat with force. Additionally, the contact stated that the lap band of the seat belt tightened during the impact and bruised her lower stomach. The air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was knocked into the ditch, and then the vehicle was steered to the side of the road. Medical attention was needed. A police report was filed.
