EXHAUST FUMES ENTERING AIR VENTS. TAKEN IN TO DEALER SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY CANNOT FIX THE PROBLEM. MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN SICK AND WE KEEP EXPLAINING TO THE THAT FUMES HAVE CAUSED HER TO HAVE PNEUMONIA, SINUS ISSUES, DRY EYES, SORE THROAT, MIGRAINE HEADACHES, SLEEPY DRIVING AND HOURS AFTER DRIVING, CONFUSION, ANXIETY, NAUSEA. THE DEALERS MECHANIC SOLUTION IS NOT TO USE AC OR HEAT AND KEEP WINDOWS OPEN. MY HUSBAND DROVE IT 20 MINUTES IN TRAFFIC AND GOT SICK WHEN HE REACH THE DEALER FOR 3RD REPAIR REQUEST IN 2 MONTHS. ENGINEER FROM GM IS LOOKING AT CAR MAY 2018. MY DAUGHTERS HEALTH IS CONTINUING TO IMPROVE NOT DRIVING THE CRUZE. NOT ONE PERSON SHOULD BE SICK OR DIE FROM A CAR THAT HAS A DEFECT THAT CANT BE RESOLVED.
HIT A DEER HEAD ON AIR BAGS NEVER DEPLOYED BUT THE SERVICE AIR BAG LIGHT CAME ON
CHEVY 2014 CRUZE HAS MALFUNCTIONING SENSORS IN THE BUMPER OF THE CAR.THE CAR GETS WET.THE SENSORS SHUT DOWN AND THE BATTERY WON'T CHARGE AND THE CAR COMES TO A COMPLETE STOP. THE SOLUTION FROM G:M IS TO REPLACE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE AND THE SENSORS AND WIRE HARNESS . HOW EVER THEY WILL NOT ISSUE A RECALL AND THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS. MY DAUGHTERS BATTERY WENT DEAD ON THE FREEWAY. AFTER RESEARCH BATTERY WAS REPLACED AND NEGATIVE CABLE REPLACED BUT G:M WANTS $2800.00 TO REPLACE SENSORS..THIS CAR HAS 52,000 MILES ON IT AND IT'S NOT SAFE..G:M ADMITS THEY UPGRADED THE SENSORS AND HARNESS SO IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN AGAIN.WON'T STAND BEHIND THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT. THESE VEHICLES ARE IN DANGER OF SHUTTING DOWN AT ANY SPEED AND AT ANYTIME. AT LEAST THEY SHOULD ISSUE A RECALL ON THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE NOT A SERVICE BULLETIN #314...
THERE ARE GAS AND EXHAUST FUMES IN THE CABIN. THE CONDITION IS INTERMITTENT AND SUBTLE. THREE DIFFERENT GM SHOPS HAVE EXAMINED THE CAR IN 2018. ONE HAS WITNESSED THE GAS SMELL BUT NOTED THEY COULD NOT FIND THE SOURCE. THE OTHER TWO STATED THEY COULD NOT REPLICATE THE FUMES. WE FIRST NOTED ODORS WHEN THE CAR WAS PURCHASED IN 2014 BUT WE DID NOT REALIZE WHAT THEY WERE. THE CONDITION HAS INTENSIFIED RAISING OUR CONCERNS. WE HAVE ALSO BEGAN TO MAKE CONNECTION TO HEALTH ISSUES. OUR FAMILY'S HEALTH HAS BEEN AFFECTED.
HEAT WONT WORK IN COLD WEATHER. LOOKED UP AND SEEN TONS OF THE SAME YEAR AND MAKE WITH A RECALL FOR HEAT BLOCK. ALSO FRONT END AXEL SOUNDS LIKE IT WANTS TO SNAP. I CONTACTED CHEVY THEY WERE NO HELP. ITS OUR ONLY CAR RIGHT NOW AND WE HAVE A CHILD. NOT SAFE AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED.

THE MANUFACTURER ISSUED 34 TSBS ON THE FUEL SYSTEM AND 153 TSBS ON THE ENGINE, BUT NO RECALLS WERE ISSUED. THE DEALER (GUSTMAN CHEVROLET BUICK GMC, 1450 DELANGLADE ST, KAUKAUNA, WI 54130, (920) 766-3581) WAS NOTIFIED AND DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,883.
MY DISPLAY AND RADIO BEGAN INTERMITTENTLY FLASHING OFF AND ON. THEN MY STABILITRAK SERVICE LIGHT BEGAN COMING ON. I HAVE LOSS OF POWER AND AM CONCERNED FOR MY SAFETY TRYING TO DRIVE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS. I AM CONTACTING THE MANUFACTURER WHO SHOULD WARRANTY THIS MANUFACTURING DEFECT. CAR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM PROBLEM FAILURE DATE:2/27/18 THE RADIO DASHBOARD POWERS ON AND OFF (FREQUENTLY AT TIMES). IT APPEARED TO HAPPEN MORE WHEN THE CAR WAS STOPPED. WHEN THIS HAPPENED, THE DASHBOARD WOULD DISPLAY: "SERVICE STABILITRAK" THIS BEGIN HAPPENING ON 2/27/18 AND IT HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET CRUZE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WAS COVERED WITH ICE. WHEN THE DEFROSTER WAS ACTIVATED, COLD AIR CAME THROUGH THE AIR VENTS AND THE ICE WAS NOT MELTING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (MAJOR WORLD CHEVROLET, 43-40 NORTHERN BLVD, LONG ISLAND CITY, NY 11101) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE BLOCK POWER CORD WAS DAMAGED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V417000 (EQUIPMENT) IN JANUARY OF 2018. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,659.
NOTORIOUS GM ISSUE - TRANSMISSION COOLING LINES. THIRD TIME MINE HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND ARE NOW LEAKING AGAIN - SUSPECT IN COLDER CLIMATES THE PART IS NOT HOLDING UP AND ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO DEFECTS. FLUID LEAKS OUT AND CAUSES BUILD UP ON THE LINE, WHICH COULD POTENTIALLY BE A FIRE HAZARD. I HAVE DONE RESEARCH AND DISCOVERED THIS IS A VERY COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS MODEL CRUZE. THE DEALER IS ASKING $400+ TO REPAIR WHAT I VIEW IS A DEFECTIVE PART AND DESIGN. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS VEHICLE AND THIS IS ANOTHER PROBLEM I AM FACED TO COVER THE REPAIR BILL FOR A FAULTY DESIGN/PRODUCT. GM SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT WITH A SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
WHILE ENGAGING THE VEHICLE IN REVERSE THE BREAK FAILS TO STOP THE VEHICLE EVEN WHEN PRESSED ALL THE WAY DOWN. THIS HAPPENS EVERY SO OFTEN. ONLY HAPPENS IN REVERSE GEAR. THE CAR KEEP ROLLING BACK UNTIL GEAR IS CHANGED TO DRIVE.
OVER MY ENTIRE DRIVE HOME TONIGHT, I HAD MY STEERING WHEEL "STICK" WHILE DRIVING ON STRAIGHT AREAS OF ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE DID THIS MORE THAN A DOZEN TIMES AND IN ORDER TO GET FEEDBACK FROM THE VEHICLE IN TERMS OF STEERING, I HAD TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL (LESS THAN 1/10TH OF TURN) TO THE RIGHT IN ORDER TO FEEL THE VEHICLE HAD CONTROL. WHEN TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL SLIGHTLY, THE CAR WOULD JERK AS IT REGAINED CONTROL. HAD I BEEN DRIVING ON ICY ROADS, THIS COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH MORE SEVERE. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THE CAR AS IT IS RIGHT NOW. I HAVE HEARD AND READ MANY COMPLAINTS OF THIS ISSUE. IT'S INTERMITTENT, SO IT IS HARD TO DIAGNOSE, BUT WHEN IT HAPPENS TO YOU, YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE YOU'RE DRIVING THE CAR, IT FEELS LIKE IT'S DRIVING YOU!
SEAT BELT WILL NOT ENGAGE WITH RECEPTACLE. THE RECEPTACLE PART OF SEAT BELT IS NOT WORKING . BOTH THE PASSENGER AND DRIVER BELTS ARE DEFECTIVE.

CONTACT SPOKE WITH CHEVY DEALERSHIP IN NORTH CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA (JOSH). CHEVY STATED THAT THERE ARE NO RECALLS ON VEHICLE. VEHICLES ARE BEING FIXED AS THEY EXPERIENCE THE STEERING PROBLEMS. STEERING WHEEL OVER CORRECTS ITSELF AFTER LOCKING INTO STRAIGHT POSITION.CONTACT STATED SHE SPOKE WITH CHEVY HQ OFFICE - HQ OFFICE SAID TO CALL NHTSA. 0 RECALLS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS VIN.
NOTCHY OR STICK/SLIP FEELING OF STEERING WHEEL NEAR THE CENTER POSITION AT OR ABOVE 45 MILES PER HOUR, CONDITION IS CONSTANT, NOT INTERMITTENT! CHEVROLET REPRESENTATIVE TELLS ME THAT MY PARTICULAR VIN NUMBER IS NOT AFFECTED.
ENGINE OIL COOLER FAILURE. HOUSING IS LEAKING ON OUTSIDE OF THE ENGINE BLOCK THAT PART IS BOLTED TO. NOT SURE WHEN LEAK STARTED AND IF THE VEHICLE WAS MOVING OR STATIONARY. THIS PART WAS COVERED ON 2011 AND 2012 MODEL BUT WRITTEN OUT OF WARRANTY FOR 2013 AND LATER MODELS. DEALERSHIP KEEP INVENTORY ON THIS PART DUE TO FREQUENT REPLACEMENT NEEDS. CHEVROLET KNEW THE PART HAS PROBLEMS INSTEAD OF REPAIRING THE ISSUE WITH THE PART THEY HAVE REMOVED IT FROM POWERTRAIN WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH IT IS PART OF THE POWERTRAIN. THIS REPAIR COST OVER ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ON VEHICLES THAT ARE STILL UNDER POWERTRAIN WARRANTY. THE WATER PUMP HAS SPECIAL COVERAGE ADJUSTMENT ( HTTPS://WWW-ODI.NHTSA.DOT.GOV/ACMS/CS/JAXRS/DOWNLOAD/DOC/UCM507379/SB-10057265-3557.PDF). I BELIEVE THE ISSUE WITH THE OIL COOLER IS VERY SIMILAR TO THE WATER PUMP ISSUE. GOING THROUGH CHEVROLET CRUZE TALK FORUM AND READING ISSUE AFTER ISSUE ONLINE FURTHER SHOWS MINE IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT.
JULY 2017 I HAD A GM (VOLUNTARY) MANUFACTURE RECALL COMPLETED ON MY CAR FOR THE NOX SENSOR POSITION 1 (DEF SENSOR). ON JANUARY 16, 2018 THE NOX SENSOR 2 NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, COST $700. I WAS VERY FAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO A DEALERSHIP I WAS AT 16 MILES BEFORE THE CAR SPEED WOULD GO TO THE 4MPH SPEED REDUCTION. I LIVE IN MICHIGAN AND THE WEATHER HAS BEEN VERY COLD. I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN A JAM IF I HADN'T MADE IT TO A DEALERSHIP SOON, BECAUSE THE CAR WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GO OVER 4MPH. THE NOX POSITION 2 SENSOR SHOULD HAVE BE PART OF THE RECALL WHEN THE POSITION 1 SENSOR WAS REPLACED.
PASSENGER SEAT DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. CAN NOT MOVE FORWARD OR BACK. ITS LOCKED IN PLACE
THE TURBO/ SUPER CHARGER UNDERBOOST HAS MALFUNCTIONED AND IS CAUSING A SIGNIFICANT REPAIR COST.
WHEN YOU ARE COMING TO A STOP EITHER AT A STOP LIGHT, SIGN, OR YIELDING OFF THE INTERSTATE. THE CAR BEGINS TO IDLE VERY HARD SHAKING THE ENTIRE VEHICLE BACK AND FORTH. THEN IT SHUTS OFF WHILE THE IGNITION IS STILL RUNNING. YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO PUT THE CAR BACK IN PARK, TURN IF OFF THEN TURN IT BACK ON TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I STILL DO NOT HAVE A ENGINE LIGHT SHOWING THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. BUT IT IS HAPPENING MORE AND MORE.
TURN SIGNAL REFLECTOR CLIPS ON BOTH FRONT HEADLIGHTS ARE BROKEN OFF INSIDE THE DOME COVER FOR THE LIGHTS.

ADDITIONALLY, THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER AND THE VEHICLE'S RADIO FAILED TO OPERATE AS INTENDED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MARK'S CASA CHEVROLET (7201 LOMAS BLVD NE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87110, (505) 262-8600), BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED AND A FAULT CODE COULD NOT BE RETRIEVED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,000.
WIPER ON PASSENGER SIDE JUST STOPPED. TOOK TO THE SHOP AND THEY SAID WIPER TRANSMISSION HOWEVER THE PROBLEM IS SO WIDESPREAD THAT EVERYONE INCLUDING GM ARE OUT OF THE PART. A 'SPAT' REQUEST WOULD BE SENT TO TRY TO OBTAIN THE PART NATIONWIDE. NO REASON WHY THIS SHOULD HAPPEN ON A NEWER VEHICLE. LUCKILY IT WAS THE PASSENGER SIDE.
WATER PUMP LEAKS AND CAUSING THE ENGINE TO OVERHEAT. MY CAR HAS LESS THAN 53,000 MILES ON IT. FOUND A SERVICE BULLETIN ON THE ISSUE BUT FOR SOME REASON, CHEVROLET WON'T HONOR IT AND SAYS MY VEHICLE DOESN'T QUALIFY FOR IT. BULLETIN #: 14371A
HEATER NOT WORKING BLOWING COLD AIR ERROR ON DASH "A/C OFF DUE TO ENGINE HIGH TEMPERATURE" <MULTIPLE RECALLS FOR HEATING ISSUES - NEED HELP
THE CAR HAS STARTED STARTING AND SHUTTING OFF ON ITS OWN. IT'S VERY DANGEROUS SINCE IT STATED DOING THIS IN MY ATTACHED GARAGE WHILE I SLEPT. MY WIFE IS SCARED OF CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING. I ALSO FEAR PUMPING GAS COULD BE DANGEROUS IF IT STARTED WHILE DOING SO. I'VE READ ONLINE IT'S VERY COMMON ON THE CRUZE. I CONTACT GM AND THEY AREN'T COVERING IT WITHOUT A RECALL.
TRUNK KEEPS RELEASING AND OPENING ON ITS OWN EVERY COUPLE OF HOURS SETTING THE ALARM OFF.
THE VEHICLE'S RADIO FLASHES ON AND OFF AND A 'SERVICE STABILITRAK' WARNING COMES ON THE ODOMETER SCREEN. I HAVE READ THIS CAUSES SERIOUS ISSUES WITH OTHERS THAT HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND THERE IS NO KNOWN FIX.
RADIO OR TOUCH PANEL RESTARTED THEN VEHICLE BEGAN SHAKING AND MAKING VIBRATION NOISES ENIGINE NOISES ERROR LIGHT BEGAN FLASHING AND STABILITY TRACK WAS ON THE DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER ABOUT A MILE FURTHER DOWN THE ROAD EVERYTHING CLEARED UP TO INCLUDE THE FLASHING ENGINE LIGHT. NOW IT IS ON AGAIN AND DOESNT CLEAR UP CANNOT DRIVE IT. RECENTLY HAVE REPLACED AT MY EXPENSE THE PCV COVER AND PCV TWICE, THE ENTIRE AC DELCO INTAKE DUE TO MASSIVE OIL CONSUMPOTION THE CRANK SEAL DUE TO SQUEALING THE COIL PACK AND PLUGS DUE TO A CRACKED INSULATOR AND ELECTROLISIS ON THE CONTACTS. I NOW HAVE 114,000 MILES ON IT AND READ THERE IS A RECALL ON THE BATTERY GROUNDING SYSTEM THAT CAUSES THIS CURRENT SYSTEM AND COVERS UP TO 120,000 MILES? I SEARCHED AND IT HAS 0 RECALLS ON THIS VEHICLE.

ALSO, WHEN IT RAINED, WATER ENTERED THE MODULE LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE, WHICH CAUSED THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TO NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY. SOUTHFIELD CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (28100 TELEGRAPH RD, SOUTHFIELD, MI 48034, (248) 354-2950) INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE'S WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 38,000.
A WARNING LIGHT CAME ON FOR THE AIRBAG RANDOMLY. IT EVOLVED TO THE FOLLOWING ISSUES: RADIO CONTROL PANEL GOING OUT WITH NO VOLUME CONTROL BESIDES THE STEERING WHEEL, STATIC ON THE RADIO, A WARNING THAT PARK ASSIST NEEDED TO BE SERVICED (VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE PARK ASSIST), HEADLIGHTS WOULD NOT TURN OFF UPON THE VEHICLE BEING TURNED OFF. THE "SOLUTION" AS THERE WERE SO MANY ERRORS THAT RANDOMLY STARTED POPPING UP (MIND YOU, MY CAR WAS SERVICED LESS THAN A MONTH AGO) IS A $1500 CHANGE OF A SENSOR OR UNPLUG THE BACKUP CAMERA PERMANENTLY. THIS CLEARLY IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT, AS WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN WOULD THE CAR SUDDENLY THINK I HAVE FEATURES THAT I DON'T EVEN HAVE ON THE CAR.
WHILE DRIVING TO SCHOOL IN THE POURING RAIN, MY DRIVER SIDE WIPER STOPPED WORKING. I DROVE THIRTY MINUTES IN A STORM ON THE HIGHWAY, LEANING ACROSS MY CAR TO SEE OUT THE WINDSHIELD.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,000.
THIN, WEAK PLASTIC USED FOR GEARS ON A/C AIR DISTRIBUTOR LEVER. SEE PART #53 IN THE ATTACHED PARTSDIAGRAM.JPG FOR REFERENCE. THIS LEVER IS LOCATED INSIDE THE DASH, AND IS USED TO DIVERT AIRFLOW TO WINDSHIELD/DEFROST. COLD WEATHER CAUSES THIS PLASIC TO BREAK WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ENGAGE WINDSHIELD/DEFROST AIRFLOW. THIS MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET WARM OR DEHUMIDIFIED AIR TO THE WINDSHIELD, WHICH CAUSES ICE OR FOG TO BUILD UP AND RESULTS IN UNSAFELY DIMINISHED VISIBILITY. ISSUE OCCURRED WHILE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY AND IDLING TO ALLOW WINDSHIELD TO DEFROST. AIRFLOW WAS ADJUSTED TO BLOW TO THE WINDSHIELD, AND THE DISTRIBUTOR LEVER BROKE AS THE GEAR TEETH ENGAGED. SEE ATTACHED BROKENLEVER.JPG FOR REFERENCE. VEHICLE WAS APPROXIMATELY 3 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF THE BREAK. THIS PART DIRECTLY AFFECTS VISIBILITY IN COLD OR HUMID WEATHER, AND SHOULD BE MORE ROBUST CONSIDERING MUCH OF ITS FUNCTION IS TO BE USED IN COLD TEMPERATURES. IT IS A VERY COMMON POINT OF FAILURE AND MAKES THE VEHICLE UNSAFE TO OPERATE WHEN BROKEN. COST OF LABOR FOR REPLACING IS PROHIBITIVELY EXPENSIVE DUE TO ITS LOCATION INSIDE THE DASH, BEHIND THE INSTRUMENT PANEL.

IF THE KEY IS TURNED FAST YOU MAY REMOVE IT FROM THE TUMBLER BUT IF IT IS TURN TOWARDS THE OFF POSITION SLOWLY THE LOCKING MECHANISM RETURNS TO THE RETRACTED STAGE AND WON'T ALLOW THE KEY TO BE REMOVED. I CAN MANUALLY REMOVE THE KEY BY PULLING THE LOCK MECHANISM FORWARD WHILE TURNING THE KEY TO THE OFF POSITION.

The contact stated that while driving at various highway speeds, the vehicle would independently enter into limp mode and downshift as the service traction control, service stabilitrak, reduced engine power, and the check engine warning lights were illuminated on the instrument panel. FOR THE PAST YEAR I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH MY CAR OVERHEATING. THE SCREEN WILL DISPLAY AC OFF DUE TO HIGH ENGINE TEMPERATURE, FROM THEN THE SCREEN WILL GO TO ENGINE OVERHEATED IDLE ENGINE, EVERY TIME I DRIVE THESE SIGNALS COME ON, IF I STOP AT A STOP SIGN OR RED LIGHT COLD AIR AUTOMATICALLY STARS TO KICK OUT. I'VE TAKEN IT TO THREE DIFFERENT CHEVY DEALERSHIPS ALONG WITH TWO OTHER REPAIR SHOPS, I'VE HAD A NEW WATER PUMP, NEW THERMOSTAT, TIMING HOUSE SENSOR CHANGED AND RADIATOR FLUSH DONE OVER THE COURSE OF A YEAR IN A HALF AND STILL TO THIS DAY NO ONE CAN SEEM TO FIX IT.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED BY A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THAT THE VEHICLE BE TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS IT WILL START TO DRIFT TO THE LEFT. WHEN I GO TO GIVE IT A SLIGHT CORRECTION IT FEELS LIKE THE STEERING WHEEL STICKS AND THAT THE STEERING HAS DISENGAGED. WITH A BIT MORE PRESSURE THE STEERING ENGAGES. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.
WHILE DRIVING THE LEFT (DRIVE SIDE) WIPER STOPPED WORKING. RIGHT (PASSENGER SIDE) CONTINUED TO WORK WITHOUT ISSUE. AFTER LOOKING INTO THE ISSUE I FOUND THAT THE ARM CONNECTING THE MOTOR TO THE WIPE ARM BROKE FROM THE BALL JOIN. I BELIEVE THIS PIECE IS CALLED THE WIPER TRANSMISSION.
I WAS DRIVING TO WORK THIS MORNING AND MY DRIVER'S SIDE WINDSHIELD WIPER STOPPED WORKER IN THE POURING RAIN AND IT WAS DARK OUTSIDE, I WAS DOING 45 AND COULDN'T SEE. I HAD TO PUT ON MY HAZARDS SLOW DOWN AND FIND A PARKING LOT TO PULL INTO. I MISSED WORK, AND HAD TO WAIT FOR DAYLIGHT, AND DRIVE SLOW SO I COULD MAKE IT HOME.

FIRST ISSUE THE CAR CAN BE OFF KEYS OUT OF IGNITION AND YOU CAN PRESS THE ON BUTTON FOR THE RADIO AND IT PLAYS? NOW IT'S STARTING TO DRIVE FUNNY AND MOST RECENTLY IT STARTS WITH THE REMOTE START EVERY TIME BUT WHEN I USE THE KEY IT DOESN'T ALWAYS START? THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE!

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE RECURRED THREE TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,168. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.
RADIO SHUTS OFF INTERMITTENTLY AND THE STABILITY TRACK WARNING COMES ON. RADIO WILL RESUME AND WARNING WILL GO AWAY WITHIN A SECOND OR TWO. GENERALLY CAN BE RECTIFIED BY SHUTTING THE CAR OFF AND TURNING IT BACK ON.

DRIVER SIDE WIPER COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING FOR NO REASON ON A RAINY DAY WHILE DRIVING
A WARNING TO CHEVY CRUZE OWNER'S MYSELF OWNING ONE, I NOTICED THE CAR LOSING ACCELERATION AND AT CERTAIN TIMES, MISFIRING FROM A CYLINDER, TO SUM IT UP, I RAN THE OBD CODE AND GOT CODE # P0304 WHICH IS ENGINE MISFIRING. I ENDED UP WAITING UNTIL THE CAR WAS COLD AND REMOVED THE T30 SCREWS TO ACCESS THE SPARK PLUGS, THE COIL PACK'S RUBBER BOOTS WERE MELTED ONTO MY SPARK PLUGS, I HAVE TAKE SUPER CARE OF THE CAR AND I NEVER WOULD OF THOUGHT OF THE COIL PACK HAVING A SERIOUS ISSUE, THIS IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING OWNER'S SHOULD BE AWARE OF. I HOPE THIS CAN GET LOOKED INTO AND A RECALL WOULD BE A HELPFUL OPTION, THOSE COIL PACKS SHOULD BE MADE DIFFERENTLY OR MAKE SOMETHING MORE DURABLE THAN PLASTIC BOOTS. THIS PROBLEM STARTED A FEW WEEKS BACK, IT WOULD RUN FINE FOR ALMOST A HALF HOUR AND THEN IT STARTED CHUGGING AND AT TRAFFIC LIGHTS, IT HAD NO POWER TO MOVE, PROCESS OF ELIMINATION WAS A CODE FOR THE BAROMETRIC PRESSURE SENSOR, SO I STARTED THERE FIRST ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAPER, ONCE I GOT A CONFIRMED CODE OF CYLINDER'S MISFIRING THAT'S WHEN WE TOOK AN IN DEPTH LOOK AT THE SPARK PLUGS, I HAD TO REPLACE THE COIL PACK AND I DID 4 NEW SPARK PLUGS.
