I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY HUNG UP ON WHEN TALKING TO THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES OVER THE PHONE ABOUT THE ISSUE. TWO YEARS IS WAY TO LONG FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE AN EASY FIX FOR THEM.
