DIFFERENTIAL EXPLODED WHILE PULLING AWAY FROM A CURB INTO THE ROAD, NO TRAFFIC, NO EXCESS ACCELARATION
THE BATTERY LIGHT IN MY CAR CONTINUES TO COME ON EVEN AFTER HAVING THE BATTERY REPLACED AS WELL AS THE ALTERNATOR REPLACED. ALSO THE INTERNAL LIGHTS INSIDE OF MY CAR BEGAN TO BLINK LIKE CRAZY, AIR CONDITIONER WAS COMING ON/OFF, AND THE LIGHTS EVEN SHUT OFF AT ONE POINT ALMOST AS IF THE CAR COULDN'T CONTROL ITSELF. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING IT.
BOTH OF MY HEADRESTS POPPED OPEN FOR NO REASON. THE PASSENGER HEADREST HAPPENED TWO YEARS AGO AND THE DRIVERS SEAT HEADREST HAPPENED THIS WEEK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INVOLVED IN ANY TYPE OF COLLISION OR IMPACT WHEN THE HEADRESTS POPPED OPEN. I WAS DRIVING SMOOTHLY ON THE ROAD WHEN THEY HAPPENED.*DT*JB
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST POWER, BUT DID NOT STALL. ADDITIONALLY, THE TAIL LIGHTS AND DRIVER'S SIDE HEADLIGHT WERE INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEACON'S CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 835 SOM CENTER RD, MAYFIELD, OH 44143, (440)442-0424) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,899.
THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS CHANGED ON TUES., JULY 30, 2019 AS THE RESULT OF A RECALL NOTICE FROM CHRYSLER. WAS TOLD AFTER THE REPLACEMENT WAS DONE THAT I WOULD SMELL BURNING A LITTLE FOR ABOUT A WEEK UNTIL THE NEW CONVERTER WAS BROKEN IN. I DID SMELL THIS WHILE DRIVING. IT WAS DRIVEN THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR A TOTAL OF APPROX. 80 MILES. MY LUNGS WERE AFFECTED BADLY. BROUGHT IT BACK IN TO THE SHOP (CHRYSLER CERTIFIED) NEXT DAY, BUT NO PROBLEMS FOUND. DROVE IT ONE MORE DAY, BUT THE PAIN IN MY LUNGS INCREASED. SINCE THEN, HAVE NOT DRIVEN THE CAR. WAS DIAGNOSED BY A DOCTOR WITH ASTHMA AND PUT ON A STEROID INHALER. NEVER HAD LUNG PROBLEMS PREVIOUSLY. CHEST X-RAY AND PULMONARY TESTS NORMAL. CHRYSLER WANTS ME TO BRING IT TO ANOTHER CERTIFIED SHOP FOR REVIEW, BUT IT IS FAR AND WOULD REQUIRE TOWING. SINCE THEN HAVING A LOT OF PAIN IN MY LUNGS 3 WEEKS LATER. I BELIEVE IT IS BECAUSE OF THE NEW CATALYTIC CONVERTER.
CAR STALLED OUT WHILE DRIVING. THIS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES. SOMETIMES WHILE DRIVING ON A STRAIGHT ROAD AND SOMETIMES WHEN MAKING A SHARP TURN TO PARK. CAR HORN ALSO STARTED GOING OFF ON IT'S OWN WHILE DRIVING. HAD TO HAVE THE TIPM MODULE REPLACED. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE.
TAKATA RECALL" I HAD A ACCIDENT ON 7/12 IN THE AFTERNOON TIME WHEN IT HAPPEN I WAS COMPLETELY STOP AT THE RED LIGHT BEHIND ONE OTHER CAR AN THE CAR BEHIND ME RAN INTO THE BACK OF MY CAR SO WHEN I WAS HIT FROM THE BACK I WENT FORWARD INTO ANOTHER CAR MY SEAT BELT DIDN'T TIGHTEN NOR DID MY AIR BAGS COME OUT AN I HIT PRETTY HARD INTO THE BACK OF THE SUV THAT WAS IN FRONT OF ME. HITTING MY HEAD AN CHEST ON THE STEERING WHEEL MY SHOULDER HURTS AN THE BACK OF MY NECK HURTS AS WELL. WE HAVE A POLICE REPORT DONE AN NOW I HAVE TO GO TO A CHIROPRACTOR I AM VERY UP SET I COULD HAVE BROKE SOMETHING THANK GOD I DIDN'T. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS MATTER.*DT*JB

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DARCARS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF NEW CARROLLTON (LOCATED AT 8100 ANNAPOLIS RD, NEW CARROLLTON, MD 20784, (301) 459-6800), BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 41,788.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
TAKATA RECALL THE TIPM HAS MALFUNCTIONED CAR WILL NOT FUNCTION OF START
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHRYSLER 200. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND REMAINED LIT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIANOSED THAT THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 196,000.
MY CHRYSLER 200 DIED WHILE DRIVING--STILL HAD POWER, BUT ENGINE DIED. THE FIRST TIME,6/8/19, WE THOUGHT IT WAS A CAM SENSOR-THAT WAS THE CODE IT THREW AT THE MECHANIC. WE REPLACED IT. THEN THE BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON. THE BATTERY WAS GOOD, BUT THE ALTERNATOR WASN'T-SO WE REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR. DROVE IT FOR 2 DAYS & IT DIED AGAIN, 6/16/19. TOOK IT BACK & THE SAME CAM SENSOR CODE IS POPPING UP BUT SENSOR IS STILL GOOD. GOT IT BACK, DROVE IT ANOTHER 2 DAYS & IT DIED AGAIN, 6/22/19. TOWED IT BACK TO SHOP & MECHANIC CANNOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM AFTER A WEEK. HAVE IT BACK 1 DAY & CAR DIES AGAIN, 6/29/19. SEVERAL COMPLAINTS HERE MENTION THE CAR ENGINE DYING FOR NO REASON, BUT STILL HAVE POWER. WE'VE BEEN LUCKY-WE HAVEN'T BEEN ON A HIGHWAY WHEN IT'S DIED. EACH TIME, WE'VE BEEN DRIVING AROUND THE CITY & MAKING A TURN & THE TRAFFIC FLOW HAS BEEN SLOW. SOMETIMES WE'VE BEEN AT A COMPLETE STOP-OTHERS WE HAVE NOT. BEING THAT THIS SEEMS TO BE A REPETITIVE COMPLAINT, WHY HASN'T A RECALL BEEN ISSUED ON THE VEHICLE??
Car shuts off while driving; has to turn the car off. Got car serviced, was told had large hole in engine coolant. Motors will go out suddenly on passenger and driver windows.

STATE ST, FAIRMONT, MN) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEAD REST AIR BAG WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 77,000.

THE CONTACT PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR 30 MINUTES, RESTARTED THE VEHICLE AND DROVE TO HIS DESTINATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER GWINNETT CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (5054 GA-78, STONE MOUNTAIN, GA 30087, (404) 492-6831) HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED FIVE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 120,000. *DT*JB
MY VEHICLE STALLED FOR THE FIRST TIME OF OVER 100X ON MAY 19, 2019 JUST AS I WAS ENTERING A HIGHWAY. IT HAS SINCE STALLED DRIVING IN HIGHWAY TRAFFIC FAST AND AT RED LIGHTS. AS A MATTER OF FACT IT JUST HAPPENED AGAIN AS I WRITE THIS COMPLAINT.
WHILE DRIVING MY VEHICLE BACK THE OFFICE FROM MY LUNCH BREAK, I MADE A RIGHT HAND TURN ONTO THE MAIN ROAD AND BEGAN TO ACCELERATE THE VEHICLE WITH MORE GAS. AT ABOUT 35MPH THE CAR ENGINE COMPLETELY SHUT OFF AND I HAD TO COAST TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH NO POWER STEERING. I HAD TO WAIT APPROXIMATELY 20 MINS UNTIL MY CAR WOULD RESTART AGAIN. I WAS ABLE TO GET BACK ON THE ROAD UNTIL AFTER ANOTHER FEW HUNDRED YARDS OF DRIVING THE CAR STALLED AGAIN COMPLETELY. I WAS THEN FORCED TO CALL A TOW TRUCK TO HAVE IT TAKEN TO AN AUTO SHOP.

THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO STEVE LANDERS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (401 COLONEL GLENN PLAZA LOOP, LITTLE ROCK, AR 72210, (501) 404-9103) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED AND AN UNKNOWN PART WAS REPAIRED. THE DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR SPECIFICS WERE NOT DISCLOSED. THE FAILURE RECURRED AFTER THE REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
CATALYTIC CONVENTOR ISN'T READY TO PASS INSPECTION, I SEEN SOME POSSIBLE RECALLS FOR FAV BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED A NOTICE...
2 COMPLAINTS/CONCERNS: 1) THIS AFFECTS THE 2012 CHRYSLER 200 I PURCHASED USED WITH 62,500 MILES. IT'S BEEN WELL DOCUMENTED ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND AT CHRYSLER DEALERSHIPS HOW THE 2012 CHRYSLER 200 WAS PART OF A GROUP OF VEHICLES WITH FAULTY ANTIFREEZE FROM THE FACTORY. THIS ANTIFREEZE BREAKS DOWN AND WILL CLOG THE HEATER CORE, RADIATOR, AND TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER. THE RECOMMENDED REPAIR, FROM CHRYSLER, IS TO REPLACE ALL OF THESE LISTED PARTS AT A COST OF ABOUT $2500.00. CHRYSLER KNOWS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM, BUT REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MY CAR IS AT A CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP AS WE SPEAK HAVING THESE REPAIRS MADE. 2) THIS ONE I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED, BUT I ALSO SEE A LARGE NUMBER OF REPORTS WHERE THE PENTASTAR V6 EQUIPPED IN A NUMBER OF THESE VEHICLES WILL SUDDENLY SHUT OFF. MANY OF THESE CASES ARE WHEN THE CARS ARE IN MOTION. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN. ISSUE SEEMS TO BE CENTERED AROUND A PCM, BUT THERE IS NO RECALL OF ANY KIND ON THIS.
I BOUGHT MY CAR BRAND NEW IN 2012 FROM CHRYALER DODGE AND JEEP IN SPRINGFIELD PA. I BABE AROUND 96,000 MILES ON MY CAR AND THIS WILL NOW BE THE THIRD ALTERNATOR THAT HAS BEEN PUT IN MY VEHICLE. FROM WHAT I KNOW, THE ALTERNATOR SHOULD LAST UP BETWEEN 80,000 TO 100,000 MILES. I BELIEVE THERE HAS TO HAVE BEEN A DEFECT WITH MY SPECIFIC CAR. ALONG WITH SOME OF THE OTHER RECALL ITEMS I AM NOW READING ABOUT WITH MY MODEL, HAVING KIDS, I AM INCREASINGLY CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEALTH AND SAFTEY DRIVING THIS VEHICLE. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS ON YOUR END

THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED PER AN UNKNOWN RECALL AT DU PAGE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (433 E N AVE, GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL 60139, (630) 446-1400); HOWEVER, THE REMEDY FAILED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT ALL THE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AFTER THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.
PASSENGER SIDE HEATER STOPPED WORKING. VEHICLE TURNS OFF WHILE IN DRIVE AND MOVING.
MY HORN STARTED HONKING ON IT OWN. I FIRST NOTICED IT WHEN I WAS OUTSIDE THE CAR AND HAD NOT TOUCHED IT, THE HORN STARTED HONKING. I GOT IN THE CAR AND IT STOPPED. EVERY TIME I DRIVE THE CAR THE HORN HONKS ON ITS OWN, SOMETIMES LONG HONKS OTHER TIMES BRIEF. THE NEXT THING IT STARTED RAINING AND THE WIPERS WOULD NOT WORK PROPERLY THEY WOULD SWIPE HALFWAY AND STOP, ONLY WORKING WHEN ON HIGH. FINALLY I WAS DRIVING HOME AND THE CAR STOPPED IN TRAFFIC. I SAT FOR A FEW MINUTES AND STARTED IT AND IT WOULD STOP AFTER MOVING FOR ABOUT AN INCH. THE CAR STOPPED THREE OR FOUR TIMES AND FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THE 2 OR 3 MILES TO MY HOME AND PARK.
THE PASSENGER SIDE HEATER AND DEFROSTER STOPPED WORKING. IT IS A KNOWN HEATER CORE ISSUE CAUSED BY FAULTY COOLANT CAUSING SLUDGE BUILD UP IN HEATER CORE. MECHANICS KNOW OF THIS, CHRYSLER KNOWS OF THIS. WITHOUT A FIX THE WINDOWS CAN STRUGGLE TO MAINTAIN VISIBILITY, AND MAINTAIN HEAT LEVELS. THE FIX IS TO REPLACE THE HEATER CORE AND/OR RADIATOR. THE HEATER ON MY 2012 CHRYSLER 200 CONVERTIBLE DOES NOT WORK. THE AIR BLOWS, BUT IT IS NOT WARM. I DO NOT HAVE THAT PROBLEM ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. MY DEALER TELLS ME I NEED MY HEATER CORE, AMONG OTHER THINGS, REPLACED, WHICH WILL COST APPROXIMATELY $1500-$2000.. IN RESEARCHING THIS PROBLEM, I FIND IT'S THE NUMBER ONE COMPLAINT WITH THIS MAKE AND MODEL. MY CAR CURRENTLY HAS APPROXIMATELY 80,000 MILES ON IT.
CAR WOULD NOT ACCELERATE OVER 20 MILES AND HOUR AFTER THE TRACTION CONTROL AND ABS LIGHT CAME ON. THE CAR THEN RAPIDLY ACCELERATED AND WORKED FINE UNTIL I REACHED WORK. WHEN DRIVING HOME IT DID IT AGAIN AND WOULDN'T RESOLVE ITSELF. I TOOK IT TO THE CHRYSLER DEALER AND 1 WEEK AND 1,200.00 LATER THEY INFORMED ME MY CAR WAS FIXED AND THAT A FAULTY SENSOR WAS THE ISSUE AND THAT IT WAS VERY COMMON.

THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TOWED TO ATLANTA WEST CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (1251 THORNTON RD, LITHIA SPRINGS, GA 30122, (770) 942-1102) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE MOTOR FAILED TO FUNCTION, AND THE ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND BATTERY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT WAS UNCERTAIN IF THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO MANUFACTURER RECALL CAMPAIGN NUMBER: L33. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE TO DETERMINE THEIR GUIDELINES FOR THE REPAIR. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,800. .*BF *TR
I PURCHASED A NEW 2012 CHRYSLER 200. IN DEC-2015 AT 46,000 MILES THE HEATER QUIT WORKING CORRECTLY. THE DEALERSHIP SAID THE HEATER CORE WAS CLOGGED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED FOR ABOUT $1200. EVEN THOUGH THE CAR WAS PASSED ITS 36,000 MILE WARRANTY CHRYSLER PAID FOR THE REPAIR. I BELIEVE BECAUSE THEY KNEW THEY HAD SOLD A BAD PRODUCT. 3 YEARS LATER (DEC-2018) AT 76,000 MILES THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED. THE DEALERSHIP IS NOW SAYING THE WHOLE COOLANT SYSTEM (HEATER CORE, RADIATOR, HOSES, THERMOSTATS AND ENGINE FLUSH) NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AT A COST OF $3600. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE SAYS COOLANT GOOD FOR 5 YEARS AND 100,000 MILES. FIRST FAILURE AT 3 YEARS AND 46,000 MILES. SECOND FAILURE AT 3 YEARS AND 30,000 MILES. CHRYSLER REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR HELP WITH REPAIRS.
THE HEATER ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CAR IS NOT HEATING UP AND BLOWS VERY COLD AIR MAKING IT HARD TO DEFROST THE WINDOW TO SEE WHEN DRIVING
I WAS DRIVING ON THE EXPRESSWAY AND MY CAR DIED WITHOUT ANY WARNING. I BROUGHT IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID I HAD OIL IN THE INJECTORS. THEY CLEANED IT UP AND SENT ME ON MY WAY FOR $715. NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER I'M STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUES AND NOW SOMETIMES IT'S NOT STARTING. SO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP CHANGED THE BATTERY AND STARTER, AFTER THE WORK THEY RUN SOME TESTS AND SAY THAT I HAVE A BAD TIPM TO BRING IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. I BRING IT BACK TO THEM AND THEY WANT AROUND $1800 NOW FOR THIS REPAIR. I CALLED CHRYSLER AND SPOKE WITH THEM ABOUT THIS AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP IN ANY WAY WITH THIS SITUATION EVEN THOUGH WE ARE LOYAL DODGE FAMILY CUSTOMERS(ON OUR 5TH VEHICLE). THE REVIEWS ONLINE SHOW MANY PEOPLE HAVING THIS ISSUE AND IT IS A VERY DANGEROUS AND SCARY EXPERIENCE HAVING YOUR CAR DIE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE EXPRESSWAY WITH NO POWER STEERING. ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, HAD BATTERY REPLACED SINCE THE BATTERY WAS ABOUT 6 YEARS OLD. CAR HAS ONLY 29582 MILES ON IT. SEEMED TO FIX THEN WHILE DRIVING 3 MILES LATER BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN. DECIDED TO TAKE TO DEALER THE MEXT MORNING. THEN WHILE DRIVING TO DEALERSHIP THE CAR BEGAN TO RAPIDLY LOSE FUNCTIONALITY WHILE WARNING LIGHTS WERE APPEARING ON THE DASHBOARDONE BY ONE UNTIL IT CAR LOST POWER WHILE DRIVING. THE TIME FROM NO WARNING LIGHTS TO COMPLETE LOSS OF ELECTRICAL FUNCTIONALITY WAS APPROXIMATELY 2 MINUTES. THE SHUT DOWN INCLUDED AN ABRUPT LOSS OF POWER STEERING AND BRAKING CAPABILITIES WHILE DRIVING ON A BUSY STREET DURING DAY. I WAS ABLE TO QUICKLY COMPENSATE FOR THE LOSS OF POWER STEERING AND BRAKING AND STOP THE VEHICLE WHILE DRIFTING INTO A GAS STATION PARKING LOT. ATTEMPTS TO RESTART THE VEHICLE INVOLVED NO CLICKING OR THE ENGINE ATTEMPTING TO TURN OVER. HAD CAR TOWED TO DEALERSHIP. I CAN ONLY ASSUME OT MAY BE THE ALTERNATOR SINCE BATTERY IS BRAND NEW NOW. I AM WONDERING IF THIS IS PART OF CAMPAIGN #17V-435 BUT MY CAR IS A CHRYSLER 200 3.6 ENGINE 6 CYLINDER TOURING CONVERTIBLE AND THAT RECALL DOES NOT SHOW 200'S ON THE NOTICE. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RECALL NOTICIES FOR THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM.. I BOUGHT CAR BRAND NEW. I AM THE ONLY OWNER AND FAITHFULLY TAKE MY CAR TO THE DEALER FOR MAINTENANCE AND OIL CHANGES.

TODAY , DECEMBER 19, 2019 I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THE MECHANIC TO HAVE THE PROBLEM DIAGNOSED BUT ON THE 13 DETECTED NONE OF IT HAS ERROR. . PLEASE HELP ME. I ALREADY SPENT SO K IN MONEY TO GET IT FIX . I WAS TRAVELING 55 MPH ON THE HIGHWAY MY TIRE BLEW OUT AN THE FENDER BLEW OFF BUT SOMEHOW THE CARS WHOLE ENGINE WIRING SYSTEM WAS RIPPED OUT OF THE CAR IN WHICH THE WHOLE CAR WENT COMPLETELY DEAD OF ALL ELECTRICITY THANKFULLY I WAS ABLE TO PULL ON SHOULDER OF HIGHWAY BEFORE THE CAR STOPPED ROLLING.

THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER AGREED WITH THE DEALER AND STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TO HELP PAY FOR THE REPAIRS, IF THE CONTACT WAS ELIGIBLE. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO CALL NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.

NO HEAT/ DEFROST ON PASSENGER SIDE APPARENTLY CAUSED BY ENGINE BLOCK MANUFACTURING PROCESS FLUIDS MIXING WITH ANTIFREEZE CAUSING A BLOCKAGE IN HEATER CORE. IF THEY KNEW, THEN THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL, INSTEAD OF PROFITING ON THE REPAIRS NEEDED TO CORRECT.
HEATER HOSE LINE CLOGS UP WITH SLUDGE, THIS IS THEN CAUSING NO HEAT ON PASSENGER SIDE , NO DEFROST, AND LITTLE HEAT ON DRIVERS SIDE. THIS ISSUE MAKES DRIVING A HAZARD AS THE CAR WILL COMPLETELY FOG UP MAKE VISABLILTY POOR. THIS ISSUE TAKE ABOUT 30 MIN OF RUNNING THE CAR BEFORE DRIVE TO BARLEY TAKE THE CHILL OFF THE CAR.
