TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE WAS FLAT AND THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS A CRACK IN THE RIM. THE RIM WAS WELDED AT THE DEALER. THE ISSUE RECURRED ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE WHERE IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THREE CRACKS WERE VISIBLE, AND THAT THE RIM WAS WELDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
