I WENT OUT AND STARTED MY VAN, THE WIPERS TURNED ON AUTOMATICALLY SO I THOUGHT MAYBE I HAD TURNED THE HANDLE SOMEHOW... SO I TURNED IT OFF AND THAT'S WHEN EVERYTHING WENT WRONG. ALL THE DASH LIGHTS STARTED FLASHING AND CYCLING THROUGH START UP CHECKS AND THEN SAYING EVERYTHING IS OFF ABS, AIRBAGS ETC. THE SEAT WAS EVEN REPOSITIONING ITSELF. I TOOK OUT MY PHONE AND STARTED RECORDING THIS WEIRD EPISODE THAT I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE. I BOUGHT THIS VAN 5 MONTHS AGO AND DON'T KNOW OF ITS HISTORY, BUT THIS IS NOT SOMETHING ANYONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH. 3 DAYS LATER MY WIFE WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD WHEN THIS STARTED HAPPENING TO HER, THE DIFFERENCE WAS THAT SHE SITS CLOSER TO STEERING WHEEL THEN I DO AND THE SEAT WAS JERKING HER BACK AND FORTH WHILE DRIVING AND SCARED HER. THANKS [XXX]. I BOUGHT THIS VAN BECAUSE I WANTED THE STOW AND GO SEATS AND SIDE CURTAIN SAFETY ALONG WITH EVERYTHING ELSE. MY VAN IS A LOADED LIMITED EDITION WITH MOST AVAILABLE OPTIONS. AFTER LOOKING AROUND THE INTERNET IT SEEMS LIKE THE TIPM OR A LOOSE CONNECTION COULD BE THE PROBLEM AND THAT DEALERSHIPS ARE PRETTY MUCH A WASTE OF TIME FOR HELP ON THIS. CHRYSLER KNOWS OF THE ISSUES BECAUSE IT HAPPENS ACROSS THEIR VEHICLES AND HAVE ONLY FIXED CERTAIN MODELS. THE FACT THAT A CRACKED SHORTING WIRE IN THE POWER DOOR OR A LOOSE CONNECTOR COULD CAUSE ALL THIS IS TO GO WRONG IS JUST POOR ENGINEERING. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL INLET LEAKED AROUND THE SEAL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
OUR 2009 T&C STALLED IN CITY TRAFFIC THIS MORNING WITHOUT ANY WARNING WHEN SLOWING DOWN TO BELOW 20-30 MPH (WITH THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT BRIEFLY ILLUMINATING AFTER THE STALL). IT HAD STALLED PREVIOUSLY 3 SEPARATE TIMES IN SIMILAR SITUATIONS WHEN EITHER MY WIFE OR SON WERE DRIVING THE VAN. OF COURSE WHEN THE ENGINE DIES THERE IS NO POWER STEERING OR POWER BRAKES WHICH MAKES HANDLING THE VEHICLE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. THE VAN IMMEDIATELY RESTARTS WHEN YOU TURN THE IGNITION KEY, BUT THE CEL DOES NOT LIGHT UP SO THERE ARE NO CODES IN THE COMPUTER TO HELP DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT LOTS OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING. JUST READ THE BLOGS ON THE INTERNET. IF THE VAN STALLS WHILE MAKING A TURN AND YOU CAN'T BRAKE OR STEER, THEN IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE A POTENTIALLY SERIOUS ACCIDENT OCCURS. AS FAR AS I KNOW THERE ARE NO OPEN RECALLS ON THE VAN (IGNITION RECALL ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF). THE WEATHER WAS NICE AND STREETS WERE DRY.

MY ENGINE HAS SHUT DOWN ON ME FOUR TIMES IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER TWICE. FIRST TIME, REPLACED ABS. PAID OVER $2200, STILL SAME PROBLEM. SECOND TIME, NO ERROR CODE BUT CHARGED ME $130 TO CLEAN THE THROTTLE LINKAGE, STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. MY WIFE AND I ARE SCARED TO DRIVE IT. I DID A SEARCH AND FOUND SOMEONE WITH THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM (SEE BELOW). CAN YOU OFFER ME (OR THE DEALER) ANY ADVICE ON HOW THIS CAN BE FIXED? ENGINE SHUTS DOWN DURING LOW SPEED OPERATION. PROBLEM OCCURS PARTICULARLY WHEN DRIVING AT SPEEDS OF 10-20 MPH UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS SUCH AS CONTROLLING SPEED IN SPEED ZONES, NEGOTIATING MODERATE GRADIENTS--DOWN HILL OR UPHILL, TURNING INTO LANE, AND IN TRAFFIC. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED THE PROBLEM ON CITY AND SUBURBAN STREETS AND IN PARKING LOTS. PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED WHEN THE CAR IS COLD OR WARM. THERE IS NO WARNING PRIOR TO THE SHUTDOWN OTHER THAN LOSS OF POWER AND ASSOCIATED ENSUING PROBLEMS: DIFFICULTY STEERING AND BRAKING DUE TO LOSS OF POWER; DASH WARNING SYMBOLS/LIGHTS TURN ON, BEGINNING WITH THE TRACTION CONTROL SYMBOL. WHEN WE FIRST EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM LAST WINTER (2015), CHRYSLER CHANGED THE IGNITION SWITCH; HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM HAS REEMERGED WITH INCREASED FREQUENCY OVER THE LAST 30-60 DAYS. OUR LOCAL CHRYSLER DEALER HAS NOT IDENTIFIED THE CAUSE AND CANNOT DETECT A CODE DURING TESTING. IN JANUARY 2016, OUR DEALER PERFORMED A TUNE UP (HOPING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM) BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS AND OCCURS AT A FREQUENCY OF 1 IN 2-6 OPERATIONS. AFTER SEVERAL HOURS OF DRIVING ON INTERSTATES AT THE VARIOUS LEGAL SPEED LIMITS FROM MASSACHUSETTS TO CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA, THE DASHBOARD WARNING CHIME STARTED, AND THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR SYSTEM SAID THAT IT HAD FAILED AND THEN RECOVERED AFTER FIVE MINUTES. EVENTUALLY, THE TPM SYSTEM RECOVERED. THIS PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS. THE CAR DEALER COULD NOT DETECT ANY PROBLEM.
AFTER SEVERAL HOURS OF DRIVING ON INTERSTATES AT THE VARIOUS LEGAL SPEED LIMITS FROM CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA TO MASSACHUSETTS, THE DASHBOARD WARNING CHIME STARTED, THE INFORMATION DISPLAY SHOWED THAT THE BLIND SPOT DETECTION SYSTEM WAS INOPERATIVE AND THEN THE TRANSMISSION DOWN SHIFTED TO 3 RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE ENGINE REVS. CRUISE CONTROL WAS ENGAGED AT THE TIME, BUT THE CAR WAS NOT GOING DOWN A HILL. THE DRIVER USED THE +/- SHIFT CONTROL TO RETURN THE CAR TO GEAR 6. AT THE SAME TIME, THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR SYSTEM SAID THAT IT HAD FAILED AND THEN RECOVERED AFTER FIVE MINUTES. EVENTUALLY, THE TPM SYSTEM RECOVERED AS DID THE BLIND SPOT DETECTION SYSTEM. ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS HAVE HAPPENED IN THE PAST INDIVIDUALLY, BUT ON THIS TRIP THEY ALL HAPPENED AT ONCE. THE CAR DEALER COULD NOT DETECT ANY PROBLEM.

THE WELDING ON THE LEFT STRUT THAT HOLDS OPEN THE LIFTGATE FAILED. WHEN THE LIFTGATE IS OPENED, IT MOMENTARILY STAYED IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION BEFORE SMASHING DOWN HARD. THE SAFETY FEATURE USUALLY IN PLACE WHERE ANYTHING IN THE WAY CAUSES IT TO GO BACK UP FAILED AS WELL. FIRST NOTICED AS MY 11 YEAR OLD SON WAS LOADING THINGS INTO THE BACK AND I HEARD HIM SCREAM ASKING WHY I CLOSED THE TRUNK ON HIM??? I HAD TO LIFT IT OFF OF HIM AND USE A LADDER TO HOLD IT OPEN. A BODY SHOP REPLACED THE STRUTS AND WELDED THE NEW ONE IN PLACE SINCE THE WELDING COMPONENT THAT FAILED WAS INSIDE THE LIFTGATE, SO A $2,000+ REPAIR. WELDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED FOR $500.

THE CONTACT COASTED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE WHEEL WAS LOOSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE LOVE NUTS HAD DETACHED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,000.

THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AND HAD TO BE TOWED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 90,000.
R03-NHTSA 14V-373 - WIRELESS IGNITION NODE MODULE MADE APPOINTMENT WITH CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP OF PARAMUS, NJ, DEALER ORIGINALLY TOLD ME THAT PARTS WERE IN-STOCK. AT TIME OF SERVICE, THEY TRIED TO SELL ME ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAT I REFUSED - THEY THEN CLAIMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NO LONGER IN STOCK. DEALER IS REFUSING TO CORRECT THIS MATTER FREE OF CHARGE - WITHOUT PURCHASING ADDITIONAL SERVICE FROM THEM.
THE TIRES HAVE HAD SLOW LEAKS FOR SOME TIME. LAST NIGHT I WENT TO ADD AIR AND ONE TIRE VALVE STEM BLEW OFF AND I HAD TO GET AAA TO CHANGE THE TIRE. MY WIFE DRIVES THIS CAR AND WE USE IT FOR FAMILY TRIPS. I AM GLAD IT DID NOT COME OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING.
I PARKED MY CAR IN THE DRIVEWAY AND TURN OF F THE ENGINE WITH THE IGNITION KEY AND LEFT THE CAR LOCKED. 2HOURS LATER MY SON CAME AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS RUNNING SO I HAD TO GO OUT AND UNLOCKE THE CAR AND TURN OFF THE KEY AGAIN AND THE ENGINE STOPPED RUNNING. THE CAR WAS STATIONARY AND NOT MOVING. IT HAPPENED ON 06/15/2016

REAR A/C EVAP CORE AND H BLOCK BAD. PROBLEM APPARENTLY FROM 2006 TO CURRENT MODELS. CHRYSLER WILL NOR ACKNOWLEDGE PROBLEM, DEALERS HANDS ARE TIED.
AS I WAS DRIVING MY 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER TO SCHOOL, THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED, THE BRAKES LOCKED, THE TIRE SKID LIGHT TURNED ON, AND THE VEHICLE POWERED ITSELF DOWN WHILE IN MOTION. I WAS DRIVING ABOUT 30 MPH AND IT HAPPENED ON A CURVE. WE ALMOST CRASHED HEAD-FIRST INTO ON ONCOMING TRUCK. I HAD TO USE FORCE TO PULL MY STEERING WHEEL TO THE RIGHT TO AVOID THE COLLISION. WHEN WE CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP, I SHIFTED INTO THE PARK POSITION AND REMOVED THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION. IMMEDIATELY AFTER REMOVING THE KEY, I PUT THE KEY BACK IN THE IGNITION AND THE VEHICLE STARTED RIGHT AWAY WITH NO PROBLEMS.

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNDETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 166,000.
WHILE DRIVING DOWN HIGHWAY AT ABOUT 60 MPH WITH WIFE AND 3 CHILDREN, SUDDENLY WITH NO WARNING, ALL POWER TO VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY LOST. THIS MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO SAFELY MOVE VEHICLE TO SHOULDER. IF TRAFFIC WOULD HAVE BEEN HEAVY THIS COULD HAVE CAUSED A SERIOUS ACCIDENT. ONCE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IT WOULD NOT RESTART AND HAD TO BE TOWED 20 MILES TO DEALER. ONCE AT DEALER ELECTRICAL SYSTEM SEEMED TO FAIL FURTHER. POWER WINDOWS, LOCKS AND DOORS WOULD NO LONGER WORK. CLEARLY SOME SORT OF SERIOUS ELECTRICAL PROBLEM THIS IS THE 4TH TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED, BUT WITH THE PREVIOUS INCIDENTS THE CAR ALWAYS STARTED ONCE IT WAS STOPPED AND PUT INTO PARK AND KEY WAS TURNED.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE WARNING ALARM SOUNDED AND THE AIR BAG LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ORC MODULE WAS FAILING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 134,000.
THE CAR STALLS WHILE DRIVING AT BOTH LOW AND MEDIUM SPEEDS. THE ENGINE DIES COMPLETELY SO NO ACCELLERATION AND THE POWER STEERING FAILS. I MUST SHIFT INTO NEUTRAL TO TRY TO RESTART. THIS MAY TAKE SEVERAL TRIES. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS. THE CAR HAD A TUNE UP AND COILS REPLACED WITH NO CHANGE IN THE STALLING ISSUE. NOTE: THE IGNITION KEY AND SWITCH WERE PREVIOUSLY REPLACED FOLLOWING A RECALL.
THIS VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED AND EQUIPPED WITH A WHEEL CHAIR RAMP FOR OUR DAUGHTER. AS SOON AS THE RECALL LETTER WAS RECEIVED, MY WIFE CONTACTED THE LOCAL DEALER AND THEY ORDERED THE PART ON 10/27/15. SEVERAL FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH DEALER INSTRUCTIONS TO CALL BACK IN A MONTH. TODAY, THE IGNITION SYSTEM LOCKED UP AND WE HAVE NO WAY TO GET OUR DAUGHTER TO AND FROM SCHOOL WITHOUT RENTING A WHEEL CHAIR VAN AT OVER $120 PER DAY. STALLING USUALLY OCCURS WITHIN A MILE AFTER STARTING THE ENGINE. CAN THEN TURN OFF THE IGNITION KEY AND RESTART THE ENGINE. USUALLY THE ENGINE THEN RUNS WITHOUT STALLING. REGARDING "WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN?" STALLING HAS OCCURRED MOST RECENTLY SEVERAL TIMES IN DECEMBER, 2015 AND SEVERAL TIMES IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY, 2016. ENGINE SHUTS DOWN DURING LOW SPEED OPERATION. PROBLEM OCCURS PARTICULARLY WHEN DRIVING AT SPEEDS OF 10-20 MPH UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS SUCH AS CONTROLLING SPEED IN SPEED ZONES, NEGOTIATING MODERATE GRADIENTS--DOWN HILL OR UPHILL, TURNING INTO LANE, AND IN TRAFFIC. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED THE PROBLEM ON CITY AND SUBURBAN STREETS AND IN PARKING LOTS. PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED WHEN THE CAR IS COLD OR WARM. THERE IS NO WARNING PRIOR TO THE SHUTDOWN OTHER THAN LOSS OF POWER AND ASSOCIATED ENSUING PROBLEMS: DIFFICULTY STEERING AND BRAKING DUE TO LOSS OF POWER; DASH WARNING SYMBOLS/LIGHTS TURN ON, BEGINNING WITH THE TRACTION CONTROL SYMBOL. WHEN WE FIRST EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM LAST WINTER (2015), CHRYSLER CHANGED THE IGNITION SWITCH; HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM HAS REEMERGED WITH INCREASED FREQUENCY OVER THE LAST 30-60 DAYS. OUR LOCAL CHRYSLER DEALER HAS NOT IDENTIFIED THE CAUSE AND CANNOT DETECT A CODE DURING TESTING. IN JANUARY 2016, OUR DEALER PERFORMED A TUNE UP (HOPING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM) BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS AND OCCURS AT A FREQUENCY OF 1 IN 2-6 OPERATIONS. MOST RECENT OCCURRENCE WAS 2/5/2016. OUR CAR PASSED THE MARYLAND EMISSIONS TEST IN JANUARY 2016. CURRENT MILEAGE IS 96,342 MILES. I REPORTED THE PROBLEM TO CHRYSLER CORP., WHICH HAS A CASE FILE OPEN #28712527. IN ADDITION, I HAVE RESEARCHED THE PROBLEM ONLINE AND HAVE FOUND NUMEROUS REPORTS OF SIMILAR EVENTS WITH THE TOWN & COUNTRY WITH MOSTLY UNFAVORABLE OUTCOMES BECAUSE CHRYSLER CANNOT DETECT A MALFUNCTION CODE DURING TEST. THE TRANSMISSION HAS A SHIFTING ISSUE WHICH MAY CAUSE A SERIOUS ACCIDENT WHEN TURNING INTO TRAFFIC.IT CAN HAPPEN WHEN STOPPED AT LIGHT OR OFF SIDE STREETS WHEN ACCELERATING INTO TURN. IT FEELS LIKE TRANSMISSION SLIPS OUT OF GEAR AND THEN SLAMS INTO GEAR BUT I AM AFRAID THAT IT WILL MALFUNCTION AND I WILL NOT HAVE ANY WAY TO GET OUT OF TRAFFIC IN TIME. THIS ISSUE HAPPENS BOTH STATIONARY AND IN MOTION AND ON CITY STREETS.
RECENTLY PURCHASED VEHICLE USED (DEALERSHIP FILLED WITH FUEL AFTER TEST DRIVE BUT BEFORE WE TOOK IT HOME). ON THE WAY HOME ON CITY STREETS (WHILE APPROACHING AN INTERSECTION), THE ENGINE STALLED CAUSING LOSS OF POWER BRAKES & POWER STEERING. AFTER PUTTING THE CAR IN PARK, IT STARTED UP & RAN FINE. A COUPLE DAYS LATER, MY WIFE WAS DRIVING IT & WHILE TURNING RIGHT AT AN INTERSECTION IT DID THE SAME THING. SHE BARELY WAS ABLE TO SAFELY COMPLETE THE TURN DUE TO THE LOSS OF POWER STEERING. AFTER THAT INCIDENT IT HASN'T HAPPENED AGAIN (BUT WE HAVEN'T FILLED IT WITH FUEL AGAIN YET). RESEARCH ON THE NET LEADS ME TO THINK IT IS THE COMMON PROBLEM WITH A VALVE IN THE FUEL TANK. WE ARE VERY NERVOUS DRIVING THE CAR & ARE DREADING OUR NEXT FILL UP. THIS IS INCREDIBLY UNSAFE & I HOPE CHRYSLER IS WILLING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I HAVE HAD TWO OTHER VANS THAT HAD RECALLS ON CLOCK SPRING. WONDER IF THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL ON THE 2009 TOWN AND COUNTRY FOR CLOCK SPRING WORK AND STEER ANGLE CODES.

THE VEHICLE WAS UNABLE TO BE DRIVEN AND WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM WAS RUSTED OUT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. AFTER FURTHER EXAMINATION, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
I HAVE RECEIVED TWO RECALL LETTERS OVER THE PAST YEAR RELATING TO THE THE SAFETY RECALL OF THE "WIRELESS IGNITION NODE" (WIN) THAT MAY HAVE UNINTENTIONAL MOVEMENT OF THE "FREQUENCY OPERATED BUTTON IGNITION KEY" (FOBIK) FROM THE "ON" TO THE "ACCESSORY" POSITION WHILE DRIVING. IT WAS NOTED THAT THIS COULD CAUSE UNINTENTIONAL ENGINE SHUT OFF AND INCREASE THE RISK OF A CRASH. I HAVE CALLED MY CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP (KINGS CHRYSLER JEEP IN CINCINNATI OHIO) TO TRY AND GET THIS FIXED 4 TIMES (6/16/2015, 7/1/2015, 10/2/2015, AND 1/16/2016) OVER THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS. EACH TIME I CALL, I'M TOLD THAT "THEY ARE RESTRICTED ON PARTS AND TO CALL THEM BACK IN A COUPLE WEEKS". THE ASSOCIATE IN THE PARTS DEPARTMENT ALSO TOLD ME THAT CHRYSLER HAS BEEN EXTREMELY SLOW IN PROVIDING PARTS RELATING TO THIS RECALL AND THAT THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH CALLS LIKE MINE ALL THE TIME. I'M NOT SURE HOW TO GET THIS FIXED AND EVEN IF MY NOTIFICATION TO YOUR ASSOCIATION THROUGH THIS COMPLAINT WILL EVEN WORK BECAUSE IT APPEARS THAT FIAT/CHRYSLER HAS BEEN SLOW ON MULTIPLE RECALLS. THE 2009 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY HAS A DESIGN FLAW IN THE DEFROST VENT DESIGN. THE FRONT DEFROST VENTS ARE NOT PROPERLY ANGLED TO CLEAR THE LOWER PORTION OF THE WINDOW. DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER THE WIPERS CAN BECOME FROZEN TO THE WINDSHIELD AND FAIL TO PROPERLY WORK. THE VENTS ARE ANGLED SO AS THE BOTTOM 4 INCHES OF THE WINDOW HAS LITTLE TO NO AIR CIRCULATING ON THE WINDOW. THIS DESIGN ALSO CAUSES THE WINDOW TO FOG IN TEMPERATURES BELOW 32 DEGREES AND NOT CLEAR PROPERLY. THE VENTS ALSO DO NOT ANGLE TO THE OUTER EDGES OF THE WINDOWS. THIS COULD RESULT IN VISIBILITY ISSUES AND INJURY OR DEATH COULD OCCUR. THIS HAPPENS WHEN PARKED AND WHEN DRIVING. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. WHEN I CONTACTED CHRYSLER CORPORATION THEY FAIL TO SAY THERE IS A FLAW. THE FLAW IS EASILY SEEN BY A VISUAL CHECK JUST BY LOOKING AT THE ANGLE OF THE VENTS ON THE DASH BOARD.
