On [XXX], I was involved in a serious motor vehicle collision in Arkansas while driving my Dodge Challenger. The crash was severe enough that the vehicle was declared a total loss. Despite the severity of the collision and significant front-end damage, none of the airbags deployed at any point during the crash. As a result of the collision and the failure of the airbag system to deploy, I sustained physical injuries and required approximately nine months of medical treatment and physical therapy. Based on the severity of the impact and the level of damage to the vehicle, I believe the airbags should have deployed and that their failure may indicate a defect in the airbag system or crash detection sensors. I am submitting this complaint so the incident can be investigated as a potential safety defect. I am concerned that this issue could pose a serious safety risk to other drivers if the airbag system fails to deploy in similar collisions.
the seat belts in the rear are guided through a metal D ring that has a plastic housing. This housing cracks and prevents the seat belts from retracting. This issue relays to most dodge, jeep chrysler products that all utilize the same part for front and rear seat belts. The issue has been acknowledged for front seat belts but not rear.

I WAS SIDESWIPED ON I-75. I WAS GOING AROUND 75MPH. I WENT HEAD ON INTO A GUARDRAIL, AND THE SET BELTS DIDN'T LOCK AND THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CAR HAD LESS THEN 3,500 MILES ON IT. I HAD OWNED IT LESS THAN A MONTH. MY CAR WAS COMPLETELY TOTALED. THIS WAS JUNE AND MY NECK IS STILL HURTING AND BURNING.

MY WIFE AND I WERE DRIVING IN LAS VEGAS/HENDERSON, NV ON VACATION. I WAS MAKING A LEFT TURN AND A DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO BEAT THE RED LIGHT STRIKING MY VEHICLE ON THE RIGHT FRONT PASSENGER SIDE. THE VEHICLE IMPACTED MY VEHICLE DIRECTLY ON THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE AND FRONT PORTION OF THE RIGHT FRONT FENDER. THE ROAD SPEED LIMIT WAS 45MPH HOWEVER I BELIEVE THIS WOMAN WAS GOING WELL OVER THE SPEED LIMIT AS HER SMALL 2005 CHEVY COBALT SPUN MY 2015 DODGE CHALLENGER SCAT PACK ALMOST 180 DEGREES AFTER IMPACT. MY WIFE SMACKED HER HEAD ON THE PASSENGER WINDOW DUE TO THE SIDE AIRBAG NOT DEPLOYING. WE BOTH WENT TO THE HOSPITAL FOR EVALUATION AND WERE THEN RELEASED.
