My vehicle has been stuck at the 1st half of SW version 2.0 and has never been able to complete the full version of 2.0 upgrade. A ticket has been open with Fisker for this issue several months now with minimal communication. A tech advised that there was a component not taking the update correctly so the rest of the install was backing out. The problem now is that I am no longer getting SW updates so can't get these safety recalls addressed - NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V405000 and 24V404000. As of the past couple of months, Fisker has been totally non-responsive since there are no more local techs, no response to 800 number, or email. Essentially I am at a loss as to how to get these recalls addressed. I am raising this concern with the NHTSA as issuing recalls are great, but if the fix is within a software release and several cars can not get routine software updates the procedure to address recalls is broken and Fisker should be held responsible even if dispatching techs is required.
The vents make a grinding and clicking noise for about 30 seconds upon opening the door. When using climate control functions beyond level 2, the vents make a high pitched whistle and air appears to be partially blocked
When accelerating quickly in drive, the vehicle shifts into neutral, brakes, goes into park and shuts down. Technicians have repeated the issue and attempted to fix it but no solution has been found. The dash displays the message, "Brake System malfunction. Service Required." There are a few dash icons that display indicating a "System Fault," "Brake malfunction," and "ADAS fault."
1. The high voltage warning light is illuminated on the dash, the vehicle is available for inspection 2. The vehicle will not operate at a speed of more than 17 mph which puts the driver and general public at risk 3. Fisker technicians have attempted to repair on March 29, April 5, and April 18, 2024 in person at my residence Fisker has been unresponsive on next steps and will not respond to support requests, emails, or text messages.
I am writing to formally notify the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of a significant concern regarding Fisker Automotive’s failure to meet the deadline for a mandated recall and their neglect in providing me with a recall notice. As an owner of a Fisker Ocen One, I was made aware through Facebook that my vehicle was subject to a recall due to Incorrectly Displayed Warning Lights/FMVSS 135,101, NTHSA Campaign Number 24V405000 and Loss of Power, NHTSA Campaign Number 24V40400. The recall notice indicated that remedial action was to be completed on June 30, 2024. However, as of today, July 1, 2024, I have not received any communication from Fisker Automotive regarding this recall. Further, Fisker does not respond to email communication sent to support@fiskerinc.com or via phone at 844-347-5371. The lack of notification and the missed deadline for corrective action have left me with serious concerns about the safety of my vehicle and the potential risks it poses to my passengers and other road users. This delay also undermines the trust and reliability that consumers expect from automotive manufacturers, especially in matters as critical as vehicle safety recalls. I kindly request that the NHTSA investigate this matter to ensure that Fisker Automotive adheres to its obligations under the recall process and takes immediate steps to inform affected vehicle owners and remedy the identified defects promptly. I am looking forward to your prompt attention to this matter and would appreciate being kept informed of any developments regarding this issue.
When breaking and going over a bump on the road, the breaking ceases to work and the car lunges forward. This is a consistent issue since obtaining the car in March and has almost caused accidents.
My Fisker Ocean One has experienced multiple ADAS issues including lane departure not working, emergency braking failing regularly producing multiple warning lights, regenerative braking shutting off causing the vehicle to speed up or roll away. I have dozens of photos of the errors and videos. I will provide the link to the photo folder. The technician was finally able to update all of the vehicle modules to 2.0 to try to resolve this. That included a hold function updated. At roughly [XXX] I was pulling into my driveway. My road is a steep downhill to my house then a left into the drive. As I was slowly pulling into the driveway the vehicle jerked violently many times as if it was trying to stop but couldn't. I was not applying the brakes, but letting off the accelerator for the regenerative function to slow the car. When the jerking occurred I tried to brake and the brake pedal did not respond. The vehicle finally locked the wheels and came to a stop. Many warning lights came on rapidly. The message I saw was a braking fault then the car died and all screens shut off. I was half way in the road and now in front of an oncoming vehicle. I couldn't get it to start up. Fortunately the oncoming vehicle slowed and crept around me. My Fisker Ocean the rebooted itself and I was able to get it into the garage. I have under 2700 miles on it. This update 2.0 was promised to fix many of these issues and now put myself and others in danger. I suspect it was the hold function that caused the issue. It seemed like it was trying to stop and hold while I was moving. I contacted the technician who is looking into the data and I reported it to Fisker. This vehicle has been dangerous since it was first delivered. The service techs are trying but the software and build is the issue, which they cannot overcome. Link to photos of previous errors. I have had a recurring issue where the vehicle lunges forward when going over a speed bump, pothole or any rough spots on the roadway even when pressing on the brake pedal. It appears that the regenerative braking temporarily fails as does the standard brake in this occurrence, making the vehicle feel out of control and unsafe. Fisker announced that this was addressed with software version 1.10 but I have been on version 1.11 ever since receiving my vehicle a couple months ago and continue to experience this event. It most recently occurred yesterday while driving to and from the airport, going over a speed bump. Additionally, I continue to get "ADAS fault - features limited or unavailable" warnings and "Auto emergency braking unavailable" warnings and "Brake system malfunction - Service required" warnings on a regular basis for which I have numerous photos and videos. Also, on occasion I have had "Regenerative braking unavailable" warnings appear at which time the regenerative brakes are not functional, putting additional strain on the regular brakes.
My 2023 Fisker Ocean One automatically/randomly shifts into PARK, with the parking brake on, when I come to a stop, and sometimes doesn't come out of PARK when I press the PARK button and shift into DRIVE. For example, the car is in DRIVE, I come to a complete stop at a stoplight and the car automatically shifts itself into PARK. I press the PARK button to disengage the parking brake, shift into DRIVE, and the car automatically shifts itself back into PARK. Sometimes I need to put it back in DRIVE multiple times (3, 4, or 5 times) before it finally stays in DRIVE. I reported this issue to Fisker on March 27th, followed up with them on April 5th and April 23rd with no resolution. The issue first occurred when I received an OTA software update prior to March 27th, but I waited a little while to report it because I was hoping it would fix itself as other issues sometimes do with Fisker.
The contact owns 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated that on several occasions when the vehicle was started, the ADAS warning light illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that the message "Radar Fault - Some Features Limited or Unavailable" was displayed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 1,000.
On Monday March 25th the 12v died with my whole family in the car my wife and two kids couldn't open any of the doors or trunk and there's no emergency latch to get out of the vehicle we were stuck in the vehicle for 2 hours before assistance came for us.
The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the air bag warning light was illuminated and a system braking assist message was displayed. The contact stated that several other unknown warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.
The vehicle will not go into drive or reverse unless you move to the front edge of the driver seat. The vehicle will go into park whenever you come to a stop, whether at traffic lights, in traffic at a roundabout, or on the highway when there is a lot of traffic. Due to the first issue of getting it into drive, this becomes problematic when you have to move the front edge of the seat to get it back into gear.
Adaptive Cruise Control Does not work on this car. It never has since the day it arrived.
When reversing the 2023 Fiskers Ocean One, the whole computer shut down. This has happened multiple times and I am afraid it may happen while driving. Remedy for this issue I found is to get out of vehicle and lock it. Then unlock it and it was restart itself. This is not safe and needs to be addressed immediately. I have contacted Fiskers and no one has responded.
My Fisker Ocean Extreme has been inoperable since [XXX]. Initially, a Fisker rep told me it was likely due to software update Fisker pushed to the car, causing the car alarm to sound and the 12 volt battery to die. Fisker did not notify me that it was pushing an update to my car on [XXX], nor did I “accept” or “install” any update. The car was parked at the time. On [XXX] and [XXX], the rep tried unsuccessfully on two occasions to repair the car. Ultimately, he stated that a connector “welded” itself (his words) to the high voltage battery. Although the rep said the “welding” was rare, it has occurred. Before he left my car, he disconnected wires and further rendered the car inoperable. Fisker promised to arrange no later than [XXX] for the car to be towed and repaired in La Palma. However, despite repeated calls and emails, Fisker has rejected my requests for repair. The "welding" indicates a high level of heat involving the high voltage battery, which is a significant safety concern. The car also had significant issues with regenerative braking not working, which I also complained to Fisker about. Blind Spot detection is non functional since the last software update. Rear cross traffic warning is also not functioning since the last update.
Vehicles spontaneously losses power while driving. During this time power steering is disabled. Fisker technicians reported it was a known issue that would be corrected via a software update. The company is now bankrupt and no longer providing software updates.
Rear left door handle will no longer open the door. Either from the interior or exterior. Unlocking and locking the vehicle does not resolve the issue. Fisker says to pull the interior door handle twice in case of emergency, but this does not manually actuate the door handle. Occupants would be currently stuck in my vehicle and unable to exit...
Component: powertrain. It is unintended braking and acceleration. It is available for inspection. This has happened on multiple occasions: when going over bumps the vehicle jerks and lurches, applying braking or acceleration without input from me. While the braking is causing stability concerns at high speed, it is the unintended acceleration that is most troubling. This happened again this morning twice in rapid succession that almost caused a collision. It is only a matter of time before it does cause an injury. While exiting the expressway, on the off-ramp and following another vehicle, I was undergoing moderate braking (right foot on brake pedal with pressure). Twice the vehicle hit a bump in the road and it unexpectedly and definitely accelerated after hitting the bumps. This caused the car to lurch forward towards the vehicle in front of me. The second time was very close to causing a collision. I have registered this issue multiple times over the course of a month with the manufacturer. They are not responding to the complaint in writing. The one time I was finally able to reach someone by phone they tried to tell me it was a symptom of regenerative braking. As this is my 4th vehicle with regenerative braking I can definitively say this is not a regen issue that is found on other vehicles as it is not safe. In either case, I am unable to get any technician to inspect the vehicle. There are many warnings and messages about symptoms and problems with the vehicle. Trying to sort out what warnings may pertain to this specific, dangerous issue is impossible.
I have emailed the support department several times, but I have received automated messages with no answers. This list was sent to Fisker within three months of owning the vehicle. *1. Our vehicle powered off on its own as I was about to leave my house, and then the battery light on the dash came on. This happened two times! 2. I have replaced the key fob's battery 10 times since we acquired the car on [XXX]. I was left stranded in a parking lot. 3. This vehicle is our primary family vehicle, and our [XXX] and [XXX] ride in the back. Their backseat safety belts continuously keep getting stuck and won't retract. 4. Door handles don't retract. 5. The vehicle keeps rolling backward or forward when in the park. I almost rolled back at the school pickup line and hit the car behind me. I have to keep pressing the brake pedal while waiting to move. *6. The Brakes are squeaking on and off while driving around the city at low speeds. The brakes take a long time to engage and don't stop right away. 7. The vehicle started making beeping sounds suddenly, and no lights were on the dashboard to indicate the cause of the beeps. 8. The back of the car gets very hot, as the ceiling vents by the passenger lights do not have any airflow. Is that only decorative? The only vents that work are the small ones on the center console pointing to the back. It gets very stuffy, and my kids get carsick. 9. We ordered winter tires and never received them but paid for them. 10. The air vents in the front console are broken. The tech who came to perform the first software update reported the issue and requested a repair ticket. There have been no updates. 11. The tires have unusual wear and tear for a car under 6 months, they are bald. 12. I didn't feel safe in this car, and it was parked in my driveway. Fisker support won't reach back to us and we don't know where to take it for service. 13. ADAS warning lights turn on all the time. Car was purchases [XXX]. The braking became unavailable [XXX] while driving on the freeway. Several alerts and warnings came on to the vehicle regarding collision, lane changing. This has happened twice, second time [XXX]. Other issues have included: Car rolls back when foot taken off pedal even when parked on flat ground. Regenerative breaking issues persistent. Multiple alerts and warnings regarding breaking, collision warning, lane changing pop up on dash atop steering wheel throughout day. Car was delivered/purchased brand new [XXX] and to now, these issues have been going on consistently since [XXX] when car was delivered. I even flew to Los Angeles from Sacramento [XXX] to complain and get a hold of someone since NO ONE from Fisker is responding. I was told someone was going to contact me by Monday [XXX] and no one still has. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated while driving approximately 30 MPH, the brakes rebooted which caused the vehicle to nearly stall as the brakes independently slowed the vehicle. The contact stated that there were several unknown warning lights illuminated on the instrument cluster. The contact stated that the vehicle was taking approximately 30 seconds to reboot. Additionally, the contact stated that the Forward Collision Avoidance, Lane Departure Assist, and Blind Spot warning lights were intermittently activating. The contact attempted to schedule appointments for diagnostic tests; however, there was no response from the manufacturer. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was taken to the residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,100.
The safety issue with my brakes on my Fisker Ocean is when brake pedal is depressed the vehicle starts to decelerate but then for a split second accelerates. This issue happens intermittently (overall in 4 weeks of driving the vehicle it has happened 6 to 8 times.) I was told by Fisker techs that the new software was supposed to fix this issue, and I received the latest 2.0 software upgrade a little over a week ago, but then had another instance of acceleration while braking happen with even the new software on the vehicle. The last instance happened last Thursday March 14th.
The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 24V404000 (Electrical System) and 24V405000 (Electrical System); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The contact stated that while her husband was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle shifted into neutral independently. The contact attempted to notify the manufacturer of the failure, however; the phone number was no longer in service. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000. VIN tool was unable to retrieve recall information.

I do have a lot of problems with my FOO, but three month already, still no one comes to help me. 1, the reverse camera screen is not working. 2,Another issue is that the sensors on the left and right sides of the car are constantly lit up. 3,The headlights stay on when the car is in motion but turn off when stopped, and cannot be turned off. 4,Additionally, there is a wind noise coming from the top of the car above the rearview mirror. 5, the light in the rear passenger seat intermittently turns on and cannot be turned off. 6, The brakes vibrate when you brake, and they also vibrate when you accelerate. 7, driver side screen shows the issues I have not ideal what are they?
Cars door handles regularly don’t work locking me out of car and sometimes in car. Emergency breaking is regularly disabled by car for no apparent reason.
My new car Forward Collision Warning and Automatic Emergency Braking doesn’t work when there is car infornt of my vechicle and meet with the accident. both Forward Collision Warning and Automatic Emergency Braking is not happen during this incidence.
See attached document for complaint.
The front air vents for the AC are non functioning. There are pieces that broke and make them unresponsive to controls for direction or sometimes in opening. They are only controlled by software. There was an internal recall for this part but
My Fisker Ocean has recalls and although they continue to mail me the recall letters and state that someone will call me to help me find a repair shop that will fix the recall, and they provide a number for me to call, no one has ever answered that phone number and they will not answer any emails. When I bought the car the GPS system never worked and they scheduled several appointments to fix it but never was able to fix the problem when a tech did come to my home twice, two different Fisker Technicians, then never followed up with me and then once they went bankrupt, I haven’t heard from them again. The car also has driving bugs that make the car seem unsafe to drive and these were also never addressed. They also sent out an email saying that they were going to send over the air the software version 2.2.update which would fix a few of the recall issues, but I have never received the update and the number they said to call is never answered and no call back although I have left dozens of messages, emails and I call every day for over two months with no response. I live in California not even an hour from their past head quarters and about 30 minutes from their last corporate office and although I don’t believe this gives me any priority over another Fisker owner in another state, it would seem that at least I would be conveniently located to expedite any help or have me drive to any location for recall, warranty or software help. Lastly, this is a plea for help. I live in California, and we have a Lemon Law (1793.22 - 1793.26) that states…. “If your new car has a serious warranty defect that the manufacturer cannot fix, even after multiple attempts, you may be eligible to get your vehicle repurchased or replaced”.How is it that I can’t even get help under this law that is supposed to protect its citizens.
Sometimes doors lock and can’t open it, symptom warning lights keep coming on and also various issues.
Vehicle loses power/loss of throttle/loss of the accelerator. The first time this happened I was unaware and stuck in the middle of a turning lane when it lost power to the accelerator, after a couple of minutes the vehicle responded and because I was pressing on the pedal it kicked into full power mode sending me over a median into oncoming traffic. This situation not only put me and my child at risk it also put others. The same problem has happened multiple times I know better than to step on the pedal and not to panic. I spoke to my assigned Fisker technician, who stated it is a known problem. They have updated my software twice when was supposed to fix it but it has not. No warning lights or anything would warn anyone of this issue and Fisker claims nothing is unsafe. I also have a passenger door that doesn't always open. It has been fixed 4 times and still has the same problem. Again, Fisker states this is not unsafe.
Several incidents with this car. All available for inspection. 1. Brakes dont work intermittently and then engage or release at random. We could have ran into a car when the brakes "released"randomly while pressing down the pedal. There is a brake malfunction light that comes on with. a loud gong when we start the car up. 2. Mark the Fisker deck said has reproduced and says he feels like there is bag of rattlesnakes at the pedal set. Both the accelerator and brake pedals have crunching noises and do not work properly. Mark says he has no idea why and can't do anything about it. 3. Manufacturer has not inspected the mechanical part of the car. Hard to get anyone to do anything over there, almost zero communication from the service center. This is a lemon car with massive safety issues. Even Chase, the note holder has reached out to us to get info on the mechanical and software problems. Asked if we wanted a buyback from the company which we do.we do.
The vehicle was non responsive - yet was charged (EV). Numerous times I have not been able to unlock the car via the key fob. There is a “backup” RFID chip in the fob that’s supposed to unlock the vehicle by holding it near a spot on the door handle, however— that system did not work and I was stranded in the rain for a couple hours. Eventually when I returned to the vehicle to try again it had come back online and apparently unlocked itself which is not safe.
We were driving down a parkway and a yellow message flashed "battery malfunction" and the high-voltage battery fault came on and the car lost power while on a public road. I could break & steer but that was all. I was on a public road and had to coast down the hill (luckily was able to maintain speed) and there happened to be a parking lot I could coast into when we got to the bottom. I called road side assistance and gave them all the information, had my partner pick me and the kids up, and the car was later towed to my house. The car was at 70% Power and in Earth mode when all of this happened. Other issues that happened during this drive: Key Fob wouldn't work several times – car wouldn't lock or open after multiple attempts to use the lock/unlock button and even holding the fob on the door handle took time for the car to recognize. Usually it is in seconds, it was taking 20+ seconds. Park brake malfunction (flashing) when I was trying to park the car at the parking lot This is a serious safety issue – we were lucky we were able to coast down the road and were in a parking lot but if we had been on the interstate or the curvy 55 mph roads by my house a serious accident could have happened. In addition to the above – I've had several other issues making the car undriveable since I got it. The car only has 353 miles on it because it has been so unreliable to drive and now is completely unsafe to drive. I had the car delivered on December 14, 2023.
The Fisker Ocean is an unsafe vehicle. In the two and a half months I have owned the vehicle, I have experienced the following serious safety issues that have put other vehicles and my self at risk: - The vehicle will accelerate unexpectedly, nearly causing me to crash into a vehicle ahead of me on one occasion and almost run into oncoming traffic in another occasion. - Blind spot protection is inaccurate and frequently will not be available. - Lane keeping assistance overcorrects such that it has caused me in multiple occasions to swerve then I have to overcorrect and have nearly missed hitting other vehicles. - ADAS system features (collision warning, front and rear cameras, paying attention) frequently unavailable or misreport problems, causing me to panic trying to figure out what is wrong. The vehicle has been serviced on three occasions by the manufacturer and is awaiting a fourth (no date provided). Fisker has reported no solve for the acceleration and has said the last update would correct ADAS issues but has not. The issues started almost immediately upon delivery of my vehicle. The issues happen at all speeds, and I cannot predict when. I am happy to provide service records but Fisker has not properly documented that they addressed in service visits, but I do have in email.
NO Recall work performed on my car. Received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V499000 & Recall TSB10032403. NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V623000 (Service Brakes, Electric) Fisker Inc has gone out of business. A mandatory recall has been issued and the bankruptcy court has assigned a trustee to ensure vehicles are updated to version 2.2 to address safety recall issues. The update to 2.2 has been extremely unpredictable and the trustee has not been able to complete this recall. I spent #300 for replace the water pump and another $200 for diagnostic work and there is no fix at the moment for the electric issues with the car (especially ADAS and blind spot) however the trustee is still responsible for rolling out this buggy software and possibly damaging more cars with each remote installation.
The vehicle has 4 coolant pumps to keep the batteries from overheating. One of my pumps stopped working and the company sent me the new pump a month ago but have yet to schedule a tech to come here to replace it as promised. The car has less than 500 miles on it and is dangerous to drive as it will shut down without warning on the highway. Fisker needs to send the tech out before they file for bankruptcy. Please help.
Unable many times to open driver side door has happened many times have videos but unable to down load video
unsafe operation - erratic braking, roll back while waiting for light or traffic, non-functioning options, inconsistent key functionality, inability to update software. Total unresponsive company personnel to send technician to car's location for a repair. Stuck in driveway for 3 months blocking access to garage and potential fire hazard as it was connected to Fisker charger but would not release EV-SE handle. Mobile App and web site application not in sync and could not assist me as vehicle operator
The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated while driving 30 MPH and attempting to come to a complete stop, the vehicle inadvertently applied the brakes and shifted into park independently, prompting the contact to turn off the vehicle. After restarting the vehicle, the vehicle returned to normal functionality, but the failure became a regular occurrence. The Forward Collision Avoidance warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 7,000.
Car stopped on a busy highway and would not move forward or backwards. Rebooted system several times and still would not move. Finally, after many reboots, car began moving again. Extremely scary and dangerous incident. Separately, none of the ADAS systems are functional. The key fob is unpredicatable. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Some of the functions never work. We have had other problems. The car was taken back by Fisker for more than a month last fall. As is obvious, it still has many unaddressed and dangerous problems.
I on the highway driving during low-traffic hours in the middle lane of a 3-lane section of interstate highway. I was not immediately near any object, structure or other vehicle. Without warning or change in circumstances the Fisker Ocean began warning of a front collision risk. Within seconds of the alert sounding the brakes were automatically engaged. The car rapidly slowed from ~75mph to 35-40mph. Had this been a busier time on this stretch of highway this event could have caused a serious accident between myself and another or between two other cars attempting to avoid my sudden and erratic deceleration. This incident, luckily, did not result in any impact, accident, or harm to others or property. This system has engaged without reason or warning in one other case at a much lower initial speed. It does not seem to have a means of reliably reproducing the issue. This issue has been reported to the manufacturer several times. No attempt has been made to resolve the issue. The standard response has been "A software update will resolve this issue, " but no indication of when this update will come.
The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean Sport. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the brakes failed to function as needed. The contact stated that while removing the foot off the brake pedal, the vehicle rolled backwards. The contact stated that the failure had been persistent. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and the contact was informed that a new software update needed to be performed. The contact stated that the software update was not performed. The failure mileage was approximately 500.
Radar warning flashers every time I use the car. ADSA light warning stays on. Flashers inoperable. Had to replace water pump. Had to replace door handle. Had to replace battery 4 different times. Had to pay for batteries, and to install battery. ADAS system has never worked. Had the ADAS system by previous Fisker tech men and told there were not parts available to fix same.
Vehicle will often not recognize included key FOB resulting in car shifting into park while stopped on the road, sometimes for multiple minutes, creating a very unsafe stopped car in active roadways. Vehicle dash will state "FOB not in vehicle." FOB is designed to communicate via NFC to ensure that the correct FOB is with the correct vehicle. My vehicle has never recognized the FOB and instead relies solely on the FOB's battery to maintain constant communication with the car. Resulting in the FOB battery going dead 4-5 times a week. Car is un-drivable because of this.
