DOOR AJAR SENSOR REMAINS ON EVEN WHEN DOOR IS SHUT. DOORS DO NOT LOCK WHEN SENSOR IS ON. INTERIOR LIGHTS STAY ON. BATTERY DIES BECAUSE LIGHTS DO NOT TURN OFF. ALL MY DOORS ARE UNLOCKED SO IT IS VERY UNSAFE, SOMEONE COULD ENTER MY VEHICLE WHILE IT IS STOPPED.THIS HAPPENS EVERYDAY AND CLEANING THE LATCH DOES NOT HELP.
THE DRIVER DOOR LATCH SENSOR WENT BAD. IT KEEPS SAYING THAT THE DOOR IS AJAR. WHEN IT IS NOT. THIS IS A REAL SAFETY ISSUE. FOR EXAMPLE, WHAT IF I DON'T CLOSE MY DOOR COMPLETELY, I WOULD EXPECT THIS WARNING TO COME ON. BUT RIGHT NOW THE DOOR WARNING IS ALWAYS ON. SO I REALLY DON'T KNOW IF MY DOOR IS PROPERLY CLOSED OR NOT. SO FAR I AM "SLAMMING MY DOOR SHUT" TO ENSURE THAT IT IS PROPERLY CLOSED. *TR
MY DRIVERS DOOR APPEARS TO NOT BE CLOSING BUT I KNOW IT IS SHUT. THE DOORS SENSOR SHOWS ON THE DASHBOARD THAT THE DOOR IS OPEN. I HAVE TO SLAM THE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES TO GET IT TO SHUT. THIS IS A PROBLEM BECAUSE THE DOORS WILL NOT LOCK IF I AM DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. THIS CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS WHEN TRAVELING. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A RECALL ON THIS BECAUSE I HAVE DONE NOTHING AND I WAS TOLD BY MY LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY $370.00 TO GET IT FIXED AND I JUST DON'T SEE THAT AS FAIR AND REASONABLE. *TR
DOOR SENSOR FAILURE CAUSING DASH WARNING LIGHT TO SAY" DOOR AJAR". THIS CAUSES INTERIOR LIGHTS TO STAY ON EVEN AFTER DOOR HAS BEEN CLOSED AND YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR. *TR
AFTER CLOSING THE FRONT DRIVERS DOOR, THE DASH LIGHT INDICATES THAT THE DOOR IS NOT CLOSED AND LATCHED. I PUSH ON THE DOOR AND THE LATCH HAS CAUGHT. WHILE DRIVING, THE SYSTEM STILL SEES THE DOOR AS UNLATCHED. I HAVE PLAYED WITH THE LATCHING MECHANISM AND I CAN GET THE SENSOR TO SEE THE DOOR CLOSED IN ABOUT 1 OUT OF 50 ATTEMPTS. MOST OF THE TIME I DRIVE AROUND WITH THE SYSTEM SEEING THE DOOR AS OPEN. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT CHANGED BECAUSE I FEAR THE REPLACEMENT WILL FAIL TOO. *TR
WHEN I GET INTO THE CAR AND SHUT THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR, I GET AN ERROR THE DOOR IS AJAR. CLEARLY IT IS NOT BUT A RELENTLESS BEEPING IS WARNING ME OF THE TROUBLE. THE DOOM LIGHT WILL NOT GO OUT AND THE DOORS WILL NOT LOCK. WHEN I GET OUT OF THE CAR THE LIGHTS STAY ON FOR FIVE MINUTES, INDICATING A DOOR IS STILL OPEN. *TR
A FEW MONTHS AGO, THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR AJAR LIGHT BEGAN STAYING ON WHEN THE DOOR WAS CLOSED PROPERLY. THIS CAUSES THE LIGHTS TO STAY ON INSIDE THE CAR ALONG WITH THE ANNOYING BEEPING SOUND. WHAT REALLY CONCERNS ME IS THAT I HAVE MY DAUGHTER IN THE VEHICLE WITH ME AND BEING THAT THE DOORS WON'T LOCK AS THE LIGHT IS NOW ON CONTINUOUSLY, SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR AT ANY TIME. JUST WAIT UNTIL THERE IS A MAJOR INJURY FROM THIS BEFORE BEING RECALLED, ISN'T THAT HOW IT USUALLY WORKS? *TR
OCTOBER OF 2014, I PURCHASED A 2012 FORD EDGE. ONLY A FEW MONTHS OF OWNING IT THE 'DOOR AJAR' WARNING WOULD CONTINUE TO SHOW UP, EVEN THOUGH THE DOOR WAS CLEARLY CLOSED. THIS HAS STILL CONTINUED, ITS NOW NOVEMBER 2015. I WENT TO A DEALERSHIP AT ONE POINT AND THEY SIMPLY LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH IT WILL BE TO FIX, NOT ONCE DID THEY MENTION THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM. FORD NEEDS TO TAKE NOTICE OF THIS ISSUE AND ACTUALLY SHOW THEY CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAVE RECENTLY REVIEWED MANY OTHERS COMPLAINING OF THE SAME ISSUE. THIS IS A HUGE RED FLAG THAT NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING MY CAR ANYMORE, WITH MY CHILD ESPECIALLY. THE DOORS DO NOT LOCK ONCE THE CAR IS IN DRIVE, THAT SCARES ME. ALSO SINCE THE DOOR DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE CLOSED ACCORDING TO THE COMPUTER, THE DOME LIGHT STAYS ON, MAKING IT HARD TO START DRIVING AT NIGHT. I HAVE ALSO BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY AND ALREADY IT IS DRAINED DUE TO THE LIGHT STAYING ON FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES BEFORE TURNING OFF. WHEN I PURCHASE A VEHICLE I NEED TO FEEL SAFE ABOUT MY CHOICE AND AT FIRST I DID, I LOVE MY CAR BUT NO LONGER FEEL SAFE DRIVING IT.
THE SENSOR FOR THE DOOR ON THE DRIVERS SIDE IS NOT WORKING. THE PANEL TELLS ME THAT THE DOOR IS OPEN WHEN IT IS NOT. I HAVE TO MANUALLY LOCK AND UNLOCK THE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES OR CLOSE THE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES HARD IN ORDER FOR THE SENSOR TO GO OFF. I HAVE NOTICED THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE EDGES. I DO NOT HAVE 5OO DOLLARS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE AS THE DOOR LOCKS WILL NOT LOCK AFTER CAR IS IN MOTION AND THIS COULD BE A POSSIBLE SAFETY ISSUE WHILE PEOPLE ARE TRAVELING IN THIS VEHICLE. ALSO WITH THE REMOTE, SOMETIMES LOCKING THE CAR IS AN ISSUE. COULD POTENTIALLY DRAIN THE BATTERY. THANK YOU. *TR
MY DRIVER SIDE DOOR LATCH IS DEFECTIVE. THE SENSOR IS SHOWING THAT THE DOOR IS OPEN WHEN THE DOOR IS ACTUALLY CLOSED. THIS CAUSES MY INTERIOR LIGHTS TO REMAIN ON AND IT EVENTUALLY DRAINS MY BATTERY.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER AND REAR DRIVER SIDE DOOR'S WERE INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE SENSOR LATCHES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 5 MPH, THE AIR CONDITION SYSTEM FAILED TO BLOW COOL AIR. IN ADDITION, THE INTERIORS LIGHTS WOULD REMAIN ILLUMINATED AND CAUSE THE BATTERY TO DRAIN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL THE ELECTRICAL FUNCTIONS FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DOOR SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 51,600.
ABOUT 90% OF THE TIME -- AT ALL SPEEDS OF 0-75 -- THE WARNING LIGHT SHOWS THE DRIVER DOOR IS AJAR, WHICH CAUSES THE DOME LIGHTS TO STAY ON, AND THE DOOR LOCKS WILL NOT LOCK. THIS IS EXTREMELY UNSAFE WHEN DRIVING IN THE CITY AND STOP AT A RED LIGHT -- ANYONE COULD OPEN THE DOOR AND GET INSIDE. WHEN THE DOME LIGHTS ARE ON, IT IS DIFFICULT TO SEE AT NIGHT, ESPECIALLY WHEN BACKING THE CAR. *TR

ALSO, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOORS WERE NOT ABLE TO BE LOCKED FROM THE INSIDE DUE TO A FAULTY DOOR LATCH. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000.
INITIALLY HEARD WHINING NOISE, MAINLY IN FIRST 10-20 MINUTES OF DRIVING ON COOL DAYS (AROUND 60 DEGREES). WHINE BECAME CONSTANT IN COLD WEATHER. IN DECEMBER VEHICLE WAS UNEXPECTEDLY DIFFICULT TO STEER DURING PARKING MANEUVERS. DIAGNOSED 12/26 AS LEAKING POWER STEERING PRESSURE HOSE. *TR
DRIVER SIDE DOOR ALERT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THAT DOOR IS CLOSED. DOME LIGHT IS ON WHILE DRIVING, AND CHIMES GO OFF. AFTER EVERY STOP, CHIME AND DISPLAY SAYS TO SHIFT TO PARK. DOORS WILL NOT LOCK WITH FOB. *TR
NOTICED WHILE DRIVING THAT THE BRAKES FELT AND SOUNDED DIFFERENT THEN THEY HAD - ESPECIALLY WHEN TRYING TO STOP THE VEHICLE, THE BRAKES SOUNDED AS THOUGH THEY WERE RELEASING AIR AND THE PEDAL WAS EITHER HARD TO PRESS DOWN OR WAS TOO EASILY COMPRESSED - GOING ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR. HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE AND ASKED THAT FORD CHECK THE BRAKES. THEY CHECKED THEM AND REPORTED BACK TO ME THAT THERE MAY BE AN ISSUE WITH THE BOOSTER (AS THEY HAD EXPERIENCED THIS SAME PROBLEM ON OTHER CARS) BUT THAT SAFETY WISE THE VEHICLE WAS FINE. CONTINUED TO DRIVE THAT FOLLOWING WEEK ONLY TO FIND THAT ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS I WAS UNABLE TO STOP THE VEHICLE WITHOUT PRESSING DOWN AS HARD AS POSSIBLE ON THE BRAKES. LUCKILY MY SPEED WHILE EXPERIENCING THIS MALFUNCTION WAS LOW ENOUGH THAT THE VEHICLE STOPPED. AFTER DOING RESEARCH I FOUND THAT SEVERAL OTHER FOLKS HAD THIS SAME ISSUE - I'M BEYOND FRUSTRATED TO KNOW THAT FORD IS AWARE OF THE SAFETY FACTORS INVOLVED AND THAT THEY HAVE NOT ISSUED A RECALL!! ALSO, FRUSTRATED THAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE BRAKES TO BE CHECKED AND THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT TAKE THAT OPPORTUNITY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. *TR
THE DOOR LATCH SENSOR SWITCH WAS HAVING INTERMITTENT ISSUES AND AT TIMES WAS SHOWING AN ALARM THAT THE DOOR WAS NOT CLOSED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS. WHEN THIS HAPPENS, THE DOOR LOCKS WOULD DE-ENERGIZE AND UNLOCK EVEN THOUGH THE CAR WAS MOVING. THIS PROBLEM WOULD ALSO CAUSE THE EXTERIOR & INTERIOR LIGHTS TO STAY ON WHEN THE KEY WAS TURNED OFF DRAINING THE BATTERY. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND SHOULD BE RECALLED BY FORD. *TR

AS I PULLED INTO THE PARKING DECK AT MY OFFICE (GOING LESS THAN 10 MPH), I SUDDENLY HAD LITTLE ABILITY TO STEER, NOTHING HAPPENED WHEN I PRESSED THE GAS AND THE "LOW OIL" LIGHT CAME ON. I WAS ABLE TO COAST TO A STOP AND JUST BARELY STEER CLEAR OF NEARBY VEHICLES. RESTARTED THE CAR AND WAS ABLE TO BACK INTO A PARKING SPOT. DROVE IT TO THE DEALER WHERE THEY SPENT THE ENTIRE DAY TRYING TO REPLICATE THE ISSUE TO NO AVAIL. I HAD NOTICED WHAT I WOULD DESCRIBE AS VIBRATIONS IN THE STEERING WHEEL PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT (IT'S AN APPROXIMATELY 25 MINUTE DRIVE FROM MY HOUSE TO THE OFFICE IN STOP/GO TRAFFIC WITH THE LAST SEVERAL MILES ON A BUSY INTERSTATE WITH MY OFFICE JUST OFF THE EXIT) BUT AT THE TIME I CHALKED IT UP TO THE CONSTRUCTION ON THE HIGHWAY AND VARYING LEVELS OF ASPHALT. FROM MY PERSONAL RESEARCH ONLINE, MOST PEOPLE WHO HAVE THIS ISSUE CONTINUE TO HAVE IT AT BOTH LOW AND HIGH RATES OF SPEED AND THOSE WHO HAVE HAD A REMEDY WERE ONLY ABLE TO DO SO IF THE DEALER COULD GET THEIR HANDS ON THE VEHICLE TO READ THE CODE IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE CAR WAS RESTARTED. IT SEEMS THAT THE ERROR CODE IS DISAPPEARING WHEN THE CAR IS RESTARTED WHICH COULD EXPLAIN WHY THE DEALER COULD FIND NO CODE ON MY VEHICLE. *TR
DRIVERS SIDE DOOR LATCH IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. VEHICLE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE DOOR IS CLOSED AND AS A RESULT WILL NOT LOCK THE DOORS AS NORMAL AND CAUSES INTERIOR LIGHTS TO STAY ON. DOOR AJAR WARNING CONSTANTLY GOES OFF. *TR
THE 'VEHICLE DOOR AJAR' WARNING ON DASH WILL NOT EXTINGUISH. THIS EFFECTS THE INTERIOR DOOR LIGHTS, THE WARNING CHIMES, AND THE DOOR LOCKS. THIS PROBLEM IS RELATED TO THE DRIVERS DOOR LATCH ASSEMBLY WHICH HAS FAILED! *TR
THE NET EFFECT IS THAT THE CAR'S INTERIOR LIGHTS WILL NOT GO OFF NOR WILL THE DOORS LOCK WHEN THE CAR IS IN MOTION MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO SEE AT NIGHT AND IMPOSSIBLE TO SECURE THE DOORS FROM BEING OPENED AT ANY SPEED. HISTORY: IN DEC 2014 MY FORD EDGE DRIVERS DOOR "OPEN" INDICATOR WOULD OCCASIONALLY NOT TURN OFF AFTER THE DOOR HAD BEEN SECURELY CLOSED. THIS HAPPENED ABOUT ONCE A WEEK AND BY CLOSING THE DOOR WITH A BIT MORE FORCE WOULD IT THEN TURN OFF. OVER THE NEXT THREE MONTHS THE INDICATOR LIGHT WOULD WORK FOR A PERIOD OF TIME AND THEN FAIL AGAIN. STARTING IN FEBRUARY 2015 THE LIGHT BECAME MORE DIFFICULT TO GET TO GO OFF UNTIL MARCH WHEN THE INDICATOR LIGHT NEVER GOES OFF. THE EFFECT OF THE DOOR NOT REGISTERING AS CLOSED CAUSES THE INTERIOR LIGHTS TO REMAIN ON, THE DOORS NOT TO LOCK AND THE OCCASIONAL DINGING THAT THE DOOR IS OPEN. ALTHOUGH CAPABLE OF BEING DRIVEN THIS MAKES THE CAR UNSAFE AS THE DOORS ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCK WHEN THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION AT ANY SPEED AND THE INTERIOR LIGHTS REMAIN LIT MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE AT NIGHT. *TR

DRIVER DOOR LATCH IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. VEHICLE CONTINUES TO TELL ME THE DOOR IS AJAR WHEN IT IS CLOSED. HAD BEEN ABLE TO GET IT TO GO AWAY BEFORE, BUT NOW IT WON'T GO AWAY. THIS IS CAUSING MY DOME LIGHT TO STAY ON FOR 20 MINUTES AT A TIME AND THE ONLY WAY I CAN LOCK IT IS TO MANUALLY PRESS THE LOCK BUTTON WHILE THE DOOR IS OPEN. *TR
IT BEGAN SUDDENLY WHEN TURNING THE CAR ON WITH A HIGH PITCHED WHINING SOUND. UPON TAKING IT TO THE DEALER IT WAS SAID THAT THE POWER STEERING LINES WERE CRIMPED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. (IT SEEMS TO ME TO BE A DEFECT BELONGING TO FORD), HOWEVER NOT THE CASE. HAD IT FIXED FOR $700. NOW IN FEBRUARY 2015 , THEY SAY THE POWER STEERING PUMP IS GOING BAD AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ALONG WITH A NEW RESERVOIR AND FLUSHING OF THE LINES. AGAIN NOT COVERED BY FORD. THIS CAR HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED BY THE OWNER FOR OIL CHANGES AND REGULAR MAINTENANCE. *TR

MY 2012 FORD EDGE HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING SOME ELECTRICAL ISSUES. ONE OF THEM BEING THE "DOOR AJAR" WARNING LIGHT. THIS WARNING LIGHT WILL KEEP MY INSIDE LIGHTS ON IF I AM NOT ABLE TO CLEAR THE WARNING. I USUALLY NEED TO SLAM THE DOOR A COUPLE OF TIMES AND IF THAT DOESN'T WORK THEN I NEED TO RESTART THE CAR AND CLOSE THE DOOR AND THEN TURN THE CAR OFF AND USUALLY THIS WILL CLEAR IT. I HEAR THIS IS HAPPENING TO QUITE A FEW FORD VEHICLES AND THINK THIS SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO FOR A RECALL. IF YOU DON'T REALIZE THAT YOUR CARS INSIDE LIGHTS STAY ON THEN IT COULD DRAIN YOUR BATTERY AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED. *TR

I HAVE A 2012 FORD EDGE AND WHEN THE WEATHER STARTED TO GET REALLY COLD (WE LIVE IN NORTH CENTRAL MN) I BEGAN TO HEAR A WHINING NOISE WHEN I WOULD FIRST START MY VEHICLE. AS SOON AS IT WOULD WARM UP, THE NOISE WOULD STOP. THIS WENT ON FOR A ABOUT A MONTH BEFORE I ASKED MY HUSBAND ABOUT IT. BY THAT TIME WE WERE HAVING BELOW ZERO WEATHER. HE THOUGHT IT WAS JUST DUE TO THE COLD WEATHER AND I ALWAYS MADE SURE THAT I LET THE VEHICLE WARM UP REALLY GOOD. A FEW WEEKS LATER HE CHECKED THE POWER STEERING FLUID AND IT WAS A LITTLE BIT LOW. WE ADDED FLUID AND IT WAS FINE FOR A FEW WEEKS. THEN THE NOISE STARTED AGAIN AND, WHEN HE LOOKED, THE LEVEL WAS BELOW MINIMUM. HE COULDN'T FIND A LEAK ANYWHERE, THOUGH. WE STARTED TO SMELL THE FLUID WHEN IT WOULD DRIP ON TO THE EXHAUST. WE HAD A MECHANIC LOOK AT IT AND THE HOSE IS LEAKING. WE HAD THEM ORDER THE HOSE (WHICH WAS $200!!) AND IT JUST CAME TODAY BUT I HAVEN'T HAD IT INSTALLED YET. I CALLED THE DEALER, WHICH IS 2 HOURS AWAY, AND LEFT A MESSAGE. I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF A RECALL ON THIS. NOTHING LIKE THIS SHOULD HAPPEN TO A VEHICLE THAT IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD!! I HAD A 7 YEAR OLD VAN PRIOR TO THIS THAT DIDN'T HAVE ANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. I AM DISAPPOINTED. *TR
DOOR AJAR LIGHT CAME ON AND DOES NOT GO OFF. DOOR IS FULLY CLOSED. THIS CAUSES THE OVERHEAD LIGHTS TO STAY ON FOR SOME TIME MAKING IT HARD TO SEE WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT. THIS ALSO CAUSES THE WARNING BELLS TO GO OFF INTERMITTENTLY WHILE DRIVING. A LIGHT WILL GO ON TELLING YOU TO SHIFT INTO PARK WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. VERY DISTRACTIVE. DOOR LOCKS DO NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY WHICH CAN BE DANGEROUS IN ITSELF. DEALER TELLS ME THIS IS A FAULTY DOOR AJAR SENSOR. THEY WANT $500 TO MAKE MY CAR SAFE TO DRIVE. SEARCHING THE WEB SHOWS THAT THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH FORD PRODUCTS THAT THEY ARE QUITE AWARE OF. "DRIVER'S DOOR AJAR" INDICATOR IS ON ALL THE TIME EVEN THOUGH DOOR IS CLOSED COMPLETELY. THEN THE DOORS WILL NOT LOCK FROM INSIDE THE VEHICLE AND THE INTERIOR LIGHTS STAY ON (THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD AT NIGHT AS THE DRIVERS VISION IS IMPAIRED BY THE INTERIOR LIGHTS). THE BATTERY WAS GOING DEAD WHEN VEHICLE LEFT OFF AND PARKED OVERNIGHT. THE GEAR SHIFT IS NOT COMMUNICATING THAT THE VEHICLE IS IN PARK AND THE DISPLAYS WOULD COME ON AND DRAIN THE BATTERY OVERNIGHT. THE ERROR WAS MIS-DIAGNOSED AND A NEW BATTERY WAS PURCHASED. THE ISSUES CONTINUED AND THE DEALERSHIP STATES IT IS THE GEAR SHIFTER WIRING. ALMOST RAN MY 2012 EDGE INTO THE BACK OF AN 18 WHEELER TODAY WITH MY SON IN THE CAR WHEN MY BRAKES FAILED! I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO EXPRESS OIL SINCE THE SERVICE DEPT AT THE DEALERSHIP HAD ALREADY CLOSED FOR THE DAY. THEY SAID IT WAS THE BRAKE BOOSTER AND MASTER CYLINDER CAUSING THE ISSUE.
