THE REAR HATCH FELL. TT WHEN HATCH WAS OPENING THE SPOT WELDS HOLDING THE UPPER LEFT GAS STRUT MOUNT TO THE HATCH BROKE. THIS ALLOWED THE HATCH TO FALL STRIKING ME ON THE SHOULDER. THE GAS STRUT ALSO EXTENDED SUDDENLY STRICKING AND SCRATCHING THE BODY OF THE VEHICLE.

THE PAINT IS VERY FADED ON ALL AREAS OF THE VEHICLE. I WAS TOLD BY A AUTO BODY REPAIRMAN THAT THIS COULD BE ELIGIBLE FOR A NEW BODY PAINT REPAIR IF IT IS IN THE RECALL CATEGORY.
ROTORS REPLACED THREE TIMES/TURNED TWICE, ALSO BRAKE PADS REPLACED 4 TIMES DUE TO CRACKING, CAUSING PULSATION/IRREGULAR TIRE WEAR. *SKD

PRIOR TO RECALL ANNOUNCEMENT CONSUMER REPLACED ALL FOUR FIRESTONE ATX TIRES INCLUDING SPARE TIRE BECAUSE THEY BECAME UNUSABLE, CONSUMER WAS DENIED REIMBURSEMENT BECAUSE DUE TO REPLACEMENT TIRES BEING PURCHASED BEFORE RECALL WAS MADE. *JB
HEADLIGHT/TAIL LIGHT SWITCH HAS BEEN REPLACED 4 TIMES AND HAS BEEN DEFECTIVE FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS.
