ENGINE FIRE; BRAKES RESERVOIR/MASTER CYLINDER CAUGHT FIRE SITTING IN YARD. *TR
SPARK PLUG BLEW OUT OF #2 CYLINDER TAKING THREADS WITH IT REQUIRED SPECIAL INSERT FOR NEW PLUG COST $400 POSSIBLE FIRE HAZARD AS FUEL BLOWS INTO ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND SPARK PLUG IS STILL FIRING. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE WHILE PARKED AND SITTING IDLE. THE FIRE WAS EXTINGUISHED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO INFORMED HIM THAT THE CRUISE CONTROL SWITCH HAD BURNED THE MASTER CYLINDER, CRUISE CONTROL CABLE AND THE WIRING THAT CONNECTED THE MASTER CYLINDER TO THE CRUISE CONTROL. THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT OFFER THE CONTACT ANY ASSISTANCE IN REPAIRING THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRABLE BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
BOTH THE REAR SPRING SHACKLES AS WELL AS THE BRAKE LINES HAVE FAILED ON MY 02 FORD F150 DUE TO RUST AND THIS IS A COMMON CONCERN. I AM A SENIOR MASTER TECHNICIAN FOR FORD AND WE REPAIR THESE ON A REGULAR BASIS DUE TO RUST. BOTH ARE CLEAR SAFETY CONCERNS WHEN THEY FAIL AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED. AND WITH THE FORD WINDSTAR AXLES AND SUBFRAMES BEING COVERED BY A RECALL DUE TO RUST I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY OTHER RUST RELATED SAFETY CONCERNS ARE NOT RECALLED. IF ONE RUST RELATED CONCERN IS RECALLED THEN ALL OTHERS SHOULD BE AS WELL, IT SHOULD BE ALL OR NONE. ON THE REAR SPRING SHACKLES, THEY WILL SNAP IN HALF AND THE REAR EYELET OF THE LEAF SPRING JAMS INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE TRUCK BED, WITH THE BED BEING THE ONLY THING KEEPING MAJOR DAMAGE OR AN ACCIDENT FROM HAPPENING. ON THE FRONT BRAKE LINES, THE RUST AND SWELL UP UNDER THE RUBBER PART OF THE LINE WHERE THE LOWER STEEL LINE IS INSERTED INTO THE RUBBER. ON HARD BRAKE APPLICATION THE LINE BLOWS AND YOU LOSE FRONT BRAKES. BOTH ARE COMMON CONCERNS ON TRUCKS IN NEW ENGLAND WHERE RUST IS A PART OF LIFE. IF I WASN'T A TECH THAT DRIVES VEHICLES WITH FAILED BRAKES AND BROKEN SUSPENSIONS ON A REGULAR BASIS, BOTH OF THESE FAILURES COULD HAVE CAUSED A MAJOR ACCIDENT AND LIKELY INJURIES. *TR
I HAVE A FORD F-150 THAT HAS A TRITON V-8 MOTOR. IT HAS 110,000 MILES. I HAVE HAD THE TRUCK FOR 3 YEARS AND PURCHASED IT WITH A 5 YEAR LOAN AGREEMENT. I WAS DRIVING AND THE SPARK PLUG BLEWOUT OF THE MOTOR. APPARENTLY THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM,SO COMMON THAT THEY HAVE A KIT THATS A QWIK FIX. EVIDENTLY A PREVIOUS OWNER HAD THIS PROBLEM AND PUT THE KIT ON THERE GOT RID OF THE CAR AND IT WAS SOLD TO ME BY TOWN TOYOTA IN ROXBURY, NEW JERSEY. IT BLOWS MY MIND THAT I BOUGHT IT WITH 65,000 MILES AND IT ALREDY HAD A MAJOR PROBLEM NOT ONLY ONCE WITH A PREVIOUS OWNER BUT ALSO HAPPENED TO ME. NOW THE ONLY FIX IS TO REPLACE THE HEAD OF THE MOTOR OR EVEN REPLACING THE ENTIRE MOTOR.I HAVE COME INTO HARD TIMES WITH BEING LAID OFF FROM WORK AND HAVING NO MEANS TO PAY FOR IT OR EVEN GETTING ANYWHERE TO FIND WORK. I AM GETTING PRICE QUOTES RANGING FROM 3000 TO 8000 DOLLARS. ITS UNBELIEVABLE TO ME THERES NO RECALL OR COMPENSATION. IM STUCK WITH A VEHICLE THAT I NOT ONLY HAVE TO PAY FOR BUT CANT EVEN DRIVE. STRAPS THAT SECURE THE FUEL TANK RUSTED. ONE STRAP RUSTED COMPLETELY THROUGH AND WAS HANGING LOOSE-- THE OTHER WAS VERY CLOSE TO FAILURE. I WAS ABLE FORTUNATELY TO GET TO A GARAGE --AND I HAD THE STRAPS REPLACED. I JUST RECENTLY SAW THE NOTICE ABOUT OTHER INSTANCES OF THIS HAPPENING AND I DECIDED TO FILE A COMPLAINT. MY TRUCK IS ONE YEAR NEWER THAN WHAT IS BEING LOOKED AT. *TR
WE FILLED THE GAS TANK OF OUR 2002 FORD F-150 AND DROVE ABOUT THREE BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE GAS STATION. THE FUEL TANK DROPPED OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE TRUCK AND DRAGGED ON THE GROUND LEAKING FUEL EVERYWHERE. WE WERE LUCKY IT WAS RAINING AT THE TIME AS I BELIEVE OTHERWISE THE TANK WOULD HAVE CAUSED A SPARK ON THE ROAD AND WE'D HAVE HAD A LARGE FIRE WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE TRUCK. IT COST QUITE A BIT OF MONEY TO REPAIR THE TRUCK, PAY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR CLEAN UP AND TOW THE VEHICLE. WE CALLED OUR LOCAL FORD DEALER AFTER OUR MECHANIC TOLD US HE SEES F-150'S WITH THE FUEL TANK STRAPS RUSTED AND BROKEN PRETTY REGULARLY. WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS NO RECALL SO WE WOULD NOT BE REIMBURSED. NOW (2 MONTHS LATER) I HEAR THERE WILL BE A RECALL BUT IT WILL INCLUDE 1997-2001 TRUCKS ONLY. OURS IS A 2002 WITH THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM AND I'VE READ FORD USED THE SAME FUEL TANK STRAPS ON 1997-2003 F-150'S. UPDATED 08/05/11 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE REAR STRAP BROKE AND THE FRONT STRAP BROKE FROM THE WEIGHT OF THE TANK AND THEY BROKE IN THE MIDDLE DUE TO RUST. UPDATED 08/15/11 *TR
I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK DOING ABOUT 35MPH AND A LARGE AND LOUD POP FOLLOWED BY REPEATED QUIETER POPPING SOUND UNTIL I SHUT THE ENGINE OFF. I LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD AND CONFIRMED MY SUSPICION. A SPARK PLUG EJECTED FROM THE #3 CYLINDER. I HAD TO HELICOIL THE HEAD TO FIX IT, OTHERWISE THE DEALERSHIP WANTED $1800 TO REPLACE THE HEAD. 2 MONTHS LATER DRIVING TOO WORK THE #2 CYLINDER EJECTED ITS SPARKPLUG. SAME FIX. I'M TO WORRIED TO DRIVE THE TRUCK AT THIS POINT AND HAVEN'T DRIVEN IT SINCE. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN HE STARTED THE VEHICLE AND SHIFTED INTO DRIVE GEAR, BOTH FRONTAL AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED WHEN HE PLACED HIS FOOT ON THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT THE AIR BAGS WERE NOT UNDER WARRANTY AND THERE WAS NO RECALL, BUT THEY WOULD PERFORM A DIAGNOSTIC TEST TO SEE WHAT CAUSED THE AIR BAGS TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAG LIGHT WAS NOT ON WHEN THE FAILURE OCCURRED.
FUEL TANK STRAPS RUSTED OUT RESULTING IN GAS TANK DROPPING. UPDATED 09/14/11 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE FUEL TANK WAS DAMAGED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. UPDATED 09/16/11
SPARK PLUG BLOW OUT. # 2 PLUG PASSENGER SIDE.THIS HAPPENED YESTERDAY MARCH 11,2011. MY TRUCK HAS 37,000 MILES ON IT. THIS IS A FORD F-150, 7700 SERIES WITH A 5.4 ENGINE.WHERE IS THE RECALL ON THIS TRUCK.AFTER READING ALL THE PROBLEMS,WITH THE SAME THING. WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE BY FORD. AND YET NO RECALL MANDATED BY THE FEDS. WHAT A COUNTRY WE LIVE IN? *TR
THE FUEL TANK DROPPED DOWN FROM MY TRUCK AS I DROVE. I STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET, PUT MY HAZARD LIGHTS ON AND GOT OUT TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPENED. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS, IT LOOKED LIKE MAYBE THE END OF THE EXHAUST SYSTEM, THERE WAS NO LIQUID AND NO SMELL. I CALLED FOR HELP AND SLOWLY PULLED MY CAR OVER AT THE NEAREST SIDE STREET. WHEN I GOT OUT, GASOLINE WAS POURING OUT AND I COULD THEN TELL THAT IT WAS INDEED THE FUEL TANK THAT WAS HANGING FROM THE UNDERBODY OF THE TRUCK. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAD TO BE CALLED AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CLEAN UP OF THE FUEL. THE TRUCK WAS TOWED TO A REPAIR SHOP AND THEY SAID THE STRAPS THAT HOLD THE TANK UP RUSTED OUT AND FAILED. TOTAL REPAIR COST WILL BE AROUND $1500.
2002 F150 I HAD TO HAVE THE GAS TANK STRAPS REPLACED ONE FAILED, HOW COME THE INVESTIGATION IS ONLY GOING TO 2001. *TR
TRUCK WAS PARKED IN HOTEL PARKING LOT AND CAUGHT FIRE.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 05V388000 (VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL) WAS PERFORMED APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS AGO BUT THE REPAIR DID NOT CORRECT THE FAILURE. WHILE HE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE HE FOUND THE SPEED CONTROL DEACTIVATION SWITCHES WERE NOT REPLACED. THE DEACTIVATION SWITCH WAS LEAKING FLUID ABNORMALLY. THE MANUFACTURER WOULD NOT ASSIST WITH THE REPAIR. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 134,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STARTED THE VEHICLE AND THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL EXPLOSION FROM UNDER THE FRONT HOOD. THE VEHICLE WAS SHUT OFF AND TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT ONE OF THE SPARK PLUGS HAD BLEW OUT AND DETACHED FROM THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 78,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F150. THE VEHICLE WAS SITTING OVERNIGHT AND THE HORN STARTED TO HONK AS THE VEHICLE WAS ON FIRE. THE FIRE STARTED INSIDE THE CAB OF THE VEHICLE AND IT WAS TOTALLY DESTROYED. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED AND A REPORT WAS FILED. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT KNOW THE ORIGIN OF THE FIRE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CALLED AND STATED THAT THEY NEEDED TO CHECK THE FIRE DEPARTMENTS REPORT. THEY OFFERED NO OTHER ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE FROM UNDER THE HOOD WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED TO ASSIST AND A FIRE REPORT WAS FILED. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS ABLE TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE BUT THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY INCLUDED IN THE RECALL THAT COULD POTENTIALLY RESULT IN A FIRE UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 05V388000 (VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL) YET THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE INSURANCE COMPANY ADVISED THAT THE FIRE WAS CAUSED BY THE BRAKE FLUID WHICH CAME IN CONTACT WITH A WIRE FROM THE CONTROL MODULE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 116,000.
I HAVE A 2002 F150 WITH ABOUT 90,000 MILES ON IT. ABOUT THREE MONTHS AGO THE FRONT END STARTED SHAKING VIOLENTLY AT ABOUT 45MPH. IT WILL NOT STOP SHAKING UNTIL YOU PRETTY MUCH COMPLETELY STOP. STARTED OUT JUST DOING IT EVERY NOW AND THEN. NOW I CANT GET OVER 45MPH. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO 4 DIFFERENT FRONT END SHOPS AND THEY ALL END UP SAYING THE SAME THING. DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS.. THIS OBVIOUSLY IS A DESIGN FLAW AND SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE FIXED. *TR
2 SPARK PLUGS PASSENGER SIDE NEAREST RADIATOR 'BLEW', VEHICLE HAS HAD ALL RECCOMENDED OIL CHANGES, INCLUDING ONE A WEEK PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT. THIS PARTICULAR INCIDENT ALSO SHREDDED ALL THE SPARK PLUG WIRES ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THIS HAS HAPPENED 2 MORE TIMES INVOLVING ALL SPARK PLUGS NOW ON PASSENGER SIDE OF VEHICLE. *TT
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY. THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN FOR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT BECAUSE HIS VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 11V107000 (AIR BAGS:FRONTAL:DRIVER SIDE INFLATOR MODULE) THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 79,000 AND THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 76,500. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.

2002 FORD F150, 4X4, 4 DOOR. WAS DRIVING HOME FROM KANSAS CITY KANSAS TO EMPORIA KANSAS, LUCKY I WAS STOPPING BY A FRIENDS HOUSE IN LAWRENCE KS. I WAS STOPPED @ A RED LIGHT IN DOWNTOWN, WHEN THE LIGHT TURNED GREEN I GAVE MY TRUCK GAS, HEARD A POP, SMELLED GAS & LUMPED TO A SAFE PLACE TO STOP. ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL A FRIEND & RENT A TRAILER TO DRAG MY TRUCK HOME. FOUND OUT THAT IT HAD "BLOWIN" A "SPARK PLUG"! WHAT THE HECK??? THE CONSUMER REPORT BOOK SAID NOTHING ABOUT THIS!!!!! AFTER READING EVERYONE'S STORIES, I AM SURE, FORD PAYS THEM OFF! NOT JUST THE "BEST" TRUCK IN AMERICA!!! BUT THE "WORLD"!!! BUT NO I LISTENED TO MY HUSBAND... I MYSELF AM A MOPAR PERSON. I HAVE A 2002 FORD F150 WITH THE 4.6L V8. THE TRUCK HAS 109,000 MILES. NUMBER 4 PLUG EJECTED ON NOVEMBER 11TH WITHOUT ANY SERIOUS DAMAGE. I REPLACED THE PLUG AND COIL. I WAS DRIVING HOME ON DECEMBER 23RD THIS TIME THE PLUG EJECTED AND HIT THE UNDER SIDE OF THE HOOD AND SOUNDED LIKE A BOMB WENT OFF. I DID SOME RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND THIS IS A WIDE SPREAD SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE FORD TRITON ENGINES. I ALSO DISCOVERED THAT FORD WILL NOT COVER THE COST OF THE REPAIR. IF I HAVE THE DEALER REPAIR THE PROBLEM THEY WILL ONLY REPAIR THE ONE PLUG. SO I WILL PURCHASE A REPAIR KIT AND REPAIR ALL THE PLUGS MYSELF. THIS SEEMS TO BE A DESIGN PROBLEM THAT SHOULD BE COVERED BY FORD. *TR

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE FUEL TANK FELL OFF OF THE VEHICLE AND STARTED SPARKING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED WHO STATED THE FAILURE COULD HAVE BEEN THE BANDS THAT HOLD THE GAS TANK WERE RUSTED AND THE PROBLEM HAD BEEN REPORTED BEFORE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 143,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F-150 XLT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE NATURAL FUEL TANK WAS LEAKING. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY THE DEALER WHO ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE NATURAL COMPRESSED TANK O-RING WAS FRACTURED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING A RESPONSE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 86,000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE GASOLINE TANK STRAP WAS COVERED WITH RUST. THE CONTACT DID NOT INFORM THE DEALER OR MANUFACTURER OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC WHERE THEY REPLACED THE FUEL TANK STRAPS. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 97,000. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,000. UPDATED 07/08/11 *BF THE DRIVER SIDE TIE ROD WAS ALSO REPLACED. UPDATED 12/28/11
MY 2002 FORD F150 WITH A 5.4 L TRITON V8 ENGINE SPIT OUT A SPARK PLUG FOR NO APPARENT REASON. MY F150 HAS 117,000 MILES ON IT AND HAS HAD NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS OVER IT'S LIFE. IT IS SERVICED REGULARLY AND IS USED FOR ROUTINE DRIVING. I HAPPENED TO BE 30 MILES FROM HOME WHEN I HEARD A LOUD TAPPING COMING FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. KNOWING A LITTLE ABOUT ENGINES I CHECKED TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND NOTICED THAT THE SPARK PLUG HAD BEEN PUSHED OUT OF THE CYLINDER HEAD, CAUSING THE COMPRESSION TO CAUSE IT AND THE COIL PACK TO CONTINUALLY STRIKE THE FUEL RAIL. FORTUNATELY I KNEW A MECHANIC IN THE AREA 1/4 MILE FROM MY LOCATION AND SLOWLY DROVE TO HIS SHOP. HE SAID THAT IT WAS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH FORD 4.6, 5.4 AND 6.8 TRITON ENGINES. HE ADDED THAT THE ALUMINUM USED FOR THE HEADS WAS TOO SOFT CAUSING THE SPARK PLUGS TO SPIT OUT. THERE WAS NO WAY OF PREVENTING THIS FROM HAPPENING OR PREDICTING WHEN IT WOULD HAPPEN. THE HOLE FOR THIS SPARK PLUG HAD ALL THE TREADS BLOWN OUT WHEN THE PLUG CAME OUT SO I HAD TO LEAVE MY TRUCK AT THE GARAGE FOR REPAIR. THE REPAIR CONSISTED OF HAVING TO PUT A STEEL THREADED INSERT INTO THE HEAD IN ORDER TO SECURE THE NEW SPARK PLUG / COIL PACK. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT I SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT DRIVE IT SINCE IT COULD CAUSE A FIRE. I COULD SMELL THE GAS FUMES FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND FULLY BELIEVE THIS TO BE A GOOD POSSIBILITY. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE IF SOMEONE WAS UNFAMILIAR WITH ENGINES AND CONTINUED TO DRIVE WITH THIS CONDITION WITH THE POSSIBLE RESULT OF A FIRE IN THE VEHICLE WHILE THEIR FAMILY IS ABOARD. THE CAR WAS STOPPING TO DROP OFF MAIL AT A MAILBOX. THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR. INSPECTION REVEALED BRAKE FLUID ON THE GAS TANK. A RUSTED BRAKE LINE WAS THE CAUSE. DEALER REPLACED THE LINE AT COST OF $511.95 INCLUDING BRAKE FLUID FLUSH. THE REAR BRAKE LINE WAS REPLACED. IT RUNS FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK.

FORD F150 2002 WAS HAVING WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS A WHEEL BALANCE ISSUE. DAY BEFORE SOUNDED LIKE LIFTERS WE NEEDING ADJUSTMENT (TAPPING) THAT SEEMED TO GET BETTER AS IT DROVE. THEY SAID INDUCTION CLEANING WAS ALSO NECESSARY DUE TO THE NON-FIRING CYL, PLUS ALL NEW PLUGS. REPAIR COST $950. LOST USE OF TRUCK FOR TWO DAYS, AND THEN FOUND OUT THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITHOUT A RECALL; AND IT COULD HAPPEN AT ANY TIME ON OTHER SPARK PLUGS. IN APRIL OF 2010 MY F-150 TRUCK "SPIT" A SPARK PLUG WHILE TRAVELING AT FREEWAY SPEED.
