I just started the truck, put it in gear, and began driving slowly through the parking lot. The gas pedal was unresponsive—even when pressed all the way to the floor, the truck would not accelerate or move. This has happened multiple times, both while rolling slowly and sometimes from a complete stop. It occurs intermittently.
MFTR Recall 28S75 NHTSA Recall 25V 455 This is a safety risk recall issued over 7 months ago and Ford still does not have a remedy to fix the problem. So far my F150 has not experienced the problem, but do I just keep driving and one day the vehicle stops running, maybe while I'm traveling on an interstate at 70 mph. I think it's time to pressure Ford for a fix before someone has a tragic accident. Thanks

See attached document for complaint. I am writing with concern that a safety recall on my vehicle has not been corrected by Ford. Please see enclosed recall notice, dated July 2025. Since receiving the notice, I have not been notified to have the vehicle repaired and a recent online check for my VIN number indicated no schedule to complete the recall repair. In my opinion, nine months is too long a delay in correcting a major defect in the vehicle that could cause grave serious injury or death. I would like the repair to be completed immediately for the safety of my family and my well-being.

On 12/17/25, the low-pressure fuel pump failed on my 2022 Ford F-150 (VIN [XXX] ), exactly as described in safety recall 25S75. The vehicle will not start or run and is not drivable due to the failed fuel pump. I have been told there is no remedy currently available and Ford has declined alternate transportation assistance. See attached document for complaint. Almost 5 months ago I received a Safety Recall Notice from Ford about fuel pump failure on certain vehicles including my 2022 F-150. My vehicle suffers from insufficient fuel flow and I'm afraid of losing power or the motor stopping completely at freeway speeds in heavy traffic with little or no shoulder. The clear solution would be to replace the fuel pump. How can Ford be allowed after almost five months to have not fixed the problem? The fuel pump problem is beyond a reasonable amount of time to take corrective action. The local dealership has not seen a Ford remedy for the problem and I've complained twice about the pump on my vehicle. The dealership hopes to see a remedy each month. I would appreciate a response from The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on this very serious safety recall. Almost 5 months surely must be beyond a reasonable time to correct a serious safety issue. Hope to hear from you soon and Thank You in advance.

Our 2022 Ford F-150 lost power while trying to proceed into an intersection. I was turning right, exiting a parking lot onto a main road trying to go north. There was a good amount of time with no traffic so I pushed the gas to proceed with my right turn. When I pushed the gas, the truck responded bringing me out into the intersection however before I could get turned the gas pedal stopped responding so I was stuck straight out on the main road with traffic that was heading north coming straight toward my driver side of my truck. I almost got T-boned by multiple vehicles. Traffic slowed and had to stop to move around my truck while I was attempting to get the truck to respond. The truck responded after about 2 minutes of being stalled. We brought the truck into our local ford dealership again (had brought it in before for this same issue described below), they kept it for about a week to try to reproduce the issue again however were not successful again. The dealer said that the truck did not throw any codes when the stall happened and there were no warning lights or messages in the vehicle at the moment that it happened to me. They are now telling us that we need to pick up our truck which we truly do not feel safe in. This is a family vehicle and our daily driver that we drive around our 3 year old child in. It not only put my life in danger that day by stalling, but it put all of the others cars headed toward me - almost T-boning me - in danger. I had a previous instance of this same issue where my truck was non-responsive, but was not on a main road so it wasn't as scary. There were also multiple other times where it experienced the same issue, but did not fully lose power (just kind of lagged when the pedal was pushed). We brought my truck into a local ford dealership for these instances of the issue but they could not reproduce the issue, therefore did not fix it. There was a recall issued for this a couple months back, however currently no fix.
