EXTREME AMOUNT OF PROBLEMS AND RECALLS, VEHICLE HAS LOW MILEAGE. IN ADDITION TO LISTED PROBLEMS, SEVERE REAR TIRE CUPPING AT 7000 MILES, MAY BE ATTRIBUTED TO LOOSE REAR WHEEL BEARING. POWER STEERING PRESSURE HOSE LEAKING, A/C STILL NOT FIXED CORRECTLY COLD LASTED FOR ABOUT A MONTH DRIVERS DOOR LOCK WONT LOCK INTERM. REAR TRUNK LATCH WONT RELEASE FROM INSIDE CAR. FUEL GAUGE ERRATIC, CAUSED DRIVER TO RUN OUT OF GAS ON A BRIDGE. MAF SENSOR FAILURE, CAUSED DRIVER TO BE LIMITED TO 15 MPH ON FREEWAY TILL NEXT EXIT. VHEICLES RADIO STUCK ON WITH KEY REMOVED CAUSING BATTERY DRAIN---HAPPENED TWICE AND WAS FIXED. VEHICLE IS A LEASE DUE BACK FOR RETURN IN AUGUST. CANT WAIT TO BE RID OF THIS HEADACHE BUT FEEL SORRY FOR WHOEVER BUYS IT... THE DEALER HAS NO PARTS AVAILEBLE TO REPAIR RECALL 00V-303 OF THE REAR WHEEL HUB RETAINING NUT, IT HAS BEEN OVER 90 DAYS AND THE DEALER HAS NOT CONTACTED CONSUMER ABOUT THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PARTS. NLM

STRUT WAS REPLACED, TIRES WERE REPLACED 6 TIMES BECAUSE OF THE STRUT FAILURE WHICH CAUSED EXCESSIVE WEAR, THE VEHICLE HAD LESS THAN 10,000 MILES AFTER ALL THE TIRE REPLACEMENTS. (ATTORNEY FOR CLIENT) *SLC
I LEARNED OF A RECALL AT THE DEALER'S LOCATION AFTER I HAD IT TOWED IN. I NEVER RECEIVED INFO BEFOREHAND. NO SAFETY DEFECT LISTED IN SUMMARY. *AK
WE WERE IN A MINOR ACCIDENT (REAR-ENDED THE CAR IN FRONT OF US GOING ABOUT 25 MPH, CAUSING MINIMAL DAMAGE TO OUR RIGHT FRONT BUMPER AND NONE TO THEIR VEHICLE). BOTH AIRBAGS DEPLOYED CAUSING THE DRIVER TO RECEIVE SECOND DEGREE BURNS ON HER ARMS. ON THE PASSENGER SIDE, WHEN THE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED THEY SMASHED THE WINDSHIELD CAUSING GLASS TO IMPLODE INTO THE VEHICLE, SENDING SHARDS OF GLASS TOWARD THE PASSENGERS.
FRONT BRAKE SYSTEM FAILED, GAVE NO WARNING FROM ONE MOMENT TO NEXT THE ONLY THING WE HEARD WAS METAL ON METAL GRINDING. DEALERSHIP DOES NOT WANT TO COVER UNDER BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY. BECAUSE THE INSIDE PADS WERE WORN DOWN TO METAL AND THE OUTTER PAD HAD WORN DOWN TO ABOUT HALF WEAR THE DEALER TOLD US IT WAS "NEGLIGENT ABUSE" .THIS WAY IT WOULD NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.CRUISE CONTROL FAILED AFTER ONE WEEK OF PURSCHASE TOOK DEALER OVER TWO MONTHS TO CALL. NOW KEYLESS ENTRY DO NOT FUNCTION. DEALER VERY EVASIVE REGUARDING INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO US THE CONSUMER AND NOW OWNERS ABOUT RECALLS AND CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS INVOLVING FOCUS.
ENGINE WILL CUT OUT WHEN ACCELERATING AND RPMS REACH APPROXIMATELY 3200. THIS PROBLEM OCURRED AFTER RECENT RECALL WORK TO REPLACE INJECTOR PRESSURE SENSOR. I DISCOVERED THAT IT IS PARTICULARY DANGEROUS WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE AND PASS ANOTHER VEHICLE ON TWO LANE ROAD ONLY TO HAVE YOUR ENGINE QUIT PROVIDING POWER.
I SUSPECT WINDOW WASH BOTTLE LEAK, LEAKING ON GROUND CONNECT ON FENDER
MANUAL TRANSMISSION HAS DIFFICULTY SHIFTING INTO REVERSE, GETS STUCK IN SHIFT AND GRINDS GEAR, SOMETIMES WON'T GO INTO REVERSE, TAKES SOME PLAY OF THE CLUTCH TO GET THE SHIFTER INTO REVERSE. *ET
REAR CENTER SEATBELT WILL NOT PULL OUT IN COLD WEATHER. DEALER HAS REPLACED SEATBELT 6 TIMES WITH ONE OF THE SAME DESIGN. DID NOT REMEDY PROBLEM. *AK CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THAT THIS PROBLEM OCCURS WHEN THE REAR BACK/BACK VERTICAL SEAT SUPPORT GETS BENT.*SLC
WAS PULLING INTO DRIVEWAY WITH TURN SIGNAL ON WHEN VEHICLE SHUT DOWN. WHEELS LOCKED UP. VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO DEALERSHIP. MECHANIC COULD NOT LOCATE CAUSE OF SHUT DOWN. CONTACTED MANUFACTURER & WAS INFORMED IT WAS A "HOT IGNITION SWITCH" PROBLEM. *AK MAKING RIGHT HAND TURN INTO DRIVEWAY STARTED DECRASING SPEED FROM 35 MPH TO MAKE TURN, NOTICED THAT THE STEREO WENT SILENT ,LOST DASH LIGH S INCLUDING SIGNALS AND STEERING WHEEL DIFFICULT TO TURN. *YH
VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A THRUST WHEN CHANGING GEARS, AND WILL NOT GO INTO THIRD GEAR. DEALER NOTIFIED. *AK THE PROBLEM IS DETERMINED TO BE ACOMPUTOR FAILURE. AND ALSO FIXED A RECALL FOR LEFT REAR TIRE. *YH

DEFECTIVE FRONT BRAKE ROTOR. *PH DURING THE INSPECTION THE CONSUMER WAS TOLD THAT THE DEFECT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE VEHICLE'S WARRANTY. OTHER VEHICLE COMPONENTS ALSO MALFUNCTIONED. THE VEHICLE'S TRUNK LATCH BROKE, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED TWICE, THE CD PLAYER BECAME INOPERATIVE AND THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP. *NM
DRIVER'S SEATBACK HANDLE BROKE, UNABLE TO ADJUST THE SEAT. *AK
FORD NEW ENGLAND REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER ANDY GEORGESCU 508-490-6172 AND 781-431-1883 ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THE FORD MANUFACTURING PROCESS CAN CAUSE SLAG BUILD UP RESULTING IN DAMAGED FUEL PUMPS THAT CAUSES THE ENGINE TO STALL AT ANY TIME. THIS HAS CAUSED ONE ACCIDENT FOR ME AND NEARLY CAUSED OTHERS. THE FUEL PUMP HAS TO BE REPLACED AND THE SLAG REMOVED. NOTE: THE DATE OF THE ACCIDENT IN THIS REPORT IS APPROXIMATE. I WILL NEED TO VERIFY.
REAR BRAKES SEEM TO BE GRABBING AND SQUEAKING AND VIBRATING. *AK
WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED COULD STEP ON BRAKE PEDAL AND ENGINE WILL SUDDENLY ACCELERATE. CONSUMER HAS TO STEP HARD ON BRAKES UNTIL STOPPING. THEN,SHIFTED GEAR TO PARK AND VEHICLE WILL START WORKING AS NORMAL. *AK THE VEHICLE WAS AT THE DEALER TWICE BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. *YH
I WAS DOWNSHIFTING TO STOP AT A RED LIGHT WHEN I HEARD A POP AND THEN SOMETHING FELL AT MY FEET. I TOOK THE CAR TO A LOCAL FORD DEALER. THEY SAID THAT IT WAS THE CLUTCH TENSION SPRING THAT BROKE, AND THEY HAVE SEEN THE SAME PROBLEM 2 TIMES PRIOR. I CALLED FORD AND THERE IS NO RECALL FOR THIS PROBLEM.

ORIGINAL TIRE EQUIPMENT ON A 2000, FORD, FOCUS. TIRE MILEAGE 9,000. FIRESTONE AND FORD WAS CONTACT ABOUT THE TIRE. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION.*AK *SLC
I HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR 2 MONTHS, IT HAD 55 MILES ON IT WHEN I PURCHASED IT. I WAS GOING 25 MILES DOWN SOUTHERN PARKWAY AND THE TIRE BLEW OUT. WHAT I MEAN TO SAY IS THAT THE TIRE LITERALLY FELL APART. WHEN CONSUMER SHUT OFF VEHICLE, THE KEYS WOULD NOT COME OUT OF THE IGNITION, THE STEERING WHEEL LOCK WOULD NOT FUNCTION, AND THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION LOCK DID NOT WORK, THE DEALER FOUND A STICKING SOLENOID AND REPLACED THE SHIFTER ASSEMBLY. *SLC
CONSUMER WAS DRIVING AT 4-5 MPH COMING FROM A DEAD STOP TO MAKE A TURN , TURNED A LITTLE WIDER AND HIT CURB, LEAVING A MARK SIZE OF QUARTER ON TIRE. DUAL AIR BAGS DEPLOYED, CAUSING LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL. STEERING LOCKED UP, VEHICLE WENT OVER THE CURB. TIRE DID NOT BLOW, AND THERE WAS VERY LITTLE DAMAGE. FRONT WINDSHIELD COMPLETELY SHATTERED DUE TO AIRBAGS DEPLOYING. DEALER MADE A STATEMENT THAT THERE WAS AIRBAG SENSOR IN THE WHEEL. *AK
TRANSMISSION HAS BEEN SLIPPING FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIME. CAR HAS BEEN TAKING TO DEALERSHIP SEVERAL TIMES, BUT TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TRANSMISSION. THIS ALL HAPPENED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. WARRANTY IS NOW OVER AND NOW THE TRANSMISSION HAS COMPLETLEY DIED.*AK

THE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING SPLIT IN HALF WHILE AT A STOP LIGHT ON A ROAD WITH A POSTED SPEED LIMIT OF 45 MILES AN HOUR. IT WAS AT NIGHT IN A TROPICAL STORM WITH LOCAL HEAVY RAINS WHILE I WAS IN FLORIDA. THE POLICE PARKED A CRUSIER BEHIND ME WITH IT'S LIGHTS ON AND EVEN WITH THIS PROTECT WE WERE ALMOST REAR ENDED A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE WE COULD PUSH THE CAR OFF THE ROAD. THE MECHANIC IN FLORIDA SAID THAT FORD KNOWS OF THE CLUTCH SPRING PROBLEEM - THE ORIGINAL SPRING IS TO STIFF AND THE REPLACEMENT PART IS MANUFACTURED WITH MORE FLEXIBILITY. IF THIS IS TRUE FORD SHOULD RECALL THE FOCUS' WITH THE BAD CLUTCH SPRING BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT. MY WIFE AND I MISSED A DAYS WORK BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM. AS FAR AS THE WINDSHIELD IS CONCERNED IT ISN'T SEALED PROPERLY AND ALLOWS WATER TO ENTER THE CAR. FORD IS GOING TO TAKE THE WINDSHIELD OUT AND RESEAL IT. AGAIN THIS IS INCONVENIENT AND REALLY DISAPPOINTING FOR A NEW CAR TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM. THE CAR ALSO HAS TWO OTHER PROBLEMS THAT AREN'T SAFETY RELATED. THE RADIO BROKE AND FORD REPLACED IT AND THE PASSENGER SEAT HAD A BROKEN PART THAT IT TOOK OVER 4 MONTHS TO GET A PART FOR. *AK
ACCORDING TO TOWTRUCK DRIVER, THIS WAS THE NINTH FORD FOCUS IN ONE WEEK HERE IN TUCSON, ARIZONA, TO HAVE IGNITION PROBLEMS. THE IGNITION/LOCK CYLINDER FAILS, PREVENTING ABILITY TO START VEHICLE. *AK
MY 2000 FORD FOCUS WAS PURCHASED ON MARCH 29, 2000, IT WAS WRECKED ON APRIL 23, 2000, THERE WAS AROUND 11000 IN DAMMAGE REPORTED. IT WAS FINISHED BEING REPAIRED AROUND AUGUST FIRST. SINCE THEN THERE HASN'T BEEN A PROBLEM. ON SEPTEMBER 16TH AT 10:30 NAM MY CAR WAS LEFT RUNNING AT A GAS STATION. UPON RETURN I PUT THE CAR INTO DRIVE AND IT JUST MADE A GRINDING NOISE. THE DEALERSHIP, NOURSE FORD IN DELAWARE, SAYS THAT IT IS THE CLAP ON THE DRIVE SHAFT. THEY SAID IT IS NOT CAUSED FROM THE ACCIDENT. HOW CAN SOMETHING THIS SERIOUS JUST HAPPEN TO A BRAND NEW CAR. I THINK IT WAS CAUSED BY THE ACCIDENT. ARE THERE ANY STATISTICS ABOUT THE 2000 FORD FOCUS?
CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING 68MPH SET ON CRUISE CONTROL. CRUISE CONTROL WAS DISENGAGED TO SLOW DOWN. AFTER RESUMING THE CRUISE CONTROL, VEHICLE BEGAN PICKING UP SEED TO 70MPH & FISH TAILING ACROSS THE ROAD. CONSUMER LOST SLIGHT CONTROL OF VEHICLE, TRAVELING FORWARD. VEHICLE HIT A CONCRETE WALL & WAS TOTALED. INVETIGATION IS IN PROCESS.*AK
ON FOUR OCCASIONS SINCE PURCHARE VEHICLE COMPLETELY STOPPED WITH DASHBOARD LIGHTS FLASHING WHILE DRIVING IN TRAFFIC. DEALER REPLACED THE BATTERY, THE ALTERNATOR. EACH TIME RETURNING THE CAR WHICH ONCE AGAIN SHUT DOWN WHILE DRIVING.*AK
I BOUGHT MY FOCUS IN 2000. SINCE THEN I HAVE SUFFERED 2 BLOWOUTS THAT NEITHER FORD OR FIRESTONE WOULD FIX. I'VE HAD BRAKE PADS REPLACED ONCE AND NOW HAVE TO HAVE BRAKEPADS AND ROTOR REPLACED. SOMETIMES THE KEY WON'T TURN THE IGNITION. AND OF COURSE THIS MORNING (ONE OF THE COLDEST DAYS WE'VE HAD) SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG WITH THE HEATER. *AK
2000 FORD FOCUS. CAR WOULD NOT START 9/11/03. NOTHING WAS LEFT ON TO DRAIN THE BATTERY. AAA CALLED. APPLIED PRESSURE TO BATTERY CABLES. WAS NOT MAKING CONNECTION. WIRES FRAYED TO CABLE. FINALLY STARTED WHEN CABLE WAS TURNED AND TWISTED JUST SO. *PH
THERE WAS NOISE IN THE FRONT AND CARGO AREA OF THE VEHICLE, THE TRUNK DID NOT CLOSE EASILY, THE DOORS AND THE BRAKES SQUEAKED. SCC
WHILE VEHICLE WAS IN PARK POSTION AND TURNED OFF, THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE ON ITS OWN . THE ENTIRE ENGINE COMPARTMENT WAS IN FLAMES. WHILE ON FIRE THE CAR STARTED AND ROLLED FORWARD OVER A CURB INTO A BUILDING (NOT CAUSING DAMAGE TO BUILDING). IT LOOKS AS THOUGH IT WAS NOT ELECTRICAL BECAUSE MANY OF THE WIRES AND FUSES INSIDE THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN SHORTED OUT. IT IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE MANUFACTURER. THIS IS A SERIUOS PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT, IT SPONTANEOUSLY CAUGHT FIRE ON ITS OWN . THE VEHICLE IS PLANNED TO BE TOTALLED.*AK
WENT TO START THE CAR, AND KEY WOULD NOT GO INTO THE IGNITION ALL THE WAY. WAS EVENTUALLY ABLE TO GET THE KEY IN BY WIGGLING AND FORCING, BUT WILL NOT TURN NOW TO START THE CAR. CALLED THE LOCAL FORD DEALER, AND WAS INFORMED THAT THIS WAS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THE 2000 FORD FOCUS, AND THAT MY IGNITION CYLINDER WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. WAS QUOTED $350. *AK
VEHICLE LOST ALL POWER WHILE DRIVING, TOOK TO DEALER, AND THEY SAID TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. AFTER REPLACING 1ST TRANSMISSION VIBRATION WAS STILL THERE. CONSUMER TOOK CAR BACK A THIRD TIME FOR SAME PROBLEM, AND THEY REPLACED TRANSMISSION. SHAKING WAS STILL THERE.*AK
INTERIOR LIGHTS COME ON INTERMITTENTLY. BRAKES MAKE NOISE WHEN APPLIED/ RADIO WILL COME ON INTERMITTENTLY, AND DOME LIGHTS WORK INTERMITTENTLY. *AK . RIGHT FRONT LIGHT IS BRIGHTER THAN LEFT LIGHT. DEFROSTER MALFUNCTIONS. FRONT TIRES MAKES SQUEAKING NOISE, KEY GET STUCK IN IGNITION AND TRUCK LOCK WHEN TRYING TO GET OUT. *YH
SINCE PURCHASED. ON FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS MY CAR HAS STOPPED WHILE DRIVING. HERE IS A BRIEF RUNDOWN OF ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL PROBLEMS IVE HAD WITH THE CAR, WHICH INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:3 MONTHS: THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WENT OUT. THE BRAKES HAD TO BE REPLACED (2 TIMES). THE GAS GAUGE STUCK ON EMPTY (TWICE). I FELT A CONSTANT PULSATING ON THE CLUTCH. THE DEALER TOLD ME THAT ALL NEW CARS HAVE THAT FOR UP TO 3 MONTHS WHILE THEY GET USED TO NEW CHEMICALS RUNNING THROUGH THEIR SYSTEM. NEARLY 2 YEARS LATER, THE PULSATING IS STILL THERE. THE CAR EXPLODED. I PARKED MY CAR ON A HILL, WITH THE EMERGENCY BRAKE UP. THEN I HEARD SOME CLICKING AND A LARGE BOOM. I TURNED AROUND TO SEE SPARKS AND SMOKE POURING OUT OF MY HOOD, A HORRIBLE SMELL ENGULFED THE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND MY CAR (WITH THE EMERGENCY BRAKE UP) WAS ROLLING DOWN A HILL TOWARDS AN INTERSECTION. THE OIL PRESSURE UNITED HAD TO BE REPLACED. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE CLUTCH. THE CAR TRUNK WOULD NOT OPEN. 6 MONTHS: THE BRAKES HAD TO BE REPLACED AGAIN. THEY STILL SQUEAKED EXCESSIVELY. THEY STILL SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE SCRAPPING. I TOOK IT BACK IN TO A DEALERSHIP AND THEY TOLD ME THE 2000 FORD FOCUS HAD A BRAKE PROBLEM AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE ABOUT IT. EVEN AFTER REPLACED, THE BRAKES WOULD TAKE MUCH PRESSURE BEFORE COMING TO A STOP AND WOULD SQUEAK. THE TRUNK WOULD SOMETIMES NOT SHUT. THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WOULD NOT ALWAYS WORK. THE FRONT TIRE KEPT GOING FLAT. FORD SAID IT WAS MY DRIVING. I PAID TO HAVE IT REPLACED AND THE NEW TIRE KEPT GOING FLAT. THEY SAID THE NEW TIRE WAS DEFECTIVE AND REPLACED IT AND THE STEM. W/IN THE FIRST 2 YEARS: ON AT LEAST 11 OCCASIONS THE CAR WOULD NOT START UNTIL TURNED OVER A COUPLE OF TIMES. THE CAR HAS LOW PICK UP. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STUCK ON. ENGINE LIGHT WAS STUCK ON. SINCE THE PURCHASE OF MY FORD FOCUS 2000, IT HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO RECALLS FOR WHEEL BEARINGS, PANELING, AND THE MASTER CYLINDER. ADDITIONALLY, THE TRUNK LATCH HAD TO BE REPLACED AND THE COMPUTER REPROGRAMMED. SINCE LATE SEPT. 2000, THE ENGINE DIES AT APPROX. 45/MPH WHEN I PRESS THE CLUTCH TO DOWNSHIFT FROM 5TH GEAR, SLOWING FROM A HIGHER SPEED. ON AUG. 21, 2001, I TOOK THE THE CAR TO MAROONE FORD IN MARGATE, FLORIDA BECAUSE IT HAD STALL (DIED) TWICE IN ONE DAY. THE MECHANIC SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR AND SAID THAT I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE IT PROPERLY. I CONTACTED FORD MOTOR DISPUTE SETTLEMENT BOARD AND THEY CAME OUT AND DROVE WITH ME. THE CAR DID NOT STALL AT THAT TIME, AND HE ADVISED ME THAT I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE THE CAR! I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN LIED TO BY FORD AND BY THEIR REPRESENTATIVE, MAROONE FORD, MARGATE. I HAVE COPIES OF LETTERS THAT I SENT TO MAROONE FORD, AND TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT MAROONE FORD AS WELL AS A COPY OF THE INITIAL DISPUTE SETTLEMENT BOARD APPLICATION. I HAVE COMPLAINED OVER AND OVER AGAIN THAT I FEAR FOR MY SAFETY, AND THAT I WANT FORD TO EITHER FIX MY VEHICLE OR GIVE ME A SAFE CAR. I WAS A FULL-TIME NURSING STUDENT AT FLORIDA ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY IN BOCA RATON, FLORIDA WHEN THIS STARTED, I AM NOW A REGISTERED NURSE STILL DRIVING AN UNSAFE VEHICLE. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.*AK
THE REAR SEAT IS STAINED EACH TIME YOU PUT IT DOWN- THERE ARE SOME BLACK BRACKETS THAT SLIDE UP ONTO THE SEAT AND THEY LEAVE HIDEOUS BLACK MARKS ON THE FABRIC IN 8 PLACES AS WELL AS ON THE CLOTHES OF THE NEXT PERSON TO SIT THERE. MY DEALER REPLACED MY BACK SEAT FABRIC BUT FAILED TO REPAIR THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. IT MAKES ME ESPECIALLY ANGRY THAT I PAID $17,000+ FOR A CAR AND I HAVE TO PUT A SHEET DOWN TO HAVE ANYONE SIT IN THE BACK SEAT. I WANT FORD TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND REPLACE THE FABRIC ONE LAST TIME. ALSO, MY FRIEND MARGARET HAS THE EXACT EXACT SAME CAR AND HERS DOES IT AS WELL. WE HAVE SPOKEN TO OTHER FOCUS OWNERS THAT HAVE GOTTEN NO RESOLUTION FROM THEIR DEALER. THANK YOU. *AK
CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 40MPH ON HIGHWAY AND THERE WAS SMOKE COMING FROM AIRBAGS. ALSO, SEATBELT DIDN'T WORK. *AK
