Tire completely blew out under normal driving conditions on [XXX] between [XXX] in Roseville California. The contact owns a 2007 Ford Focus. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at an undisclosed speed and turning, the steering wheel became stiff, and the contact heard scraping sounds emanating from the engine compartment. The vehicle was taken to the residence and inspected. The contact observed condensation on top of the power steering pump and the ground underneath the vehicle. The vehicle was inspected, and a power steering fluid was added to the vehicle. The vehicle was then taken to three independent mechanics where it was diagnosed twice that the power steering pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 198,000.
The driver airbag light keeps going off and on. I went to ford dealer shop to fix it. Only shortly after it came back on. I tried different tricks online and they dont last long. This is a common issue among ford focus owners. The connection plug from airbag to the steering wheel is bad and it just loses connection from time to time. Focus owners cant just DIY sensitive parts like airbag to temporarly fix it nor can we spend big bucks to visit dealersshop everytime. They charged me $140 just look at my car. And told me $700 for airbag replacement, when all that needs replacing is the faulty connecting plug. Ford knows this but is getting away with jeopordizing with customers lives for money. Please make this recall issue so ford will fix for all focus owners before people dies from this well known focus issue because the driverside airbag failes to deploy. Please.
Had a car stop suddenly in front of me and I had to apply the brakes hard. The ABS system made a strange sound and the pedal went to the floor. I missed the car in front of me, but now my brakes aren't working properly and there is fluid all over the ABS module assembly.
Console transmission shift lever detents not noticeable in any positon including Park (mushy shifter) and I am unable to remove ignition key in any position, on, off or lock. Therefore the car can be easily stolen by anyone (minor or adult) by simply breaking the window, reaching the unlock and driving off. Shifter, steering column, and key removal malfunction.

The contact stated that while driving at 20 MPH and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle failed to stop and as a result, the contact rear-ended another vehicle. The contact mentioned that when he would depress the brake pedal the faster the vehicle increased in speed. The air bag failed to deploy. The contact stated that her mother-in-law owns a 2007 Ford Focus. The contact stated that while her mother-in-law was driving at an unknown speed, the front passenger’s side wheel detached from the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the independent mechanic who diagnosed the failure as a control arm failure. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that 2 weeks later the driver’s side wheel detached. The vehicle was towed back to the independent mechanic who stated that the control arm had detached from the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that 3 months later while stopped at a traffic light, the driver was unable to control the vehicle as the front passenger’s side wheel detached from the vehicle as well as the transmission slid into the engine. The transmission observation was by the tow truck company. The vehicle was towed to the owner's residence. The failure cause was not diagnosed by the dealer or an independent mechanic. The contact stated that the tow company informed her that the vehicle was unable to be towed on the flatbed due to the fact that the front end of the vehicle might detach. The contact stated that the headlights would also flicker on and off while driving. The contact stated that the independent mechanic replaced the light bulbs however, the failure continued. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
Noticed small hole in front control arm while servicing brakes. Stamped sheet metal control arm rusted through and was failing. Very poor designe that was discontinued for apparent reasons the following model year.
I GOT MY VEHICLE FROM AN AUCTION SITE, SO I DO NOT HAVE ANY HISTORY ON IT BEFORE 2016. THE ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND GOES OFF AT REGULAR INTERVALS, ESPECIALLY, WHEN THE CAR IS IN EXTREMELY COLD OR HOT TEMPERATURES. THE GAS PEDAL, ALSO, GETS STUCK, REGULARLY, I WOULD HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH MY PRESSURE ON THE GAS PEDAL TO AVOID HITTING ANYTHING. I HAVE NOTICED THIS, OVER THE YEARS, WITH THE CAR IN STATIONARY MODE AND WHILE THE CAR IS IN MOTION, CITY OR HIGHWAY DRIVING BUT, ESPECIALLY, AFTER HAVING TO PERFORM A HARD BRAKE IN TRAFFIC. I WOULD HAVE TO KEEP PRESSING ON THE GAS PETAL TO GET IT TO RELEASE ITSELF FROM WHATEVER IT IS ALLOWING GETTING STUCK TO, THEN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CAR IS BETTER, UNTIL THE NEXT TIME OF IT HAVING TO BE UNSTUCK. I HAVE TAKEN THE CAR IN FOR THIS ISSUE BUT, THE MECHANICS DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM DESCRIBING. OF COURSE, WHEN THESE PERSONS TEST DRIVE MY CAR THEY DO NOT EXPERIENCE THE PROBLEM, LIKE I DO, SO THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION IN MY POSSESSION ON ANY OF THESE ISSUES. ANOTHER ISSUE IS THE KEY IGNITION SWITCH SYSTEM, THE KEY GETS STUCK IN THE IGNITION SWITCH COIL THINGY. I HAD TO GET IT REPAIRED BECAUSE OF AN ISSUE OF SOMETHING NEW HAPPENING WITH THE BATTERY AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS BEING DRAINED BECAUSE OF THE KEY NOT BEING ABLE TO COME OUT OF THE COIL, AFTER THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME, AGAIN, IN HIGHWAY DRIVING SPEEDS OF 70 MILES PER HOUR. THE DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GIVE ME ANY FEEDBACK AS TO WHAT TO DO, OTHER THAN TO JUST SAY BUY A NEWER VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN HEARING A SOUND, RECENTLY, WHEN THE KEY IS ABOUT TO COME OUT OF THE SWITCH THAT SOUNDS LIKE A CLICKING RELEASE SYSTEM CLICK. I WAS JUST WONDERING IF A SPRING IS BAD IN THE SYSTEM. THESE ARE ALL UNKNOWN COMPONENTS PARTS, BY THE TECHNICAL NAME, HOWEVER, THE ISSUES ARE REAL IMPORTANT FOR THE SAFETY OF MYSELF AND OTHERS ON THE ROADS THAT I DRIVE ON.

The contact took the vehicle to a certified mechanic who replaced the ignition switch. The key fob was replaced however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact was informed that the Vin was not under recall. The manufacturer referred the contact to the NHTSA for assistance. The approximate failure mileage was 195,000.
ON AN ICY ROAD I BRAKED AND THE ABS SYSTEM ENGAGED SLOWING THE VEHICLE. AFTER THAT, THE BRAKE PEDAL TRAVELS MUCH FARTHER BEFORE BRAKING OCCURS DURING NORMAL EVERYDAY DRIVING. IF I PUMP THE PEDAL A COUPLE OF TIMES THE BRAKE PEDALS ENGAGES THE BRAKES LIKE IT USED TO. A LOCAL AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR BUSINESS COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE BRAKE SYSTEM. I DID AN ONLINE SEARCH AND FOUND MY EXACT SYMPTOMS LISTED IN FORD RECALL 19S54. I ALSO WATCHED A YOUTUBE VIDEO HTTPS://WWW.YOUTUBE.COM/WATCH?V=0R46_UNYYK8 DESCRIBING WHY MY BRAKE PEDAL IS ACTING DIFFERENTLY AFTER THE ABS EVENT. MY FORD DEALER TOLD ME THERE ARE NO RECALLS ACTIVE FOR MY VEHICLE AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY REPAIRS.

Additionally, two other vehicles crashed into the side and rear of the contact's vehicle; however, the air bags failed to deploy. No warning lights were illuminated. RIGHT AFTER THE INITIAL IMPACT I SAID OPEN THE DOOR OPEN THE WINDOW CUZ THE DUST WAS FLYING AROUND THE CAR AND I BELIEVE I INHALED SOME IN MY THROAT UP MY NOSE THAT WAS REALLY BAD . INSIDE BOTH NAZAL PASSAGES VERY CRUSTY AND DRIED BLOOD. SMALL SKIN BURN ON MID NOSE. ALSO HEADACHES , FEEL DAZED, HAIR AND FACE HAD A WEIRD SMELL , ALSO SEVERE RINGING IN EARS. I AM EXTREMELY CONCERNED IF THIS VEHICLE HAS HAD ISSUES WITH TOXIC CHEMICALS AND WHAT HELP CAN I GET TO RESOLVE THIS AND I AM CONCERNED. I HAVE A 2007 FORD FOCUS ZX5 AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE CLIMATE CONTROL SWITCHES AND CABLES I HAVE REPLACED THESE SEVERAL TIME FROM THE CONTROL LEVER CABLE,HEAT CONTROL CABLE THEY HAVE BOTH BROKE SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY WILL WORK FOR A WHILE AND THEN THEY BREAK OR WILL NOT WORK, I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE WHOLE CONTROL SWITCH WITH HEAT, CLIMATE CONTROL, AND SPEED AND THE CABLES AND THE MECHANISM THAT IT HOOKS UP TO AND WITHIN A WEEK IT DOES NOT WORK AGAIN, WHEN I GO FROM VENT TO DEFROST IT WILL NOT GO TO DEFROST IT IS ON THE VENTS WITH THIS BEING SAID THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY IF YOUR F=DRIVING IN BAD WEATHER IT COULD CAUSE AND ACCIDENT. I HAVE LOOKED UP THESE ISSUES AND ALL OF THE OLDER FOCUSES HAVE THIS SAME ISSUE THERE ARE TONS OF VIDEOS AND FORMS FROM OTHER PEOPLE WITH THIS COMPLAINT AND IF YOU CALL FORD THEY ADVISE THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. THAT IS WHY THERE ARE SO MANY ACCIDENTS BECAUSE OF THE MANUFACTURES MAKE CARS CHEAP AND SELL THEM AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLES SAFETY. WHAT HAPPENS ON THESE CARS THAT THE FLAP DOOR IN THE DASH IN FRONT OF THE HEATER CORE IS SO CLOSE THAT IT MELTS THE DOOR SO THAT THE FLAP DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY WHAT THIS SHOULD HAD BEEN MADE OUT OF IS A AVIATION TYPE ALUMINUM AND THE HOUSING AROUND IT SO IT DOES NOT MELT AND POSSIBLY CAUSE A FIRE IN THE DASH.

THE LIGHT INDICATING A DOOR IS NOT PROPERLY CLOSED CAME ON AND WILL NOT GO OUT DESPITE ALL DOORS AND TRUNK BEING CHECKED. SAFETY LOCK DOES NOT ENGAGE WHEN DRIVING. I BELIEVE THIS IS SIMILAR TO THE FOCUS RECALLS RE THE SIDE DOORS IN LATER YEARS.
THE AIR BAG LIGHT IS ON AND COME AND GOES THIS CAR HAS NEVER WRECKED OR IN ANY DAMAGE TO IT. NOTHING WAS EVECTIVTED TO MAKE THE LIGHT COME ON AND STAY ON. I WAS TURNING LEFT ON A YELLOW LIGHT IN A BUSY INTERSECTION DURING RUSH HOUR. THE CAR OPPOSITE OF MINE WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION AND HIT THE BUMPER OF MY CAR. MY AIR BAG DID NOT GO OFF AND MY SEAT BELT DOESN'T PULL OUT THE WAY IT SHOULD NOW.
RIGHT TAIL LIGHT BURNED OUT, WHICH I NOTICED IN A WINDOW REFLECTION AS I DROVE AWAY FROM AN AUTO PARTS STORE. WHEN I OPENED THE TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY TO CHANGE THE BULB, I SAW THAT THE BULB AND ITS BASE AND SOCKET WERE SCORCHED BLACK, AND THE HOLE IN THE RED PLASTIC TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY WHERE THE BULB HAS TO GO THROUGH WAS MELTED AND WARPED. THE RED PLASTIC HAD TO BE SCRAPED WITH A KNIFE TO OPEN THE HOLE ENOUGH FOR THE BULB TO GO THROUGH. I HAD TO GO TO MORE THAN ONE AUTO PARTS STORE TO BUY A NEW SOCKET. I HAD TO USE BLACK DUCT TAPE TO HOLD THE SOCKET IN PLACE. WHEN I CHECKED THE LEFT TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY, I SAW THAT IT HAD ALSO MELTED AND THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD ALSO USED BLACK DUCT TAPE TO HOLD THE SOCKET IN PLACE. I READ ONLINE THAT FORD HAS SAID THE REASON FOR THE MELTING IS THAT THE DRIVER KEEPS HIS FOOT ON THE BRAKE PEDAL TOO LONG. WHILE DRIVING THE PULL LOOP ON THE BACK OF MY LEFT SHOE BECAME ENTANGLED WITH THE DRIVERSIDE SEAT ADJUSTER LEVER. WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO MOVE MY FOOT FORWARD TOWARDS THE PEDALS I WAS UNABLE AS MY SHOE WAS STUCK. THIS HAS NOW HAPPENED THREE TIMES AND HAS INTERFERED WITH THE SAFE OPERATIONS OF MY VEHICLE. I WAS DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY EACH TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED ON AN EXTENDED ROAD TRIP. I GO TO STRETCH MY KNEE OUT, BRING MY FOOT BACK TOWARDS THE SEAT AND THEN CAN NOT MOVE FORWARD AGAIN.
SIMILAR TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 18V735000, I'VE EXPERIENCED MANY OCCURRENCES WHERE THE VEHICLE STALLS WHEN COMING TO A STOP. THIS IS FAR MORE LIKELY TO OCCUR IF THE GAS TANK IS LESS THAN HALF FULL. THE FIRST INSTANCE OF THIS WAS AROUND 2011, BUT HAS HAPPENED MUCH MORE FREQUENTLY SINCE THEN. WHEN THIS OCCURS, THE VEHICLE DECELERATES, COMES TO A COMPLETE STOP, AND THEN THEN ENGINE CUTS OUT, DROPPING THE RPMS DOWN TO 0. THIS THEN REQUIRES THE DRIVER TO PUT THE CAR INTO PARK, TURN OFF THE CAR, TURN THE CAR BACK ON, AND THEN RETURN THE CAR TO GEAR.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD FOCUS. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS ENTERING THE VEHICLE, THE DRIVER'S DOOR WAS DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER AND REAR DOORS EXHIBITED THE SAME FAILURE. THE CONTACT CALLED BAXTER FORD SOUTH (9203 S 145TH ST, OMAHA, NE 68138, (855) 985-0071), BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 97,000.
I HAVE JUST ACQUIRED THIS VEHICLE IN OCT OR SEP OF 2018. IT HAS BEEN A PRETTY GOOD CAR UP UNTIL NOW. THE AIRBAG LIGHT COMES ON AND OFF INTERMITTENTLY AND NOW THE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. MY MECHANIC CHECKED WHY THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON WITH HIS COMPUTER AND HAS SAID IT'S A FUEL ISSUE. I TAKE IT BACK TO HIM ON THURSDAY TO GO OVER THE FUEL SYSTEM AND ENGINE TO BETTER DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE. IN THE MEANTIME, I'VE BEEN LOOKING UP VARIOUS COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES WITH MY 2007 FORD FOCUS AND NOT STATING THE SPECIFIC ISSUES AND THE TWO MAIN COMPLAINTS AND RECALLS THAT KEEP COMING UPSTATE THAT THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS AIRBAGS AND FUEL SYSTEM ISSUES. THESE ARE BOTH THE ISSUES I'M HAVING. THE AIRBAGS LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON AND OFF WITHOUT THE SYSTEM BEING RESET. THE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND HASN'T GONE OFF. IT CAME ON WHEN MY HUSBAND FILLED THE TANK UP ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS AGO. THE ONLY REASON WE'VE NOT HAD MY MECHANIC LOOK AT IS DUE TO INCOME. I'M DISABLED, MY HUSBAND IS IN THE PROCESS OF RETIRING IN SEPTEMBER AND HE WAS INJURED ON THE JOB AND HAS BEEN OUT FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS. I WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN LOOKED ON THE INTERNET TO SEE IF THERE WERE RECALLS BUT WE'RE MAKING A TRIP TO DURHAM IN JULY AND NEED A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE ENGINE CATCHING FIRE OR NOT GETTING THE FUEL NEEDED. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS HAS BEEN ANY SAFETY ISSUES WITH THIS MAKE AND MODEL OF CAR. THANK YOU.
HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR TWO YEARS. BOUGHT FROM PRIVATE PARTY. HAVE HAD NO MAJOR ISSUES TILL A FEW DAYS AGO. WHILE DRIVING STEERING WHEEL ALL OF A SUDDEN BECAME VERY LOOSE. YOU CAN MOVE IT BACK AND FORTH WITH ABOUT AN INCH OF PLAY IT DIDN'T HAVE BEFORE, ALL DIRECTIONS.. TOOK IT TO DEALER FOR REPAIR AND ASKED IF THIS MODEL HAS HAD ISSUES WITH IT. THEY TOLD ME KNOW. IN LOOKING ON INTERNET, I FIND MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINING AND WITH VIDEOS OF EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM I HAVE. BASICALLY THE WHEEL NUT THAT HOLDS THE STEERING WHEEL IN PLACE COMES LOOSE. I SHOULD ALSO STATE THAT MY CAR PRESENTLY HAS ONLY 100,200 MILES ON IT, SO WHILE OLDER YEAR WISE, IT DOESN'T HAVE EXCESSIVE MILES DRIVEN AND FOR AMOUNT OF TIME. I FIND HIGHLY UNUSUAL THAT IT WOULD COME LOOSE. I HAVE TALKED TO FRIENDS AND KNOW OF NO ONE ELSE THAT HAS EVER HAD A STEERING WHEEL COME LOOSE. IT IS LOOSE DRIVING, PARKED, OFF . NOTHING MATTERS.

THE KNOBS FOR THE HEATING/AC NO LONGER WORK. THE AIR DIRECTIONAL BUTTON HAS ALSO STOPPED WORKING. RECENTLY, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE THE MOTOR IS STILL WORKING. I PURCHASED MY 2007 FF IN 2011, PAID IT OFF IN 2016. IT NOW HAS OVER 235K MILES ON IT. WHILE ALL THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN A NUISANCE TO CONTEND WITH IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE TO OWN. I CURRENTLY AM WORKING ON GETTING THE GASKET CHANGED FOR A SECOND TIME, BUT THAT IS WORK MY SON TAKES CARE OF. I HAVE RELUCTANTLY BEGAN BEGAN LOOKING FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE, AS THIS ONE IS FINALLY WEARING OUT.

AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL, BUT WAS ABLE TO MANEUVER THE VEHICLE TO SAFETY. THE CONTACT PLACED THE TEMPORARY SPARE TIRE ON THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A TIRE CENTER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE TIRE WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WARRANTY OR ROAD HAZARD INSURANCE PURCHASED. THE APPROXIMATE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 163,200 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 163,000.
FIRST THING IS THE DRIVER SIDE EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE. WENT TO OPEN DOOR AND IT WOULD NOT WORK. NOW I HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. BUT SAME THING HAPPENED TO PASSENGER SIDE AS WELL NUMEROUS TIMES. THE CULPRIT IS A PLASTIC PIECE INSIDE OF PANEL. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY. LOOKS LIKE TO ME READING OTHER COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN LODGED AGAINST FORD. EACH TIME THIS OCCURRED I WAS ENTERING THE VEHICLE WHILE PARKED. A RECALL DEFIANTLY NEEDS TO HAPPEN ON THIS ISSUE, BEFORE SOMETHING ELSE GOES WRONG.
DRIVER DOOR LATCH BROKE 2 YEARS AGO AND I PAID TO HAVE IT FIXED AND NOW THE LATCH BROKE ON THE BACK DOOR AND THE DOOR WILL NOT STAY CLOSED. THIS HAPPENED BY JUST OPENING THE DOOR
TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY ON BOTH SIDES ($200 EACH TO REPLACE) ARE MELTING FROM THE HEAT OF THE STOP/TAIL LIGHT BULB. I SEE MANY OTHER SIMILAR COMPLAINTS TO NHTSA. IT NECESSITATES PUTTING IN LOWER WATTAGE BULBS WHICH ARE NOT AS BRIGHT AS THE ORIGINAL. THIS WAS DISCOVERED WHEN REPLACING A BULB.

THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO CHECK FOR ANY RECALLS BEFORE THEY COULD INSPECT THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.

WHILE DRIVING 70 ON THE TURNPIKE THE DRIVER SIDE SIDE AIRBAG DEPLOYED OUT OF THE SEAT WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF IMPACT OR ACCIDENT CAUSING IT TO DO SO. THE DEPLOYMENT CAUSED NUMEROUS INJURIES. THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE THAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED THE AIRBAG TO DEPLOY. RESPONDING OFFICERS/DEPUTIES DID NOT FILE A POLICE REPORT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT. THE FORD COLLISION CENTER CANNOT FIND THE REASON FOR DEPLOYMENT AND THE SENSOR BOX IS BEING SHIPPED TO FORD FOR INVESTIGATION. THE CAR REMAINS I REPAIRED.

THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, BUT MANAGED TO APPLY THE BRAKES TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY WAS RUSTED AND SPLIT IN HALF, THE PLASTIC SHROUD WAS RIPPED, AND THE FENDER ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WAS PUSHED INTO THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR, WHICH MADE THE DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A RESIDENTIAL HOME WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED. THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE LOWER CONTROL ARM FAILED. BOUGHT MY 2007 FORD FOCUS AND AS SOON AS MY WARRANTY EXPIRED BOTH REAR DOORS ARE NOW LOCKED SHUT AND I CAN NOT GET THEM OPEN BY UNLOCKING THEM, THE HANDLES DON'T SEEM TO BE CATCHING ON ANYTHING AND THE LATCH SEEMS TO BE STUCK.
