While driving down the interstate, I had automatic cruise control set at around 70-73 mph, there were few cars on the road and none in front of me. It was dark outside, and one a particular spot, road seemed to have a slight/gradual dip, while going thru this section, vehicle’s emergency braking started flashing and signaling to brake. There was no one in front of me, and it seems as if sensor malfunctioned/received a false positive indication. Luckily, there was no one behind me and I was able to take control of Car and speed it back up

Upon inquiring this with Honda, they claim the reason it to be Outdoor parking and sunny day as issue… I was not able to understand that either a sunny day and outdoor parking my damage the sensor and if it’s the case there were no solution to this yet.. Need to address the situation..
