Right before the crash, a message showed on the dashboard that the brakes system isn't working. Also the airbag didn't deploy. We suspect a technical failure that caused the accident. The Car was towed and then totaled. We had to go to the ER twice. The problem hasn't been confirmed by a dealer yet, and I opened a case with Honda US. It's been a week now and no response yet from Honda US. There was a light snow on that day.
