Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)I purchased my car in December 26, 2024 brand new. in January 2025 I had a rock hit my windshield which caused a crack. I had it replaced. Then in June and another rock hit my windshield, which caused another crack, and that windshield was replaced again on August 6, 2025. Within 3 weeks of having it replaced a small piece of gravel hit the windshield causing another crack which I have not replaced yet. Since the last crack, I now have an additional crack cause by another small piece of gravel. I contacted the Honda dealer to which they said "sorry you just have bad luck" I have also filed a complaint with Honda customer service. I've done a little digging, and this seems to be a trend with the new 2025 HR-V body style. I'm concerned that if the windshield is this easy to break with small gravel what would happen if something larger was to hit the windshield? it could potentially lead to serious injury. In my uploaded pictures I have photos of current damage, and my first invoice from January. if needed I can obtain the invoice from the second repair in August. the pictures I've uploaded happened after the August 6th 2025 repair.
