FAILURE TO STOP CAUSED THE DRIVER TO RUN THE STOP SIGN. THE CAR BECAME LODGED UNDERNEATH A SEMI TRACTOR TRAILER, AND WAS DRAGGED SEVERAL FEET BEFORE THE SEMI STOPPED. THE DRIVER OF THE CAR WAS KILLED INSTANTLY. HE DID NOT HAVE A MEDICAL ISSUE THAT CAUSED THE ACCIDENT. THE DRIVER DROVE THIS ROAD EVERYDAY. THEY WERE AWARE OF THE STOP SIGN, AND HAD A SPOTLESS DRIVING RECORD. UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NOTHING LEFT OF THE CAR TO PROVE THAT THE BRAKES FAILED. ONLY THE TRUNK REMAINS. *TR
